Whew where do I begin. Let me start at the end. Disassembly and reassemble was not done. Green plastic is all over the house on item. My brand new house has scratches, dents, and marks all on my walls. They didn't leave my home until after 3am. Only two workers really worked. The one I was told to give payment to complained all day and night and was confrontational with his colleagues. My TV's were mounted crooked. They left a mirror that's clearly suppose to be on the dresser, down on the floor. Boxes were SPECIFICALLY labeled to certain areas and they are in the wrong area. Someone clearly can't read or doesn't pay attention. There's actually a heavy book box sitting on top of a fragile label box. SMH. I sent a list of all I needed done when I booked. I was quoted one price and Bob called to ask me to give additional money because of the extended time with no consideration for time that THEY WERE CHATTING & OUTSIDE, NOT WORKING. The workers did not answer when the boss (Bob) was calling and the one who was the receiver of payment, advised me not to answer.
What's crazy is, I specifically had a conversation with the guy who did the mounting and talked to him about ensuring that the TV stand was mounted and paid him extra cash, on the side. He left and it wasn't done. (note I was exhausted and had fell asleep) The disassembly and reassembly wasn't done on many other items as my INITIAL REQUEST stated. They left my expensive recliners disassembled and I have no idea where the screws are. Can't find the glass TV stands. oops my dad just found them unmounted still in my old apartment. There were 3 men they sent to move my large 3br apartment into a 3br house.
Now back to the beginning. I booked over one month out. I had a list of everything I needed. I sent it in for an estimate. I've never had a move to start after 1pm but I was ok with the apology. Maybe they had an earlier move. One guy admitted that he was trying to finish an auto job for someone earlier. The point is, that alone was late for a move job. I know that they had another move scheduled after me. So according to them, that's why the head guy BOB kept calling. When I sent in my deposit and asked for something in writing. NOTHING WAS SENT no matter how many times I asked. No one was confirming dates and times. I had to keep reaching out through the entire process. The communication was horrible. I should have cancelled at that time.

No one responded even though I could see that txts were being read so I called. My family wants me to file a lawsuit since at least have the Zelle name. I'm so exhausted and feel taken advantage of more than anything. I fed them. Covered for them when their boss called. Paid extra cash on the side. Was patient. Never complained during the sit downs and their colleagues aggression, paid the additional fee that the boss called and asked for and wasn't even given the respect of that one thing being rectified. The workers even lied to their boss and said they left after 5am. I sent Bob a screenshot of by security system arming to show when they actually left. This experience was horrible. I had to pay someone else to come out to resolve assemble and mount it, just like i'm having to pay someone to come remove all of their green plastic.
Let me add, after all of the back and forth texting the day after the incident, Bob promised to call me back with a solution. After no calls yesterday afternoon, I decided i to proceed with posting this. Again ... COMMUNICATION ISSUES!!!
