Not "Welcome" "How are you?" "Hello" even... just hand out motioning for an ID and the word "ID" I quickly realized I forgot it. I left my house without my ID. Rushed out to get it and returned Less than 7 minutes later. The female worker checked it and I was getting ready order. Then I noticed the male worker had erased my name from the pool table list. I found that odd since I wasn't gone long and the same 3 names were there. Kind of aggressive, since I said I was coming back. Didn't feel welcomed and walked out. Making folks feel welcomed is a basic part of customer service. People work hard and have many places to spend their money and It's not that hard to smile I Wish I had a better review since the place is so close to home.
