It used to be on the menu and no longer it but if you ask, they'll make it for you. It is called a honey basil, salmon salad. It comes on a bit of spinach with poppyseed dressing and fruits, like mandarin oranges and sometimes blueberries and red onion, which I know is not a fruit. It's worth noting that it comes with shaved almonds so if you have a nut allergy like myself, make sure to ask for it without those. The salad is filling. The salmon is always cooked wonderfully and is a really great portion for a salad. It's all very fresh. I like to get it with a side of truffle fries. This comes as the appetizer portion for $10 with shaved Parmesan on the top. It's really really good. My husband likes to get the bistro burger, which has bacon jam on it. He thinks the bacon jam is so so good. We both consider this a must visit destination when we're in town. I don't know what I'm gonna do if they ever decide not to make this item since it is truly not on the menu.

Live in Vero nearly 30 years ago and never knew this was here, or maybe it was an addition to the area after we moved away. Glad to have found it though because it is such a cute brunch place. Plenty of outdoor seating and while they had indoor seating with AC, we had a dog with us and wasn't able to be seated inside away from the heat of summer. I would suggest they maybe add some overhead fans to the outdoor seating to make it more comfortable during the brutal summer but no biggie. The service was very attentive and food was delicious with a Parisian, coastal vibe. Highly recommend!

I had the Mediterranean Flatbread without the chicken, but took the chicken home as leftovers for the family. It was piled with artichokes, great quality kalamata olives, etc. The chesses with the pesto sauce and drizzle were a delicious combination! My son enjoyed the leftover chicken. Hubby had the Granny's Pot Roast. He was impressed with how lean the meat was and that he could cut it with his fork. The loaded mashed potatoes looked phenomenal. In addition to the food being delicious, the staff was wonderful. We had three different waitstaff checking on us throughout our meal. We watched them open doors for people coming in and leaving the restaurant. The restaurant also has a popular meal planning service. They rotate their menu monthly. This will definitely be one of our new go to spots!

The food was prepared quickly, came out hot and fresh, and was full of flavor. The only thing keeping this from a review is that I found the menu somewhat limited (one steak option, no burger, one seafood entree option). Certainly this is due to a rotating menu so what makes them special to others was a bit limiting for me. I'll definitely be back to check out future menu options!

I knew the food was going to be good because they were jam packed on a Tuesday! They have a large variety of specialty cocktails and a full bar. I enjoyed a specialty drink and then switched to prosecco. My server, Sarah, was outstanding and provided top notch service. They start you off with a yummy sweet cornbread service. I ate too much of the bread! For my meal, I started with the steak tartare and it was excellent, high quality beef. I then moved onto the chargrilled oysters which were a 1000/10! Amazing flavor... the blend of the butter and 3 cheeses was perfect! I then had the best pork chop I've ever eaten in my life. They brine it for 24 hours in a sweet tea mixture... I was thinking that would taste weird or sweet but it was neither. The chop was simply the most divine, juicy and flavorful pork chop I have ever consumed. Words can't express the deliciousness! It was 10000000/10. The chop was paired with the best grits I've ever had. I take grits seriously as a southern woman and those were magnificent. Restaurant was very clean. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The manager worked the room all night attending to guests and making sure everyone was happy. I highly recommend and will absolutely be back!!

My husband got the duck and the skin was the crispiest he ever had, but the duck was slightly overcooked. My grouper was slightly overcooked as well, and the coconut rice was not flavorful enough. The limoncello cake was lovely. We know we are in Florida,we are from Arizona, the covered patio was not cool enough to be enjoyable, and that's were we sat. We should have planned better and got a table inside.

We arrived roughly 30 minutes after they opened. When we came inside, the woman sitting behind the host podium didn't acknowledge us at all. I finally said hello and mentioned we were there for a table. Her response was, "Sorry, they just stormed the castle." I wasn't sure what that meant, so I asked how long the wait might be. She simply said there were no more times available. After driving an hour to get there, I asked if she might have any suggestions for another place nearby where we could have a nice meal. Her response was just "no." The whole interaction was incredibly odd and unwelcoming. After making the trip specifically to come here, it was frustrating to be dismissed so quickly with no effort to help. Based on this experience, I won't be attempting another visit. ***it has since become a running joke between us whenever a situation makes no sense, we just say, "Someone must have stormed the castle."

The empanadas crust was cooked to perfection. The filling of blackened chicken and crawfish was a delicious blend of flavors as was the dipping sauce. It was so delicious you could drink it. As the main course I choose the triple tail with capers, mash potatoes, and green beans. The caper sauce was just outstanding. It was done perfectly as capers can make the food over salty but not on this dish. The fish portion was nice size and cooked to perfection as were the green beans. The mash potatoes were creamy and again the perfect flavor and consistency. Great service, perfectly made expresso martini, good wine list will make Tuohy's on my frequent restaurant list.
