    Corned Beef Hash Bowl

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great atmosphere, great food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We have been meaning to visit for a while now and finally made it happen. In a moment of marital fidelity my wife and I ordered the same thing, the corned beef hash bowl. I gotta admit it was pretty fabulous, a bit more elevated than your usual greasy spoon spot. Potatoes and onions and peppers were great on it. Great quality coffee and lattes. Staff was very friendly. We definitely are going to be visiting more often.

There's nothing typical about this spot, the chef puts his creative touch on what seemingly might be the must standard fare. We had a very large group, and I don't think there was a single meal that was duplicated in our group. Lots of opportunities to sample other's dishes and our server did a wonderful job of adding to what was a great culinary experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only negative is it is a small venue, but well worth the wait if that's what it takes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] While most of us went with breakfast, we decided there was a need for a bit of dessert. You've got to try the bread pudding, it is exceptional. Sorry I have no picture of my hash, unbelievable, nor the bread pudding, didn't realize they didn't take

Came here on my lunch break. This place was recommended by a Vero beach local bartender from downtown Vero. This places closes at 2pm early so I decided to come check it out on my lunch break. The place is warm and charming very chic and lots of natural lighting the decor is floral and delicate. For lunch I had the crispy chicken Cobb salad and Paptini "espresso martini". Service was a bit slow, I was the only one at my table.

What can we say... we love Michael's! This is a small, quaint restaurant in VB that serves breakfast and lunch, and on Saturdays they do a brunch. The menu features many local farms we love - it's so great to support a fabulous restaurant that supports our local agriculture! While the menu isn't huge, each choice is a quality dish that will blow your mind with the simplistic yet wonderful flavors. We've been for brunch and their egg Benedict are fabulous. We also love their salmon tartine, which is very thinly crisped toasted bread schmeared with cream cheese and topped with beautifully smoked salmon/capers/micro greens. Lunch is my most favorite- recently I've enjoyed their blacked pesto chicken sammie on homemade bread, topped with mozz and roasted red peppers. We also had a lunch special which was a short rib tostada topped with cotija cheese and a lovely honey lime slaw. They have delicious roasted turkey, some salad options, and even serve cocktails and beer and wine! It's important to note that before you leave you must ask what "market" items they have. They sell a lot of their homemade dressings, their homemade pickles, their homemade pimento cheese spread, and a few other items. The pimento is decadent and perfect! We usually bring home a tub anytime we're in the area (even if we're not dining there!) to enjoy later! Service is friendly- the two usual women servers are fabulous! Ginny is sweet and super efficient and the other lovely lady (so sad I forgot her name- she has the glasses) is also wonderful! We'll continue to frequent Michael's on 7th for the quality ingredients, delicious food, and decadent pimento! One more thing to note, the owner does farm dinners at a local business in VB so make sure to check their website for details on that!

    Crispy chicken Cobb..a beauty!

We went today for lunch, it was great food and service. Michelle was our server she's terrific, efficient, friendly and not hovering. I had the calamari ceasar, calamari perfectly cooked, tender and crisp, baby Romain was beautiful, croutons so tender and crisp..really yummy. Husband had the Crispy Cobb salad a gorgeous salad with avocado, hard boiled egg, i thought the chicken looked a lil dark but he said nice and tender not dry and he enjoyed; sad the dressing must be made in-house cause it was delish! Ice tea was fresh. Great place been here for lunch a few times, never disappoints!! The place is cute and casual, easy to converse and enjoy.

Small portions for breakfast, but homemade. Great service and quiet. Not cheap that's for sure.

After a long day of preparation for Easter for 3 daughters we needed a moment for us, before the next days celebration. We had the back room to ourselves and it was just perfect. I just had to say, my husband loves to cook for me, especially short ribs and a beautiful brown sauce and he is amazing at it. Well, this blew him and I both away. Also, the skewers were something out of this world. There is an article about them in Vero Mag. This place is a secret we want to keep to ourselves but a place with this much talent is meant to be celebrated. Ohhh and the Short Rib Rangoons! Thank you curfew for giving to very busy parents a couple hours to just connect and enjoy a wonderful place. We cannot wait to come back again. I knew the food was going to be good because they were jam packed on a Tuesday! They have a large variety of specialty cocktails and a full bar. I ate too much of the bread! For my meal, I started with the steak tartare and it was excellent, high quality beef. I then moved onto the chargrilled oysters which were a 1000/10! Amazing flavor... the blend of the butter and 3 cheeses was perfect! I then had the best pork chop I've ever eaten in my life. They brine it for 24 hours in a sweet tea mixture... I was thinking that would taste weird or sweet but it was neither. The chop was simply the most divine, juicy and flavorful pork chop I have ever consumed. Words can't express the deliciousness! It was 10000000/10. The chop was paired with the best grits I've ever had. I take grits seriously as a southern woman and those were magnificent. Restaurant was very clean. This historical restaurant is located right on the water - any closer and you'd be swimming. It's an old building full of history and fun stories on the menu of how it came to be. It's a special place and it's memorable. We've been several times for lunch and dinner throughout the years. This place has a beachy gift shop, a main waiting room with the hostess stand, an oceanfront indoor bar and lounge area, and the main dining room. For lunch, it's more laid back. The menu is sandwich-heavy but includes some non-sandwich items like fried shrimp plate, nova scotia scallops, and a special entree each day. It's a lot less busy for the most part during lunch in comparison to dinner. Dinner is a big to-do here. They open at 4pm for bar seating and to add your name to the dinner waitlist. If you want a table, especially one closer to the best view, you've gotta get there around 3:50-4 to get in line. They don't do reservations unless you're a larger party. You can then either leave and come back close to 5, or enjoy drinks at their bar if you're lucky enough to score seating. At dinner, the menu is definitely more extensive- featuring steaks, chops, and different fish/seafood specials. We love their prime rib, and the creamed spinach is perfect and old school. At lunch and dinner, don't miss out on their dessert tray presentation. The dessert tray has a lot of options - and it's a fun experience. Their bartenders are always nice and professional, and most importantly make a delicious cocktail. Cosmos, pear martinis, dirty martinis, all delicious each time we visit. Servers are also nice and professional too which lends to the charm of this old place! We had one bad scenario out of all of the times we visited regarding service from an assistant manager - but every other visit has been great! I love that they have GF options, like french onion soup made without the bread! On your way out, stop by the gift shop for even more goodies - their homemade blue cheese dip is not to miss! It's complementary at dinner, but honestly we like to buy extra for the house. They also sell dessert slices, and alcoholic beverages like rum runners, pain killers, margaritas, etc in two different sizes. Great to take to enjoy and walk down the beach!
