I had the honor of meeting the co-owners Greg and his wife - they were super friendly, welcoming and informative. They are also super proud of the space and thy should be. That was my impression within the first 5 minutes. I had not even sat down yet! I was there with friends and we opted to sit at the bar. The drink menu is well laid out and has a variety of options including food. Because I always trust my bartender I took the risk of getting the bartenders choice which really provides a curated experience - just tell them what you don't like and let them do their thing! You'll be amazed. I also have to rave about our bartender Julia! Drinks were amazing every time! To be fair... the whole staff was really impressive. Noodles and meat wrapped together and fried. Favors muddled and greasy. Dipping sauce not much either. As a person who has sat through many food handlers permit classes.
