The bread that it comes with: 2 slices of (what seems to be) wheat bread, a fork, and napkins, in a ziplock bag... The sauce: the sauce is good! It's got a decent kick to it! And the flavor is also alright. Service: service was good and straight forward. I also received the food quickly. Portions: I received a full plate, and I couldn't ask for more! It was packed in there! Overall, despite the positives, the negatives outweigh it. The main thing I came for was the meat, and was highly disappointed by it. If I need sauce to make it better (which didn't make it much better, considering how dry the meat itself was), then the BBQ isn't good. The wings never disappoint. I got the Cajun dry rub and honey sriracha wings. Some of my favorite from the Brentwood spot. My wife and kids got the lemon pepper, which are their faves. No one knew anything about the bday meal & how it works, Noone knew how to lodge a complaint directly with the store mgr, owner, or ceo, Noone knew how to reach the mgr, owner, or ceo or when they would EVER come back. Bad experience...you are on your own. Now, what if this was a food poisoning and I cannot reach the mgr, owner, or ceo? You clearly do not care for your customer base.
