I didn't realize there was mustard on the burger so I warn you so you can learn from my error. Otherwise, it was good.

Great vibe! The atmosphere is great. The staff is lovely and the food is yummy. I had the vegan burger with fries and I was full for the rest of the day! It's a great space for a private event and it's attached to a really cute hotel. It's in the hearty of Georgetown and located near some great shopping.

1310 Kitchen and Bar falls into that category of what I term, "remarkably unremarkable" It's attached to the Georgetown Inn (https://www.yelp.com/biz/the-georgetown-inn-washington-2?osq=Georgetown+Inn) and located in the heart of G'Town off of the main M Street and Wisconsin intersection. I met up with a friend for brunch before an event we had at nearby Montrose Park. This is one more popular spots during the weekends; and not really because the food and service are all that great...but really because of it's location. I would highly recommend making reservations during weekend brunch, which is easy enough via Resy. We arrived 10 min before 12pm noon, and 1310 was bustling. Every table was filled and the place was filled with the sounds of silverware clanging on plates and people engaged in converation. And regarding the noise level, it gets LOUD at 1310. The flooring is hybrid of tile and composite wood, and coupled with the low ceilings the result is a somewhat deafening echo chamber during peak dining times. My dining companion and I spent the hour literally "yelling" to be heard over the din of discordant restaurant sounds. Coffee and a mimosa arrived shortly after ordering the mains. I tried a sip of my friend's mimosa...and it was fine. It wasn't overly sweet and the effervescence from the champagne was nice. Huevos rancheros and a vegggie omelette were delievered to the table after an acceptable 15 minutes had passed. Honestly, these dishes were very MID. Having lived in Texas for several years, 1310's version of the racheros was sad. Everything tasted like it came straight off a Sysco truck. The tortillas were somewhat stale and got soggy quickly from the beans and eggs. And the refried beans were definitely canned. At least the eggs and avocados were fresh. My friend's omelette was better, since it was prepared fresh. The eggs were fluffy and the veggies softened and seasoned well. Potato wedges were fried to a nice crispness and tasted good when dipped into ketchup. Service was acceptable. Having been a server in a past life, ours was giving off "I don't really wanna be here" vibe. But no shade from me, since I've had plenty of those days. Coffee was nice and strong and the cup was always kept filled for the requisite morning caffeine hit. Many of the reviews note that 1310 is on the expensive side...and I concur. Brunch for two, with coffee + one mimosa, and two entrees with tax and tip was just a bit under $80. Kind of pricey in my opinion. But if you choose to dine in the area, expect to pay the "Georgetown tax." You come to a place like 1310 Kitchen and Bar cuz of the location and only the location...just don't expect to be wowed by the experience. 3 stars.

I came here with my girlfriend and her friend to eat brunch and we were able to make reservations online. The French toast and eggs Benedict were our favorite. The plating was aesthetic and the portions were nice. Price was reasonable and everything is shareable. We will definitely be back!

Nice spot for a Friday afternoon mimosa. Didn't try the food, because it took too long for the server to get to me and I was just popping in quickly. Music was nice. I'll be back to eat.

I was invited to this restaurant for my friend's graduation celebration. The space was intimate, but spacious enough to fit our party of 14! From the moment we walked in, the staff were attentive and caring of our needs. We were seated and served our appetizers and drinks within 10 minutes. Talk about efficiency! With a larger party, we were able to sample all the appetizers and was served our entrees really quickly. The staff was knowledgable about the dishes offered and provided great recommendations. I had the burger entree which was far from above the standard, but the star of the show was the apple cobbler and ice cream for dessert. The crust was flakey, the apples were seasoned to perfection, and everything was made in house! Such a great experience and I would go back again.

Came here to celebrate a birthday after playing a fun game in Georgetown. Nothing special was done and birthday wasn't acknowledged. Waitress also not too familiar with the brunch menu when asked for recommendations. We also were seated at 2pm and informed that the kitchen closes at 2:30pm so we were rushed along. We ordered shrimp tacos, side of fries, chicken sandwich, eggs Benedict, tuna bowl and a table pancake. Overall the food was fine, with the exception of the tuna bowl. The quality of the tuna itself was poor and lacked flavor. The fries also were cold when they arrived. We were considering trying this place out another time for dinner, but given the brunch experience, I think we'll pass.

This BLT is comprised of layers of crispy bacon and avocado. It was served with crisp, mixed greens.

After spending the morning window shopping in Georgetown with only half a Swiss roll to sustain me, I happened upon this pleasing restaurant. Couples and groups gathered for brunch, enjoying time together. The restaurant is bright, with light streaming from large windows. A covetable high-top sits close to the windows; the bar holds a premium spot in the restaurant. There is also plenty of booth seating. At first glance, the menu may seem basic. But take a closer look. There's a kale, quinoa, and Brussels sprouts salad with pomegranate seeds. Or chicken thighs, Peruvian style. Or lasagna in roll form, made with zucchini. So many creative choices. In the end, the bacon beckoned. I went with something more classic, the BLT, which had layers upon layers of crispy (but not too crispy bacon) and avocado, on grilled wheat bread, served with fresh mixed greens. Service was friendly and professional.

Service was great! Food was amazing, I recommend anything in the picture we got. Great vibes with the lighting and atmosphere!

My mother-in-love & I dined at 1310 after we attended a fragrance making class nearby. The restaurant is connected to The Georgetown Inn. I really enjoyed the shrimp tacos, and the grilled cheese and tomato soup was really. They also have a tasty rum cake on the menu. Pretty good option if you are in Georgetown!

Very solid brunch. The food is decent, and I love the variety on the menu, there's something for everyone, whether you want fish tacos, French toast, salad, or eggs. The space is bright and airy, and they always have reservations, which is great for a last-minute occasion!

The final stop on our adventures was a mediocre establishment in Georgetown. My top-tier chum who literally went to the school of hospitality and I both wanted to see this section of the DC metro area and I personally had been advocating aggressively for a quick peek at the Exorcist Steps (which I got to see but even I can't quite figure out how to write a lengthy review for stairs). This restaurant was about a 10-minute walk from there, which honestly felt longer because it was the Tuesday morning after the Inauguration and still hanging out in the single digits. But we carried on, as we do. The building 1310 was in was pretty cool - it's in the same location as the Georgetown Inn, which I imagine a lot of bougie college parents end up staying at when they visit their kids nearby. You can access the restaurant directly from the street, but to use the facilities requires a quick trip through the Inn's lobby, which as bathroom walks go was pleasant. We visited in the late morning/early afternoon, which was prime brunch time. Maybe because it was a Tuesday and officially no longer part of even a long holiday weekend, it was pretty empty during our visit. I'm willing to bet that this just isn't the time to go (weekday brunch), because 1310 has a really good reputation but I just didn't see it during our visit. I don't think the cream of the crop was on the clock and unfortunately it showed, particularly from the service side. Beyond the fact that it was very slow and we had to aggressively locate/hail down our waiter multiple times - and weren't even in a rush - the biggest issue for me occurred when we were ordering. My chum doesn't eat pork and asked if one of the items on the brunch menu (I think it was an omelet) had that ingredient in it. The waiter said no, but you could tell from his demeanor that he wasn't sure, so she asked again. This time he stuttered nervously and said he would check in the kitchen. That's a huge miss in my book - the pork was a dietary preference but I don't even think that matters. There are plenty of reasons why people don't eat certain items and if you can't trust the waitstaff to know the menu and more importantly convey it to you? Huge problem. What if it had been an allergy? Also, a pretty wild aside - I saw a nearby customer walking around the bar area looking for assistance, only to be stopped by the person she'd just been talking to, who had to clarify SHE was the person to ask. The customer assumed they'd been communicating with a fellow patron, not a staff member. I'm not sure I've ever seen that before. I ended up getting the avocado toast with a side of bacon, which was fine. The bacon was on the dry side and in hindsight I would have just gotten the toast and foraged for something savory on our walk afterwards. (And in 1310's defense, the last bacon I had was literally hanging off a clothesline that I had to cut down with scissors - everything after that was going to be a letdown.) The taste of the toast was good and unique; the inclusion of the pomegranate seeds was definitely an interesting touch. I think the texture was a little too crunchy but that's just my personal palate coming out to play. This wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't memorable and there unfortunately weren't many positives to it. It's unlikely I'd come back if I were in the area; there are so many other options to sample. But regardless, I would avoid coming back for sure during this time of the week.

Was walking past and decided to stop in for a quick lunch, the food was so good! I recommend the chicken pot pie. All of the staff were so pleasant and attentive. It is not too noisy, so a good spot to get work done.

Place was packed for brunch on a late Saturday morning. We didn't wait too long as we opted for a table I'm the bar area. While we were initially seated at a long communal table, we asked to move to a private one that we saw was available. There weren't a lot of combinations listed with the breakfast plates, but there were mostly healthy options available. My favorite thing was the homemade Turkey sausage. I wished I could get a dozen to take home. The chef does sell meals to take and freeze. Though not breakfast items. Next time we will try dinner. One thing that wasn't the best--the restrooms were outside of the restaurant and down a hall. Which in DC isn't uncommon. But the narrow hallway was dark and dank and the restroom itself appears to be an weird old locker room. Overall I had a good experience here with my husband.

    Does your restaurant take/require reservations?

    Yes ! highly recommended !

Is this place accommodating for large (15+) parties?

So I would say yes because they can put tables together but they don't have a separate room to carter to larger parties like that. All they have is a bar top and the tables next to the half booths.

It's a sexy basement vinyl den with additional outdoor seating, 10/10 unique cocktails, and incredible Japanese inspired small plates. Between two visits, we have tried 6 different drinks. They are named after songs and listed on the back of a fake vinyl cover. Each costs around $20, but with the mandatory tip and tax, it comes to around $26-28 per drink. The since I left you, though, is worth every penny. It is similar to an old fashioned but a little sweeter, with bourbon (makers mark), and while the menu says it also has miso, blackberry, cardamom, and cacao, I wouldn't say those flavors come through. But it is one of the best cocktails being served in DC right now. It is so good. They serve it with a cardamom tuile that is delicious as well. There is a lot of variety on here, but my number 2 is the Roses, a bright red gin based drink with a hint of fruitiness and a spicy kick in the back end. If you want something a little sweeter, the Takeover is a cognac based drink with coffee notes served with a mini donut. The food is exceptionally well seasoned and so flavorful. The fried chicken cannot be missed, and I love that you can get it in half or full size portions. The shrimp tempura might be even better. You get four large pieces that are super crisp and have a little orange sauce on them. Amazing. Our second visit we tried their chips and dip, and these potato chips alone are worth a visit. Large, crunchy, and served with a tasty ranch dip. I think 2 dishes is good for two people to fill you up, but add a third if hungry. The place is quite expensive, but they are worth it. For a date night, they are a great choice. Four drinks and three dishes shared between two people came to around $195, but as of this review, they are offering a $30 off deal if you pay through the app In Kind. Bonus points because the first time we came, they seated us maybe 5 minutes after our reservation time, and they gave us a free glass of cava. Top notch customer service right there

This bar is sweet -- awesome music, a neat menu, truly craft cocktails, and a unique menu. We tried several cocktails and each was delicious - from spicy to sweet, they don't miss. We also tried the cheese burger egg rolls and the tuna hand roll. The food is expensive for what you get but it's advertised to be small bites, not a meal. The egg rolls felt like remixed in n out, and as a Californian, I was grateful. Why not 5 stars? With the premium pricetag, I do expect premium service. The bartender was more interested in chatting with some folks he knew who came to sit at the bar. He also spent a lot of time chatting up the couple next to us, so do sit at the bar if you're feeling social. However, for the spare attention he did provide us, he was a bit condescending when we asked for a different glass for a drink that came in a bowl. It was slow until the very end of our stay and yet there were several times where I had an empty glass for a long period (and wanted to order more) or needed water. FYI for 6 drinks and a few bar bites it was $165... we went for a cheap burger dinner afterwards!

I know reservations are probably highly recommended, but we were fortunate to walk in at just the right moment and snag a seat. The seating is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening. While it leans a bit on the pricier side, the exceptional service more than justifies the cost. Jordan and the team were incredibly knowledgeable about both the drinks and food menu, offering suggestions that perfectly matched our tastes. We tried two standout drinks that I can't recommend enough: the Attractive Nuisance and El Tiburon, (which is an Old Fashioned made with gin). The bartenders here clearly know what they're doing, each drink was crafted with care and precision. Ambiance: from the outside you'd have no idea that a hidden treasure awaits you up a flight of stairs. The decor was very mysterious, perfectly dimmed, and sexy. They added greenery near the hostess station to create what I would describe as an exotic/jungle vibe. This area also contained a beautiful small bar and a few cozy seatings. Next, the hostess led us to a table inside where the magic of candles, cozy tables, and intimate booths immediately meets your eyes. Did I mention that we sat in most comfy green velvet chairs in our cozy booth? How sexy! Service: our waiter, Jordan, was the best! He provided great service and recommendations. However, shoutout to the rest of the staff because it was truly all hands on deck. Drinks: the bartender is indeed a mixologist! There is no question of the magic he created in a glass. Her drink- I ordered the Attractive Nuisance, an elevated spritz. The drink was perfectly balanced with flavors to include G.H. Mumm Champagne, Avua Prata Cachaca, Cocchi Americano, Saffron, Vanilla. I literally tasted all the flavors in the drink and the liquor ratio was just right. Of course I went with another round, you simply have to try it understand why I did. His drink: El Tiburón-Let's just say that he said that this is now one of his favorite cocktails because it was smooth! Small bites: the kitchen was out of mussels and their famous donuts so we decided to try the Franks en Crute, the sexy adult version of pigs in a blanket lol. Such a delicious treat, well balanced flavors giving both sweet (flaky puff pastry) and savory (well grilled wagyu beef). Definitely recommend. The music was perfect for the evening! The bar was filled with all matured folks enjoying their group meets or dates, the atmosphere welcomed all. As I stated earlier, this has now become a regular on the list and I'm excited to visit again.
