I booked reservations on line for two people Saturday 1:30 which was $15pp. the time slots after that were $17pp. We took a little longer then expected to find a parking spot so we arrived 10 mins late to our booking time. The staff was so nice they slid our time slot by 15 mins so we could keep to the 90min total duration. We were quickly taken to our bay and was provided instructions on logging in to the system and selecting the games etc. the games were sooo fun! It really showed our competitive spirit! There were lines on the ground denoting your level of expertise so it's customizable to your skill level. We order a few drinks which were delivered quickly and tasted fantastic! Well, this was my first time playing darts. Apparently at Flight Club, it's more than throwing darts at a board and hoping you hit the center. There are a variety of games that test your accuracy and precision. The club is intimate with it's Victorian decor. All the games are played and scored electronically. Food was okay. I got the beef sliders and parmesan fries. Items were pricey as the sliders did not include the fries. The patties were a tad too salty as well. I thought each dish was easy to eat, but did feature some elevated flavors. The DJ was on point playing 90s and 00s songs. Highly recommend making reservations in advance because there were 2 large group parties. Servers here were attentive and great at explaining the games. I loved the ambience theme. Their menu offers items marked gluten friendly, the staff working when I visited were not very educated on cross-contamination/ how the dish was prepared, so I would be cautious. What a fun visit! I have walked by this place and had not paid attention. If you are in the DMV, you should spend some time here. Flight club is a beautiful restaurant/ bar with various games of darts, several bars, amazing food and old fashioned decor. Mt Vernon/Convention Center metro is nearby. Metered street parking is hit or miss. There are also parking garages nearby. Metro is your best bet. I attended a holiday office party with at least 150+ people (with a 1920s theme). The food was great. The food & beverage package was chosen by the sponsoring company. We had a custom "menu/program" at each table. Each guest received two drink tickets. Soda did not require a drink ticket. I enjoyed a virgin mojito. My friends tried the bee sting. There was a special whisky tasting. Special attention was paid to plating and keeping all of the food stations filled. The time listed on the program wasn't followed. Dessert was supposed to be served at 9pm. It was 30 minutes late. The food runners & game assistants were understandably busy. But I was the first guest to arrive & I saw everyone in the "briefing" before our event started. When employees didn't know where the dessert was, I found it on my own (directly by our table). The cream puffs were delicious. I liked the chocolate sauce the best. The raspberry was also good. The sauces weren't necessary though. The cotton candy was fun to watch being made. It would be really helpful having a plastic bag covering the cotton candy to prevent bumping into people on the way to your table. Something needs to be done about the coloring. Everyone around me had green stains on their teeth. The color might have been for Xmas. I stopped eating the colorful dessert when I saw the green on my teeth. (The owner replies to each review with a cookie cutter "thanks" so suggestions don't seem to matter). The cotton candy would be fun without color. It certainly isn't a "first date" item. The food runners were amazing. Everyone had an earphone and walkie talkie or some form of communication. They were laser focused on details (except knowing about dessert & serving it on time). There were dart boards throughout the club. There weren't many tables. Each game area had plush couch seating. It would be very challenging to hold a plate of food and a beverage while playing darts. The game attendants were nice about explaining how scoring worked and encouraging us to play (I won). Your last play is filmed so you can watch your winning throw on the monitor. There are several games and experience levels. It would be nice having cleaning wipes (or at least hand sanitizer) for the darts. Everyone is touching the same darts all night. Some of the tables have hooks on the wall for coats and purse hooks under the tables. There isn't a coat check but there are unmonitored coat racks. Security was nice about asking for id. Employees circulated throughout the restaurant. If we didn't want to visit the bar when it got crowded, we could order drinks at the table. My favorite food item was the mini Cuban sliders. I also liked the four cheese flatbread. The fries were hit or miss. Some of them were too hard. The condiments were scarce. A tiny ramekin of ketchup was meant to share. It was not enough. The Brussels sprouts weren't cooked enough. The sauce was yummy. The Hamilton has the best Brussels sprouts in the city. Hubby loved the seafood, especially the oysters & lobster tail. We enjoyed ourselves. This was the perfect venue for a company event. It was nice being social outside of a work setting. I came from out of town to DC and wanted spend my birthday here. Food was good. It looked great in there. The staff was great. The reason for my 1 star rating is that I ordered the Seaglass mocktail (so I thought) on the printed menu in the restaurant, the mocktails and cocktails have the same exact name (mocktails don't say Seaglass NA. It just said SEAGLASS). I did not know this before I got there until it was too late. I was turned to the mocktail Menu when I told my server I wanted the Seaglass I did not look at the cocktails because I do not drink. I went straight for the mocktails. I ordered a seaglass and I started to drink it and it tasted good. Smoky.. I started to feel a little buzz so I had a friend try it and tell me if it tasted like alcohol to her. She said no. So I thought maybe it was a placebo affect. My friend said she wanted to drink the same thing I had but with alcohol. So we went to the cocktail menu and noticed they had the same exact name as the mocktail. Which is crazy. So, I waited for the server to come back and I asked if she served me a mocktail or cocktail. She said cocktail. I informed her that I don't drink and I was unaware that I was being served a cocktail (she also didn't check my ID). So there were no indications that I was being served a cocktail. I told the server that the cocktails and mocktails shouldn't be named the same. Also, she knows the menu. I don't. She should have asked for clarification if I wanted cocktail or mocktail. Which she failed to do. I haven't drank in over a year. No I'm not a recovering alcoholic, but thank god because this careless mistake would have ruined someone's sobriety. One star. Flight Club was honestly a disaster, and the customer service was horrendous from start to finish. If you have a larger group or birthday event just simply don't go here. We had multiple reservations for more than 20 people, and before we even got to our dart lanes, staff claimed I had canceled the reservation. That was completely false. I showed receipts for three separate reservations that were prepaid, and instead of simply checking their system and clearing it up, they treated it like my problem and never gave me a clear explanation for what was happening. I also never got a refund from the supposed lanes or reservations they canceled. So I know for a fact those reservations were in their system and made. Once we were in our lanes after 30 minutes of showing them proof, service somehow got even worse. For roughly 90 minutes, more than half our group ordered unlimited mimosas, and only two bottles of champagne were brought out during that entire window. That is not "unlimited" in any realistic sense. On top of that, the overall service was painfully slow and nobody checked in with me at any point to confirm what we had actually paid for or whether we were getting what was promised. The kitchen was just as bad. We were still receiving food about 30 minutes after our reservation had ended because orders either were not placed correctly and not brought out. Then we were told we were overstaying or "extending" our time, which is wild when the delays were entirely on their end. This is also the most expensive place in DC to play darts, so the expectation is that the service matches the price point. It absolutely did not. I left frustrated, confused about what I even paid for, and I would never book a group event here again. And I'll be sharing this experience with everyone I know. read more

Came here for a group event and it was fun! The food tasted great. Awesome flatbreads, sliders, tacos, fries and fried pickles. Only thing I'd skip are the tuna poke tacos. Having one oche (dart playing section) feels a bit tight with 7+ people, especially when you're also trying to eat. Not a lot of space to spread out. But still a good experience nonetheless. And the personalized "Story" link to all the photos and videos your group took during the session is a really nice touch. There were a lot of other groups as well, so it seems to be a popular spot. read more
