I jumped on their site and contacted Katherine, who gave some wonderful recommendations about flavors and the style that would be best (considering we were visiting from out of town). She remained very responsive and accommodating, answering all my questions thoroughly. When we received the cake pops, I was stunned by how absolutely beautiful they were. Everything about 12 Oaks is amazing- The customer service, the cake, the options, the attention you get to your personal order. I used 12 Oaks for my wedding cake, which was a small two tier cake. We had a separate dessert for guests and this was used for cutting purposes and for brunch the next day. Katherine gave us fabulous ideas and options. She helped us pick out samples on cupcakes and personally delivered them to us. It was so hard to choose which flavors to go with. She had great suggestions for our cake size and design and we went back and forth with photos for inspiration. The actual cake was unbelievably delicious (we did chocolate chip with cream cheese frosting). My family is still talking about it. She also helped me pick out a serving platter and offered to rent hers to us. 12 Oaks really cares about their product and it is very apparent. I had my florist put flowers on our cake once it was delivered to the venue and they were there to assist and make sure nothing went wrong.
