We love their white cupcakes with deep chocolate frosting. They have the best selection of cupcakes. You will just love it. Cupcake LA is always clean and the wait is never long. We always get ours to go because we order to many to just eat there. Parking is okay. The prices are fair. The place is always clean. You just go to the counter and order as much as you want. The service is nice and fast. They know where everything is and they are great with kids. My grandson has speech issues, but they listen to him so carefully and never try to rush the words out. I don't usually write reviews but this time I really want to write one for them. They went above and beyond and definitely exceed my expectation! I was doing a last minute shopping for my sister's birthday cake and found this place. I didn't want to get fresh flowers and these cupcakes were so much better. I realized it was late (10pm) but tried my luck anyway in texting them. Within 20 mins I got a reply back that they would be happy to take my order for next day delivery (usually you need 24 hrs advance notice). The order/payment process was so easy and they even sent me pictures and let me know after delivering the cakes (way earlier than the scheduled time). Plus they even added a birthday balloon as well. I was fortunate enough to receive cupcakes from Cupcake LA as a gift for my birthday, and to say I was blown away is a drastic understatement. First of all, they were the most exquisitely beautiful cupcakes I have ever seen. Wow! Almost too gorgeous to eat... almost. I couldn't resist. Turns out they were even more delicious than beautiful, if that is even possible. These are hands down my favorite cupcakes I've ever had. The very best part?! They were vegan!! My husband and I can never find vegan cupcakes, and the times we have, they tend to be dry, bland, and just meh. Not these cupcakes! Wow!! This cupcake company is amazing!! We just used Cupcake LA for my daughter-in-law's baby shower, and what a hit! I was able to do it COVID-19-friendly: I put a beautiful 3-tiered display of cupcakes in the center of one of the tables, and had all the other cupcakes in darling, clear boxes which Jen, the owner of Cupcake LA, provided so everyone could grab one and take home to eat at the end of the shower. Everyone raved about how stunningly beautiful, creative, and delicious and moist the cupcakes were! It was so much better than if I'd had a cake. Another huge plus was that Jen was so kind, easy to talk to, flexible, helpful, and creative. When I told her the olive tree theme of the party, she made sure that the colors she chose went with the color scheme of the party, and she went out of her way to get real olive tree leaves to put on each cupcake! And everyone noticed and commented on these details, along with how beautiful were the flowers she created from the frosting! Just an altogether wonderful experience!
