The service is speedy and friendly. And the friendliness provides a good ambiance for a quick exchange of ordering and food delivery--it is a pop-up which has no space to provide ambiance, yet they manage to provide a level of warmth and comfort to the customer. Low Carb - Turkey Meatloaf served w/broccoli florets and grain rice. The turkey meatloaf was good but tasted a bit too mushy for me. Whereas the broccoli florets and grain rice were perfectly cooked and filling. I may try out the Balanced or Keto version at some point. 3. Low Carb - Chicken Tenders (2pcs) Plate served w/a chipotle sauce, roasted Brussel sprouts and cauliflower rice. The chicken tenders were hearty w/a little bit of heat to them. The chipotle sauce was too spicy for me. The roasted Brussel sprouts were a bit al-dente, but I still dig it. The cauliflower rice was also tasty, a little bit of heated kick (still edible). 4. Low Carb - Chicken and Cauliflower Rice. My last and simplest meal for the week, which was tender, moist and flavorful. Overall, I highly recommend Muscle Up Meals. When I arrived, I scanned my order at the ghost kitchen and it told me my order will be ready at 8:44pm. Then 8:44 comes and I scan my order and it says another 8 minutes. 8:51pm came and my order was still not ready. What's even worse is the parking outside has a limit for 5 minutes. So when the order accuracy is delayed your parked car is at risk of being towed. The people working at the ghost kitchen aren't very helpful either.
