Don't pass the chance to order some platters of eggrolls, cassava fries, sliders, udon saltado and more to cover your weekly lunch and dinners or for a special gathering! Wow. I had the pleasure of meeting the head chef (Chef Landrow) at a food festival before Covid. His passion for cooking shines through in his dishes! His fusion dishes bring unique flavor profiles that are the best of all cultures. . It was apparent while I was behind the kitchen watching and listening to him describe his dishes that he is a skilled chef and understands what techniques and ingredients create magic. . He founded LA Street Chefs to bring a fusion of Latin and Asian cuisine flavors and make it accessible for all communities to try. He shares only the best crafted menus and ingredients. I'm also inspired that he collaborates with a lot charities and community organizations to support important causes. . . .CASSAVA FRIES!! - Yucca fries in tempura batter with homemade cheese sauce and poutine sauce with Ropa Vieja, green onions and picked radish on top. These fries are so unique and super addicting! When deep fried, they become airy inside and are like a fluffy light pillow . Ropa Vieja Fusion Eggrolls! - Their Eggrolls are made fresh to order!!! I love it! The Ropa Vieja is made of flank steak and has so much flavor. It's so tender too. The Eggrolls are pan fried to reduce the amount of oil so that it doesn't overpower the flavors of the Eggrolls! Served with a side salad in ponzu vinaigrette! . . Watermelon fresca - fresh and sooo tasty especially on a warm day! . . Do not miss out on their ice cream with churros!!! What a treat!

The sandwich was made incorrectly and the fries were greasy, mushy, and lacking salt. My husband told them the problems and the manager instructed the cook to remake the sandwich and fries. Husband said the cook looked annoyed. Fries came back and were the exact same ones as before but it was clear they had been nuked in the microwave. Salt packets were thrown into the bag. The sandwich was made correctly this time, but it just wasn't good anyway. It tasted microwaved. The bread was soft and mushy, bacon was undercooked and just so much grease. Disgusting. I'll never come back.

Hands down one of the best grilled cheeses I've ever had. Wow- the Meat that they put in their melt is so soft! I love how they make sure to toast their bread with butter. Also, the takeout box was really well thought out! There were venting holes to help maintain texture AND a cool tab for ease of opening the box! And just one more thing, WOW, their Breakfast N' Bread Melt is scrumptious! Forget breakfast Burritos, this breakfast sandwich Is where it's at. Unfortunately it was a bit soft but i suspect it is because I wasn't able to eat it fresh there- sometimes takeout doesn't do dishes justice. Can't wait to order from here again!

The Italian scallion had a great balance of savory meats with a nice kick from the scallion spread. The egg salad was creamy without being too heavy, and tasted homemade in the best way. Service was quick and friendly, and everything felt fresh. Definitely a solid spot when you want a satisfying, no-fuss sandwich. I'll be back to try more from their menu.

I came across this Food Court a few miles away. Slicers offers deli sandwiches. I ordered the New Yorker Pastrami on Marble Rye. The pastrami is what I consider fast food few style, grilled, as you would get at The Hat vs deli style that you would get at Canters / Langers. The pastrami was lean and not greasy or grizzly. Nice layer of mustard and lots of deli pickles! Typical price for a sandwich $14 but the meat was a generous portion. Served with a side of coleslaw. For $1 more you can upgrade to a fruit cup, potato or macaroni salad. I recommend upgrading as I had the coleslaw, too much runny dressing. Very good sandwich and next visit to the Citadel Outlets, I will stop here again!

Top Five Reasons Why I Adore Muscle Up Meals, especially, for my 1500 calories per day:…read more 1. Nutrition Content and Container Sizes. It allows me to specifically pick the low carb meals that I want and/or be able to compare and contrast the various calories between Balanced, Keto, Low Carb and Vegetarian meals. The containers also come in four sizes: Small (4oz), Medium (5oz), Large (6oz) and Extra Large (8oz), so that you can gauge how much food you might need (I'm good w/the Medium Sizes). If you're not sure, you can also contact Muscle Up Meals. Best of all, I can easily enter the information into MyFitnessPal app. 2. The meals are affordable, which allows me to alternate between breakfast and lunch. 3. There's no commitment - I'm not forced into a packaged meal/subscription. I can do a la carte style and choose whichever meals to fit my nutrition goals. 4. The meal deliveries are promised w/in time frame and are packaged neatly and tightly. 5. (Saving the best for last), the Owner - Adam Karapetyan. He went from "Obese to Muscle Beast in 14 months, losing over 200lbs!" Partnering up w/Executive Chef Jesse Munk (who also lost 60lbs), "Each meal is prepared to be 5 Star Delicious as well as precisely weighed and measured to ensure each meal provides the optimum nutrition to help you reach your fitness goals." Proof is definitely in the pudding (pun intended, hehe!). Meal Deliveries: Sundays (between 6pm to 12am midnight) and Mondays (between 10am to 6pm). There's no specific time on when they will deliver. However, you will receive a text notification on your driver's Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). It will also include the driver's name, and the car's make, model and license plate (in case you're at home to receive the delivery and want to make sure it is actually them). If you're not home, the meals come in an insulated bag w/cooling gel packs (lasting up to 15 hours) to keep your food fresh. Deadline to Order: Friday by Noon. However, if you miss the deadline, you can always contact them. Examples of my first breakfast and lunch entrees w/Muscle Up Meals: Breakfast Items: 1. Low Carb - Breakfast Tacos served w/green salsa verde. 2. Low Carb - Eggwhite Breakfast Tacos served w/green salsa verde. Both versions were delicious, extremely satisfying and kept me energized throughout my mornings at work. The lean ground turkey meat, scrambled eggs/eggwhite were seasoned perfectly w/out tasting too salty or bland. The cauliflower tortillas were fluffy, hearty and tasty. I tossed both the green salsa verde since they were too spicy for me and the breakfast tacos were satisfying w/o it. Lunch Entrees 1. Balanced - Blackened Chicken served w/cauliflower and grain rice. Extremely good! Bummer, they didn't have it for this next week's order. The chicken breast was tender and juicy, while the cauliflower was crunchy and grained rice was nicely cooked. 2. Low Carb - Turkey Meatloaf served w/broccoli florets and grain rice. The turkey meatloaf was good but tasted a bit too mushy for me. Whereas the broccoli florets and grain rice were perfectly cooked and filling. I may try out the Balanced or Keto version at some point. 3. Low Carb - Chicken Tenders (2pcs) Plate served w/a chipotle sauce, roasted Brussel sprouts and cauliflower rice. The chicken tenders were hearty w/a little bit of heat to them. The chipotle sauce was too spicy for me. The roasted Brussel sprouts were a bit al-dente, but I still dig it. The cauliflower rice was also tasty, a little bit of heated kick (still edible). 4. Low Carb - Chicken and Cauliflower Rice. My last and simplest meal for the week, which was tender, moist and flavorful. Overall, I highly recommend Muscle Up Meals. I will definitely continue w/them and have already ordered my second batch of food! (Stayed tuned, I'll continue posting pics of new meals).
