I cannot say enough good things about this company and its owner, Vince Munoz. We thought we had a leak in the water line feeding the automatic water filler for the pool. He was at the house within one hour of my call and determined the line was not leaking. He did a little more investigation and found the overflow pipe for the pool was incorrectly installed and that two valves were leaking. He fixed everything in under one hour. Vincent and his son Jacob are great! I called worried & stressed that I could have a slab leak and thinking it was going to be an ordeal to find & repair. Not gonna happen if you call this firm! I called on Thur and scheduled for leak detection on FRI and they arrived ahead of schedule! immediately went to work on detecting whether or not I had a leak and found one under the slab in the laundry room. They said they could immediately get to work on repairing it. And they did! Within 3 hours they had jackhammered thru the slab and found the leaky pipe exactly where they had pinpointed it! Someone had tossed some rebar into the foundation which laid on the copper pipe which deteriorated over 22 years it was buried. They repaired the pipe, filled-up the hole and re-cemented the slab. All that was left to do was repair the tile (which they do not do). All in all, the detection and repair was done professionally and very quickly. This is a painfully expensive repair, but these Pros have the specialized equipment and expertise to find it quickly, fix it right and get out of your life quickly! That is worth it. Like so many other awesome reviews out there, it is no wonder, that this here business falls right in line with what should be a 100 star review! My dilemma, started over the memorial day weekend. My family and I arrived at our home late at night. Everything was off, and I thought I heard what was a hose running outside and against the house. After some investigating, I came to realize that I indeed had water running, just not anywhere where it should be, it was under my tile and foundation I would later come to find out. Not knowing the severity, I initially attempted to pinpoint the location and sure enough, with an ear to the tile, I thought I had located the underwater geyser in the pantry. Unfortunately, this would all be taking place at night around 11:30 p.m. and with family set to come over for the weekend and my wife and daughter ready to call it a night and shower I wasn't sure what to do, though I knew I had to do something. I like so many others, rushed to google then yelp. I came across numerous companies offering great solutions or so it seemed, but then 111 Leak Detection stood out. Their ratings were superb and with good pictures to back it up. I hesitated for a while and then at around midnight I texted the number, though not expecting a response. I kid you not, 3 minutes later, Vince calls me back and without a hesitation in his voice, offered the best calming customer service as if it were 9 a.m. in the morning . He asked me a few questions, to get an idea of what he could be up against. Knowing that I would be entertaining family over the weekend I asked if he could come ASAP in the morning. I was impressed how quickly the leak was found by their workers. I had no clue of leak locators. Before the water leak located my water bill for the past three month was over $3K in excess cost. I'm not someone who had dealt with a hidden leak.
