They were out within 2 hours, found that the leak was in a unused underground gas pipe, capped it and I was back in business within an hour. Just 2 weeks into owning our vacation home in LaQuinta we began working with Vince under very unfortunate circumstances. During the diligence process prior to closing escrow, no water issues were detected but we had a few raised tiles in our living room that needed to be replaced which we intended to do after closing. Just a few days later, a 2nd leak in same general area prompted his return and at that time, we decided to have him conduct a drain & sewer scope as we had a number of professionals suggest we repipe the entire home! 111 Leak Detection is THE BEST! Gas company turned our gas completely OFF because of a GAS LEAK. That was last Thursday, late morning. By mid-day (only a couple hours later), 111 Leak Detection was out at our property and it only took them minutes to find and identify EXACTLY where the leak was coming from. They then gave me an estimate for the repair to be done - the NEXT day! And sure enough, Vince and his Son were there the very next morning. I highly recommend 111 Leak Detection and repair. I had high water bills for 3 months and had hired a pool repair, a plumber, and my gardener to attempt to resolve the issue, but no one could find the major leak. Vincent was extremely prompt and came to my house ASAP. He did a thorough inspection of my entire house inside and out and found the leak that other companies and plumbers missed. He spent the entire day working on the repair which necessitated him having to cut the concrete to get to the leaking pipe. His leak detection resulted in finding a major issue I was having that was caused by my ficus trees and would continue to cause more leaks if I don't remove the ficus tress (which I am doing). Vincent is the best! Tuesday before Thanksgiving, when the valley is crazy, we smelled a gas leak. We called the gas company, who identified it, but couldn't find anyone to fix it. We had a leak from underneath our water feature for our pool. This was a result of roots becoming invasive. The palm trees were removed. Vincent and his son were very professional. The leak took a couple of days to locate. After the completion of the original repair an additional leak was detected. Vincent immediately returned and fixed a newly discovered leak. Several days later we reported an additional leak in the area. Vincent again returned. Vincent discovered a slow drip watering sprinkler was never capped off causing the lawn to become overly soaked and the water in times needed to be shortened. We had excessive water usage on our CVWD bill, Water meter was just running constantly when I looked at it. Just to be clear, I cancelled the $250 check after a week of no response from anyone at your phone number. You can't use COVID as an excuse because you can't catch it over the phone. Also, Vince never once hinted that the delay was COVID related, but rather was an "emergency" for which I acknowledged was, initially, understandable. But after 2 more days of delay and calls of being there "in an hour" , it was obvious his word was not to be believed. I have texts from a Friday thru Tuesday showing my concern. Vince's response was to only the first text which was and acknowledgment that the air leak was fixed and I was ready for a recheck. It was as though he felt the job was to difficult or not important enough to respond any further. What else could I think? Thank goodness he didn't cash my check or I would have been out that as well. The reason I picked 111 Leak Detectors was because of the good reviews.
