Somebody needs to watch the plates as the cooks finish them. We were sitting at a table near the kitchen and watched my ribeye sit there for over 15 minutes while they finished other dishes. I decided to get some takeout and wine for my wife. Figured we'd break away from our regular spots and try the 110. She wanted some cheese so we opted for the antipasto. When I got it home and started to dig in, we noticed they forgot to put the cheese in the antipasto. We called and asked for a refund of that plate seeing as it was missing the key ingredient. Unfortunately the manager had the host explain to us that he personally packed it and assured us it was there so no refund would be issued. I don't usually ask for refunds and we're definitely not the arguing type but the cheese is the whole point of the dish and the manager missed an opportunity to make it right. There are plenty of restaurants in the area in need of your business. Skip this one. read more

While in the city I stayed at the AC hotel and went to 110 Grill numerous times. Hands down the best bar in the entire city!! Food is top notch! (Try the nachos and pulled pork!) Salads are delicious! The bar is large, open and bartenders are knowledgeable about making drinks and very friendly. Very cold draft beer and a delicious martinis. The tuna was dry, but not the rye, and sadly, the cappuccino machine was not all-right. The burger was passably "delicious" and very nutritious in this swanky kind-of-a-place to show. The bar was full, on this Saturday just before noon, which may have added to the slow service festoon. The crowd began to grow, giving the impression the kitchen had been closed, for plates did not promptly make it to their stow. Noisy and loud we found the din of the crowd, so we moved further from the nape for a quieter place to taste. The 'mac-n-cheese' was creamy-as-you-please, with fresh seasonal veggies and apple slices too, making it a good wholesome meal! Who knew? I went out with a friend who also has dietary restrictions and we found the menu easy to navigate and the wait staff also did an exceptional job at educating us on what is already allergen friendly as well as the changes/substitutions we could make to traditionally non-allergen friendly meal items. They made sure to use allergen markers on all dishes so that the kitchen staff could ensure no allergen contamination. As someone who struggles eating out at most places I greatly appreciated this. Went with my daughter on Friday night before a show at the Hanover. Bill came to $75. Left a $15 cash tip. Looked at my billing statement and noticed an additional charge of $20.86. Ordered a ribeye steak for $38 and what came back was a very slim slice of $5 sirloin steak that was full of gristle and fat and liked like it had been baked in the over.. light brown coloring. I'd fair better grilling my own steak at home. Sent it back and got a greasy burger instead. Manager never came over to apologize. Done with 110 Grill. This is hands down one of the best 110 Grills. I love the whole shtick of 110 grill- fresh never frozen, from scratch food. They follow the same menus as the other branches, and even let you order off menu. My favorite item is the BBQ chicken salad hold the beans and avocado and they never give me flack about it. Once they made it and someone accidentally put the beans in which they fixed before they brought it to the table. They came over and told me what happened and brought a fresh one out in less than 3 minutes. Since I've now moved from Hudson to Rutland, this will be my new go-to 110. read more

We went on my birthday (on a Monday sadly), had an all-star server. She was great. Drinks were not good, they tried but no flavor. Food was so corporate awful, I was embraced on their behalf. I was served old food. Mushy old steak tips. 3 day old chimichurri sauce that was grey. I couldn't do it. The other four people in my party got subpar meals that no one finished or wanted to take away. My biggest shock is how busy they are on a Monday and people flock to eat this stuff. This explains the Sysco truck I've seen delivering here. I'm not a fan of nursing home quality food. Sad that the demand for food in 15 min or less has lead to low quality heat n serve food in most restaurants. I wanted to like this place. read more

I've been to other 110 Grills but this is much bigger. A little different and more professional type of setting. Which makes sense considering where it's located. Very opened and lots of room. I was immediately seated and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I dressed very down on purpose and I'm a person of color. Wanted to get an idea of what it would be like coming here. Now the food. Wow delicioso! I had the shrimp appetizer and it's sweet and spicy. Too big for just one person but if I came with friends just right. I also had grilled cheese and tomato and also really good. The staff was friendly but our overall experience was disappointing. We asked for more bread with our appetizer and by the time the waitress brought it out (about 10 min later) we had already finished everything because we got tired of waiting. 10-15 after we ordered they came out and told my husband they didn't have any pork left (mind you, the place had only been open for about an hour) so he had to order something else. He asked for a chicken sandwich instead and it came out burnt. So burnt, that we actually laughed when we saw it. I ordered the raw tuna/avocado dish and for some reason it came with shaved honey-do melon on top...it was a very weird flavor combo and I probably wouldn't order it again. Our waitress also never refilled our water glasses even though they were empty. The good news: the kids meals are legit and you get a lot of food for the money. My husband enjoyed his beer and my brother in law liked his meal (cheesesteak I believe). Overall, we won't be going back. Not worth the $100 bill for 4.5 people. read more

Great food! Like, oh my GOD! I loved it. I had the chimichuri (or however it's spelled) steak, and it was delicious. The waitstaff are very polite and quick. They lose one star, because no one knows how to make a whiskey sour. They gave me whiskey with lemon juice in it. Don't worry, I told them how to do it right for future reference. Went to this place yesterday with my daughter,son and grandson for father's day. Its was a nice setting and atmosphere in this place.The waiter did a great job unfortunately his chefs and cooks did not. I ordered plain bistro wings and the wings tasted old,precooked horribly,over brined,over cooked and salty. Just completely inedible. They also were pigeon sized wings. I wish i took pictures. I would say next time but never again. I had wings here one time before and the wings were amazingly huge and juicy . Dont know whats going on with management but someone is epically slacking. Sent back those wings and ordered with bbq sauce. Again they came back with some decent and some dry and over cooked. Just sad because I really liked the wings and didn't mind the price. This time straight rip off and trash! My daughter had to send her fish and chips back do to over cooked and inedible. They managed to fix hers. Just one other thing why is this restaurant so cheap with the fries. They charge an arm and a leg for the fries but give you like 10 fries smh. I've visited this restaurant so many times I can't believe I have never given them a review. This is one of those places I typically end up at when I can't decide where else to go. The restaurant itself is nice and clean. The staff has always been friendly and the food is good depending on what you order. The salmon burger is my go-to meal but tonight I tried the shrimp scampi and that was pretty good too. If you are torn between the Worcester location and the Millbury location then let me tell you Worcester is DEFINITELY the superior location between the two. It's great for a nice relaxing dinner night because it's not too fancy but it's not too laid back either. Also, if you have a gluten allergy then this is the place to be! I have never seen a restaurant with so many gluten free options on the menu as much as 110 grill. I definitely recommend checking out this restaurant at least once. read more

In one word, AMAZING!! From the quality of food, to the excellence of wines, we were delighted to have a table outside. It was a busy Saturday night, so we had to wait for an outside table. It was a gorgeous night in this city. Worcester has made many improvements to its downtown area. Check out the new AC Marriott next door! Our waitress, Erin, was very attentive to our needs. We told her what we wanted and what to bring out first. We started with two glasses of wine. They have a good selection by the glass, carafe or bottle. I chose Moscato and my husband chose Pinot Grigio. Great flavor, body and fragrance. Our first course were bowls of Creamy Tomato and French Onion soups. Both soups were great. The French Onion was the best I have ever tasted. Hot and cheesy, sweet and succulent! In addition to the soups. We had their tempura battered jumbo shrimp. There could have been a little more seasoning, but these were quite good. Our second course was the braised short ribs with asparagus risotto. We shared this, and we were plenty full after that. Beef was tender, flavorful and hot when it came. Their risotto was tasty, too. Creamy, al dente aborio rice produced great flavor and consistency in my mouth. Their onion rings are excellent, as well as their roasted brussel sprouts. Both of these sides came home with us. Sitting by their fire pit was exceptionally romantic and cozy. They have two couches and several comfortable chairs surrounding the square-shaped fire pit. Will I go again? Certainly, and I'm bringing some friends. Tried this place again for the first time in a while. We stopped in last night around 7ish for a drink. The bar was half empty but looked like a bomb hit. Dirty cups everywhere. Bartender was too busy talking to even acknowledge our presence. Worst of all, she took a dirty shaker cover out of the pile of dirty dishes and served a guest with it. We walked out. Had a graduation celebration at 110 grille yesterday for a party of 11. Reservation for 230. Graduation finished around 1 and the host did everything in his power to seat us early which was greatly appreciated and tough to do considering all the other celebrations at the restaurant. Service and food was wonderful. I had the Cuban salmon which was perfect. Not a disappointed guest in the entire party. All praised the service, food, decor and atmosphere. I have made so many complaints to the staff here it's finally time to post a review. The portions keep getting smaller and smaller and you'd be lucky to get your order right when ordering take out. The guy at the front desk is completely incompetent and management just keeps apologizing whenever something is wrong but they never offer anything when they make a mistake or your order comes out wrong. It seems like they don't care because they never fix the issue so it might be time to stop giving them business all together. read more

Traveling for business I stayed at the AC Hotel in Worcester, MA. I decided to have dinner next door at the 110 Grill. It was really convenient, as you do not have to go outside, it has a doorway directly from the AC Hotel. Convenient during the Winter!!! I started with the 110 Salad which was very large and delicious. It had mixed greens, arugula, candied walnuts, goat cheese, grapes, apples and Bacon!!! RefreshIng and delicious! As it was for our anniversary and we didn't mind waiting. So we decided to take a short walk to kill 30 minutes. 5 minutes later... I get a text saying our table is ready. Nice we didn't have to wait long but I felt really awful for the elderly couple that left. There were many tables empty so I'm not sure if the girl at the front desk didn't know what she was doing or not. Food is always good... Crab dip could use more crab and beet salad more beets though.
