Not all the food is delicious at this location. Ordered the swordfish and it was absolutely fantastic. However, my friend ordered the seared tuna and it was completely raw. Then they replaced it with an order of the flank steak which tasted absolutely horrible and super chewy. The ambience was very nice and the staff was super sweet. Hopefully you'll have better luck. read more

Have been looking forward to going here, but a disappointment. Started at bar, but AC (in May?) too cold, so switched to table. Onion rings were cold and super salty, broccoli was cool, overly buttery, and salty. Steak was actually good, but marred by... too much salt. Wife's salad was drenched in dressing. Not sure why restaurants serve so much salt on food when there's a salt shaker handy. Same with dressing, put it on the side and let the customer decide. They offered dessert, which we declined, and took $15 off the bill (we didn't ask for a discount, told the server we'd pay full price since we had eaten some). Won't be back anytime soon. Pros Well-stocked bar Good menu Negatives Kitchen thinks salt is a major food group Salad was drenched in dressing. Most people eat salad for vegetables, and to AVOID calories. read more

Great spot, lovely inside and out. Food and service leave a lot to be desired though. My server could not be bothered and was obviously annoyed whenever anyone in our party needed something, which was not frequent despite having a 13 person party. Maybe the guarantee of a 20% tip took the pressure off and the server no longer cared to fake a positive attitude. Then there is the food, most of which was not cooked properly: steak not cooked to requested temperature, fries mushed together in an amalgamation, vegetables not cooked through. I definitely would not return. read more

Was in town for an event and decided to grab a late lunch here. Nice atmosphere, good service and quality food. My only real complaint is the portion size relative to the price. I ordered fish and chips and was brought a portion of both that didn't even fill the small plate. I was done in minutes and sat there watching my friends finish their more substantial meals. If you're looking for vegan / vegetarian options, you'll likely be pleased with 110's offerings. If you just want pub food, there's better and cheaper options out there. read more

The staff was the best! The food was just ok. I didn't find it anything to brag about. The staff was great and that's why I gave them three stars. I won't go rushing back. But it wasn't horrible either. Just not my style of food. read more

Recently stayed at the AC Marriott and the restaurant 110 Grill is adjacent to the hotel. As soon as we arrived to the restaurant service was quick. I had a Philly Cheesesteak with French fries. The Philly Cheesesteak was delicious it was seasoned and more meat than bread. the waitress was attentive and informative about the menu and food items. read more

After an appointment in Worcester yesterday, I went to the 110 Grille I love a good shrimp scampi and was pleased to see it on the menu. The dish, however was not good. A scampi sauce is light with butter, white wine, lemon and a hint of garlic. Most scampis I have had and enjoyed are served with a thin pasta such as angel hair. This sauce was heavy, almost oily, the pasta was a thick pasta, and the shrimp was tough. Instead of a light cheese topping, it was large slivers of romano cheese? maybe? And the pasta had clumps of stuck together strands which were not very appealing. I was disappointed. Also the price for the wine was outrageous. The plus point for me was the waiter, he was very good, and I told him so. Sorry to say, but - Olive Garden's shrimp scampi never disappoints. read more

This is my usual stop before catching a show at the Hanover Theater. Today, we waited 25 minutes at our table and no one came to take our order. To make it worst, there were five tables that were seated outdoors before us, and no one was taking their orders either. There are times when waiting isn't much of a problem, but when you get there with a plan to eat and then attend a show, time is everything. I am more disappointed because I am a loyalty member. read more

I've had both good and bad luck with this chain, this time was good. I had the steak and cheese sandwich and it was very well prepared and very tasty. The other people in the group had different dishes and some were good and some were just OK (one had the ribeye which he said was dry and overcooked and not close to being worth the cost). I guess it's hit-or-miss with this chain, this was one of the only places in Worcester that was open and not having a 30-45 minute wait, it worked for me. read more

Great food, great drinks. Highly recommend the brussel sprout salad & the apple cider sangria. Staff was friendly & attentive.

Stayed at the AC for work this week and ate here almost every night. Super convenient and tasty! Definitely recommend the beet salad, the kale/Brussels salad, salmon (perfectly cooked), and the margherita flatbread! Sauvignon Blanc was fantastic as well! Thank you for being in my hotel- saved me from walking into the blustering cold to look for food. Nice casual restaurant and cool bar area as well! read more

Wow this place is a disaster. Walked in at 6pm. Ordered by 6:20 - burger, chicken fingers, cup of soup and fries. Not complicated. Walked out at 7:25 when they said our order was still ten minutes away. Place was busy, but no more than 75% full. Waiter was embarrassed. Manager was horrendous at trying to manage the kitchen (we were seated right in front of it and got to view ten waitress standing there with hands in their pockets, forty dishes sitting under heat lamps waiting for "something" and a manager just pacing around. Glad we wasted over an hour of our night for nothing but a waiter's shrug - not even an apology from the manager. If you want to actually eat some food, you should probably avoid this place. read more

In one word, AMAZING!! From the quality of food, to the excellence of wines, we were delighted to have a table outside. It was a busy Saturday night, so we had to wait for an outside table. It was a gorgeous night in this city. Worcester has made many improvements to its downtown area. Check out the new AC Marriott next door! Our waitress, Erin, was very attentive to our needs. We told her what we wanted and what to bring out first. We started with two glasses of wine. They have a good selection by the glass, carafe or bottle. I chose Moscato and my husband chose Pinot Grigio. Great flavor, body and fragrance. Our first course were bowls of Creamy Tomato and French Onion soups. Both soups were great. The French Onion was the best I have ever tasted. Hot and cheesy, sweet and succulent! In addition to the soups. We had their tempura battered jumbo shrimp. There could have been a little more seasoning, but these were quite good. Our second course was the braised short ribs with asparagus risotto. We shared this, and we were plenty full after that. Beef was tender, flavorful and hot when it came. Their risotto was tasty, too. Creamy, al dente aborio rice produced great flavor and consistency in my mouth. Their onion rings are excellent, as well as their roasted brussel sprouts. Both of these sides came home with us. Sitting by their fire pit was exceptionally romantic and cozy. They have two couches and several comfortable chairs surrounding the square-shaped fire pit. Will I go again? Certainly, and I'm bringing some friends. Worcester Common Parking Garage is diagonally across the street. Go! Have fun and we'll see you there! read more

The dining room and bar are clean. Service is friendly and the menu is a better than an average hotel restaurant. My husband's steak was cooked perfectly, although it wasn't a quality piece of meat. The portions are decent and they have a lovely selection of drinks to choose from. I enjoyed the meatloaf. They don't use too much demi glace, and the ketchup was applied sparingly, which is good. It makes me nervous when food comes drowning in ketchup or sauce. You wonder what is hidden. The onion strings are worth a return trip, but my mashed potatoes were quite cold. Just communicate to your server if you encounter this. I am certain they will make it right. Nothing grabbed me on the dessert menu, but they offered nice after dinner drinks and coffee. Overall, the meal was a solid 4. It could be better, but this is a decent operation and a good choice in downtown Worcester. read more

Just another chain in the woo. Would have given them 4 stars however not very excited by their menu. Just another chain who has a few good menu. The food menu was about okay for a new chain. I have had similar food across the country in similar places and the drink menu needs to improvise. I would have expected some personalized touch to the menu when one walks in, like adding some options or working around it. Overall a decent place in the woo where you'll get what you want without much hesitation. Will always be back though. read more

Food 3 star, kitchen speed 4star. Service 1. Servers should be precluded from wearing perfume/cologne etc. Restaurants need to understand that people are not only allergic to food but smells. When you come to a table and I breathe any food you place in front of me is uneditable. Both our original waiter and our host had gallons on them. A waitress from the other wise of the room had to wait on us because she was the only one not wearing anything. She was super pleasure and the service score above is based on the first 2people. I've had much better and expect much better from this place. The turkey burger was bland. The sauce was only in 2 bites so dry as well. Disappointed read more

The folks here have the best customer service around. They will not let you leave unsatisfied. I bet they'll shine your shoes if you ask nicely... Busy lunch rush this early afternoon, but our server who prefers to go by the pseudonym 'T-1000' was on top of his game. He is an asset to 110 Grill. A real chill guy who keeps it professional and also personable. He did not skip a beat. I really appreciated the service and will request him next time I come in for a meal. I'll say this about the food. It's delicious. It's actually outstanding. Got the beyond burger and salmon burger and I loved them. Well I order from 110 to go about once a week or every two weeks to my office next door. I'm glad I could finally come in and sit down again. Cheers. read more

We came here on June 27, 2023 at 7pm, because the 111 Chop House had a 35 minute wait and we were hungry. The waitress was slow and nit visible to us at all. We said come back in 2 minutes she came back in 10-15 minutes. My colleague placed an order of, Ribeye, Garlic Mash, Brussels Sprouts. I had the Shrimp Scapmi. 1.) I tasted a piece of the steak, it was extremely salty, the mash were refrigerator cold, the Brussels Sprouts were poorly cooked. We had to wait 15 minutes after our food was delivered for the waitress to come check on us, to get the Mash replaced. 2. The shrimps were hard and rubbery, and the scampi was taste less. No type of seasoning at all. The garlic bread was to hard pieces of toast. The only thing that was good was the lemonade with a splash of Grenadine. The sad thing about this is, the restaurant was almost empty. This is sad because we should have received better service and better food. read more

Food and service was very good. I had the Caesar salad and cheesesteak sub. Everything came out prompt and fresh. Will definitely return.

Pretty horrible 22$ for fish n chips looks like to cake from the frozen food section at the grocery store

we went during lunch, the service was a little slow initially. We were seated, but it took about 10 minutes before anyone came and gave us water. After that, the service was fine. I had the Thai salmon. The salmon was good, but the broccoli slaw looked old and a little brown. Tasted like packaged slaw from Costco or Safeway. read more

First let me say the food tasted good. Service was good. Portion size was a problem. I think they sold the rest of my fish as fish tacos. I got a little piece of cod that was smaller than a fillet o fish. Suffice to say I left hungry and disappointed. read more

We enjoyed our meal here. Good service, not a long wait for your food after you order. On the weekend, you do need a reservation as it is quite busy. We came with our grade school aged kids. They liked their food. My wife and I had salads. Hers with steak, mine with salmon. Excellent quality, great presentation. My only gripe is that while we waited for a table, we went to the bar area and the burly bartender near us ignored us completely. Another guy (thinner) eventually came over but I had to flag him down to get service. read more

Definitely a fan! The interior of the restaurant is really nice and clean. The only issue we had was slow service- it took us a while to get seated. She said it would only be 10minutes to clean the tables but it ended up being more like 30minutes. Perhaps they were short staffed. There was a lot of empty tables but not cleared and cleaned yet. But anyways, the food was delicious! We started off with the 110 Cajun Yellowfin Tuna- flavorful and fresh. For our entree we ordered the Salmon (Cajun style) and the Shrimp and Clam Linguini. The Salmon (Cajun style) was the BEST Salmon dish I've ever ate. It was so moist and juicy but the crust was perfect!! I was really pleased. The Shrimp and Clam Linguini sauce was also flavorful and light. Really delicious food- Can't wait to try more of their dishes. read more

It's a beautiful restaurant with a nice ambiance and good food. The service was not great. We waited so long to even be greeted at our table. Some of the dishes were mid and the food portions were a bit small. The menus don't have drink options on them. The food took very long even though the restaurant was not full. While we were sitting down, one of the workers passed by with his phone attached to his hat listening to music which we felt was very unprofessional. Overall, not a good experience. read more

Especially because of the waiter we are giving this location a 10 out of 10. We began with the buffalo chicken dip. Best gluten free food ever! The bread and breading on the food is all just as good if not better than gluten food. I had to do a double take every time I tasted the food.
