This is by far one of my favorite restaurants!!! The food is always amazing and is moderately priced! The ambiance is great, and perfectly accommodates a family friendly style! The service is awesome and the waiters are very accommodating! read more

I rarely give five stars but this place deserve everyone. Came into town to surprise Mr.Romance for his 50th birthday. I asked the hostess to decorate the table for me witch they did with delight. The waiter Michael was great. Very attentive and understanding. The food was very good. I had steak perfectly cut and cooked. Mr.Romance had the salmon perfectly cooked. The environment was friendly and so were the other patrons. Bathrooms were spotless. Very lucky this restaurant is connected to the Hotel we are staying at. read more

Arrived around 6pm, saw a nice elderly couple in front of us leave disappointed because they were told it would a 30 minute wait. We put in our name. As it was for our anniversary and we didn't mind waiting. So we decided to take a short walk to kill 30 minutes. 5 minutes later... I get a text saying our table is ready. Nice we didn't have to wait long but I felt really awful for the elderly couple that left. There were many tables empty so I'm not sure if the girl at the front desk didn't know what she was doing or not. Food is always good... Crab dip could use more crab and beet salad more beets though. Waiter was friendly and appreciative. We were also given a dirty spoon with the dip which I didn't realize until I looked at the photo I took later. Good thing we didn't use it. read more

Solid restaurant if you are going not going for quality steak. Expresso martini's are good. I really want to give it 3.5 stars but won't allow me too. read more

Our first visit here. Let me say we had an amazing server named Carley! She is what EVERY business needs!!! She was very attentive, made suggestions, and offered samples of the many brews when we were sure what to order. When undecided about the soup, she brought us a sample of the tomato bisque..... which was outstanding!!!!!! I had the wedge salad with shrimp which was cooked perfectly; blue cheese dressing is house made. My husband had the short rib risotto....best ever! Did I mention the house rolls which were like Grandma use to make and garlic butter which was not overpowering. Worth the trip to Worcester... short walk to the Hanover theatre. If you are looking for an upscale relaxed environment for a drink or meal, this is a must! read more

Walked in and staff were so friendly. Asked to sit out in the patio because it was beautiful that day! Good was great! For a restaurant that makes everything from scratch it tasted great! They also check for allergies which is a great thing because I have so many allergies! But the food was amazing, the drinks were just on point and service is wonderful! Will def be coming back!! read more

We had such a wonderful experience this past Saturday night. Sean was our server and he was literally one of the best I have ever had. He was so attentive, kind, friendly, and funny. He went out of his way to make sure that we had extra drinks and recommended the crab Rangoon dip which is now our favorite app in the world! Such a great experience, definitely the best 110 Grill in Worcester County and we will definitely be going back! read more

A little bit pricey, but what concerned me the most was when my steak came out raw. However, they were very professional and gave me a fresh new one that was perfectly cooked to my taste. The food was great and I would recommend this spot to anyone that is in Worcester. read more

Great food, and a great place for people with food allergies. We had a great family celebration here. I had a wedge salad -- it was huge! Our family includes several people with serious food allergies, and management took the allergies seriously and were very good about preparing food those folks could eat. Additionally, the restaurant has a full gluten-free menu for people avoiding gluten. Me, I can eat most anything, and had a very good meal. An enjoyable experience. read more

This is my husband and I's 2nd time coming to this location and both times we've had hospitable, knowledgeable servers (Jenna this time). My husband loves their Chimichurri Steak dish. I find the Firecracker Shrimp appetizer to be amazing. Also, you will always find at least 1 dessert option that will pique your interest. The overall quality of the food is great and totally worth the prices. read more

My husband & I came to the bar area to have dinner. we were lucky enough to have Alicia and Kyle as our servers, both were delightful, friendly and efficient. food items ( fig & prosciutto flatbread, seafood tacos) were excellent but couldn't hold a candle to the excellent service we received from Alicia and Kyle. Definately worth the trip! read more

We came here because everything else was closed, and I have to say I'm very glad we did. The food was pretty good, as was the service. I could have had 3 more baskets of the bread they gave us while we were waiting. As for the entree, I ordered the short rib with asparagus risotto. The short rib was a little dry but still flavorful and the risotto was very tasty. We also ordered the shrimp and clam linguini, which was also good but again a little dry, but still overall flavorful. There were plenty of vegetarian options as well. One thing I will say is I would have never known it was a chain, for two reasons: 1.) The food was, although a little over cooked, of a much higher quality than normal chain restaurants. 2.) They were definitely on the pricey side! The service was also very good and we did not wait very long for the food. I definitely believe we will be visiting here again. read more

My wife and I went to 110 Grill for my birthday. We encountered very poor service from the waitress and hostess. We had to chase the waitress numerous times to get things like ketchup, utensils, etc. once we finished dinner, we had to chase down the waitress again to get some take out containers and a dessert menu. We never did get the dessert menu. Attention 110 Grill management- please work on training your wait staff. Hopefully it improves next times, because it was the worst eating experience in Worcester. Food was mediocre at best and the decor was nice. read more

I would like to give a HUGE thank you to our wonderful server, Lisa at the 110 Grill. We arrived for lunch to a bit of chaos and were placed in a very busy corner, however... Lisa saw our dismay, sat us in a quieter spot and was an amazing server. Very tentative and sweet, thank you so much Lisa ! read more

Cute resteraunt, new, lovely service, quiet place. I enjoy coming here! I like the kale salad with Cajun salmon a lot and am sad they got rid of the salad with cranberry's wish they added more healthy options. Good stuff, clean, and To the point. read more

This is the worst 110 grill around. The Cuban sandwich is terrible with cold fried pickles and overcooked pork sandwiched between two soggy pieces of greasy bread. Blah. The tortillas for the fish tacos were stale and hard. The fish tasted like fish sticks. The fries are waY too salty. The nachos are good. The biggest thing to look out for when ordering takeout here is to make sure you get the food you ordered. This is the second time ordering take out where something was paid for and was not received by me. Tonight was the chicken cordon blue sandwich that was missing. It's always nice to find out something was not included in your order as soon as you get home. read more

Best restaurant experience I've had in a while. My family took me here for my birthday dinner. Jacob was our server. The service was amazing. I got a 110 Old Fashioned to drink and it was spot on perfect. Jacob was attentive and stopped by our table regularly though it was busy. My wife has a shellfish allergy and the entire staff was very cognizant and told her how the food was prepared to avoid cross contamination. The chicken piccata gnocchi was unbelievable. My wife had a bbq chick salad which was excellent. Food was all very hot and fresh. Beverages were spot on. Highly recommend read more

This place is fairly new on Front St in the Woo. It's right downtown, close to the Hanover if you are going to a show. We sat in the open kitchen area which was nice, we were able to see all of the dishes being sent out and what we want to try next time! I ordered the baked Cod, mashed potato and green beans. Everything was cooked perfectly. Desserts were amazing. We tried the s'mores flatbread and the peanut butter cascade. YUM! I didn't give 5 stars because our server would disappear. Drinks were left infilled and we waited quite a while for our check. Maybe they are still working out the kinks or because a large wedding party showed up during our meal...either way it was a little annoying. read more

Great, fast service & amazing food! Made a reservation to come in on Valentine's Day with my boyfriend and we only had to wait a few minutes because they were very busy. Even though they were packed, the staff was so kind and sweet and the food came very quick. We had Emily and Jenna as our waitresses and they were great and constantly had positive attitudes, even working on a holiday. The manager even made a point to come over and ask us how everything was and gave us a $10 coupon for the next time. Everyone was so polite and friendly and the food was amazing. I had the chicken pesto pasta, it was full of flavor and the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. My boyfriend got the Cajun salmon burger which was delicious, crispy, and flavorful. Overall, had an amazing experience and can't wait to come back!! read more

This review is based on two visits. Pros: Staff is very nice and the cocktails are pretty darn good. I'm thrilled there's another place to eat outside in Worcester. Con: I'm sorry but the food is just not that good, especially for the price. Verdict: Definitely stop in for a drink, but head somewhere else if you plan to eat. read more

drinks were awful. mojito was all syrup. service was great but food was also not up to par. steak was over done and raw in some parts. fries were cold. chicken gnocchi dish is supposed to have a sauce it was just oil, chicken and gnocchi. no capers either. supposed to be a chicken picatta and it was not chicken picatta. not impressed at all. read more

The menu looked great, but the food didn't live up to it. Ordered the tuna and it came out gray. Way overcooked. The waiter was good about it and took the money off the bill, but it was definitely disappointing. read more

Excited to find a really great gluten free place!! My husband needs to be very careful and 110 Grill has its own gluten free menu just about as big as the regular one. Our server Madison was awesome and very careful with how the food came to us and checked just enough times to make sure we were happy with everything. Firecracker Shrimp - awesome! Calamari - even better! We order the flatbread which I wouldn't order again - not very good. But the gluten free rolls were very good! they should think about making the flatbreads from that recipe!! All in all - we will be back. Madison - great job making us feel comfortable and welcomed. The manager as well was very professional and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the flatbread. read more

The tomato soup had chunks of cheese and cream. It was a teaspoon short of being white in color. The grilled cheese was a shame. One slice of cheese in between bread that was hard and crusty. Worst place ever. read more

Went in for a late dinner on Saturday night around 9:30 and place was pretty crowded but still had seats at the bar. The decor was great, very modern and current. Staff: Two bartenders took care of me, Jenna and Kayla, and they were nothing short of AWESOME. When not helping me with suggestions for dinner they were serving other customers. The cool part was when they were not taking care of customers, they were scrubbing the bar, wiping down bottles and keeping busy. Another guy that did not stop, Mike, he was wrapping place settings and keeping busy. On the other hand the other staffers that I heard making comments and was a little turned off by it. One said, this place is so trashy in the area where they pick up drinks but then kept chatting verses doing anything about it. Another was giving the bartenders a hard time about the drink turn around times...kicker is that they did not have the clean glasses coming out of the kitchen...so if they would just get the glasses and bring them to Kayla/Jenna drinks would be flying out of the bar area for the servers. Food: I had the Steak Tips, Caesar Salad, Garlic Mash, and Rice. Cooked and seasoned perfectly!!!! Presentation was excellent...though not practical for the salad. It comes out on a plate, with a bowl and heaping portion of salad. So as you can assume, as soon as you put the fork in and push down the get it on the fork, the rest of the salad bubbles over the side onto the plate. (took the plate, put it on the top of the bowl and flipped so no mess and now salad on a workable plate. Drink: Had a glass of the Duck Horn and price was average for the bottle. Nice part was the wine selection, had some low rent wines but also some bottles like Rodney Strong Cab on the list. Will be a repeat customer at this location. Manager was a nice guy and very eager to work and keep busy...wish it would rub off on the staffers. He brought out dishes throughout the place...including mine. read more

The food was good as expected. I've been here before. It took 20 minutes to get a drink menu. 10 minutes to get a glass of wine. 5 more minutes to have my order taken - bisque and salad. Bisque delivered not with utensils on the table. Spoon delivered. No napkin. 20 more minutes - no salad. Needed to leave for a meeting. Asked for my salad to go. 15 minutes for salad and bill. Very young staff that really didn't see that anything was wrong. No apologies. Half of the kitchen staff was not wearing masks when I arrived. Kitchen is open and visible. I mentioned this. When I left they still weren't wearing masks. Management is lacking. read more

Great food. Great location. It's a chain but you could fool me. The vibe is fun and cool. Lots happening. There is one bartender - female - who works at another 110 and she is awesome! Consistently inconsistent food preparation and proportions. Usually get to-go orders wrong one way or another. I don't see how they stay in business. They are off the list (again). read more

Very pretentious and overpriced for a chain restaurant. Wait staff was presented typical hipster snobbery. The interior looked like the lobby of a Marriott. Appetizers & entrees were ludicrously priced compared to local eateries. Don't worry about your typical American fare, they will include supposed "premium" ingredients to rationalize the ridiculous prices. Vegetarian options were few and far between and left much to be desired. Items ordered were not prepared according to description in the menu. Food itself was very bland, in certain cases just overly salty and lacking flavor. Nachos were extremely stingy with the cheese, and they do not have salsa in the entire restaurant - so I'd save your $14 with these. To top it all off, we all had stomachaches after eating here. Never. Ever. Again. You'd be better off to bring your money & time to a more friendly, and local - not CHAIN, establishment in the city. Worcester opens 100 restaurants every year, so a better alternative shouldn't be difficult to find. read more

Great place to hang out with friends! Sean was great! He was a lot help with picking items on the menu and made us feel welcomed!

I recently went into the 110 with my husband for lunch. We had a great server, Lexi. I felt so well taken care of when I was there, thanks to her excellent service...I will definitely be back! read more

The breakfast I ordered from here was amazing. Never fire your chef they were fast and Sufficient thankyou.

I came here with a friend for some drinks and dinner. We both ordered the same thing, the shrimp scampi, thinking it would be the safest thing on the menu to order and enjoy. It took a bit for the food to come out, and by the time it did my dish wasn't hot. My friends dish was though. The linguine was wayyyy over cooked and completely submerged in the "sauce". The sauce was incredibly watery and didn't taste like anything at all. Salt and pepper didn't do much of helping it either. So at this point I decided that I wasn't going to eat this and for a whopping price of $23, I found it incredibly overpriced for the quality of food. When the server came by to see if we wanted our food wrapped up I noted that I'd rather not have it wrapped up as it wasn't tasteful. I quickly noted that she didn't cook the food and it wasn't her fault at all. She then took the plates and offered to speak with a manager to have the food comped and it was luckily comped without hassle. I've had some hits with 110 when they first opened up but lately it hasn't been all that. And for the price, I just don't think it's worth it anymore. Added a star for our incredible server and for management comping our meals. read more
