The storage unit is convenient and easy to access. Good luck getting someone on the phone and getting through their annoying AI gatekeeper. You better get your own high security lock instead of the easy break in combination lock thy give you when you move in. Not that it will stop anything because I found two people on that facility that had their stuff stolen because someone took the screws out from the unit walls behind it and stole all their stuff because they are so cheaply built. While I was talking to the police about my break in a lady walks up asking about her break in from Feb 3rd and said they came back the night before to steal the rest of her stuff. I lost over $25,000.00 and insurance will never cover it and they stole everything except my wife's yard decorations. They raise the rent after you get in there, they promise two free month's rent, give you one and you have to bitch to get the 2nd month then they'll jack up the rent the next month to recoup what they just gave you. I've used a lot of storage units over the years and this has been the worst. They knew these break ins were happening but they haven't done anything to increase security or notify people to check their units because they know people will move out. The thefts at my facility feel like someone in the company is giving out lock combinations others are losing their property because of the ease of breaking the latches. This company operates under a number of company names and I wouldn't use any one of them. I was in a big hurry when I had to move in and didn't read the reviews or I would not have gone with this company or facility. Converse, TX and San Antonio as a whole sux and we are moving away from this whole area ASAP. I lived in Houston for 60 years with no crime. Moved to SA and my truck was broken into to get nothing out of the truck, people tried to break in my home in Universal City twice, nice neighborhood, had to draw my weapon to stop two muggings and now I lost $25,000.00+ of vintage musical equipment because I trusted this storage facility. I know it was automated but while I was dealing with the police I received a notice I needed to pay my March bill for $148.95. My bill started at $79.00/mo in July 2025. Store you crap here at your own risk because these people are 100% automated and good luck getting anything resolved. When I called in they had an option to file a break in report like it was an everyday thing. It appears they know their operation better than I do and they are just fine with it, just file the insurance and they can keep doing business as usual and will not do anything to address these horrible negative reviews. read more

Same story, 2025. Rent goes up every 6 months; many units were broken into on the same weekend, including mine. Definitely an inside job. Now they want to increase rent due to updating security. Give me a break. No on ever answers phone. I miss when the old couple was running it. Gotta move out this month and hope the investigation will uncover these crooks. I wish I would of read reviews prior. My belongings were dug through and stolen, and of course it was an inside job. Customer service never answers and they went up on the price twice in 6 months. Lesson learned. Don't store your belongings here. read more

EVERYTHING I HAD TAKEN RIGHT UNDER THEIR CAMERAS AS THEY WATCHED ON CAMERA WHAT WE LOADED IN THE STORAGE UNIT D30. this place is beyond awful they are the biggest crooks in the world they stole 3 flat screen tvs out of our unit 70 inch, 2x 55inch tvs. my children's clothes my money jug they took everything my whole life i would never ever recommend using them the crazy thing is that my belongings were barely they 3 weeks they know what they are doing with the so called good prices for 2 months special, and then to top it off they took my mattress a California king size mattress they dug deep to the back and took their time getting what they wanted to get out how did you all allow this to happen and then tell me that i have 1,000 dollar coverage of protection and say the phone agent said to me at least its something. i lost over 55,000 worth of my life saving and hard work and yall watched me put all this in the d30 unit. this place will set you up do not do not get a unit here unless you want to feel like your heart and gut has been ripped out. this place has the worst customer service and not even that i wish i would have read the reviews apparently im not the only person this has happened to. my kids pulled back up with us to the storage to get our family belongings for our new house that we were waiting to close on and my 7yr old, 4yr both crying because they see that their favorite things were taken my kids shoes their clothes my husband shoes and hats they took all of our things everything was in top notch quality they stole my work computers, 1000watt amp for the car, they took our hard work away even paperwork personal information 2 surround sound systems, clothes hampers.. just pathetic whoever birth these heathens are cursed with a curse nothing they do will get far because they are sick heathens that will take your dirty underwear from you they will rob you blind do not leave your things here.
