I have an item I need to ship to my customer and it is trapped in my unit with no way to get it. I cannot afford to wait 72 hours. I would avoid leasing here at all costs, no matter how attractive the rates are.

Then they delivered what we needed to our house. They arrived exactly on time and all of them worked very hard. All three were extremely kind and patient--we had to open several boxes to see what was inside since our previous movers did not label them properly. One thing that stood out was the excellent teamwork among the three guys. Highly recommended and we plan to hire them again when our house renovation is complete and we can move everything else in.

Which sounds easy, but working with moving pods was harder than I thought it would be. And she was so nice through all of my confusion and went out of her way to help me. Which I really appreciated because I was very stressed out at the time. Then the moving day came and I had issues with the moving company and the pod company and organizing the two. I spent the whole day in the parking lot waiting on people. And I ended up having to go into the office several times that day, for various odd reasons. Every time, she had to get up and come open the door. I felt really bad about that. But she continued to be smile-y and helpful. It was a hard, painful day for me and she was the bright spot. Thank you, B--something. Oh, it's on the tip of my tongue. Paying the bill is really easy. I pay by phone, but there are, like, 3 or 4 other ways. I have a great unit. The grounds are secure. However, they gradually increase the rent for the same unit, which is a blatant scam. They also claim that the unit's price will increase in 30 days, but a few days later, they charge the new price that was supposed to be implemented 30 days later. The company is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive, especially the management. I've visited their office three times to address these issues, and they promise that Yolanda Pena will contact me. She never does. I've also called their number and spoken to the call center, who assures me that the property manager will contact me. Yet, she never does either. Overall, US Storage Centers is a terrible company that shows no regard for its customers, rent elsewhere.

Facts: I came to my unit November 6th to acquire winter clothing only to discover my unit had been burglarized and vandalized. The office personnel were not on the property, but I reached an individual the next day by the name of Samantha (Since terminated), who informed me that my unit was discovered without a lock on November 1st. She explained that someone had attempted to contact me [A lie- I have had no missed calls, voicemails or emails on the matter.] and promised to review the camera footage and compile the applicable paperwork for me then she would call me back. I never received that call. I returned a week later and was given keys to the replacement lock the property provided, along with the paperwork. (I've been very busy and unable to wait the now hour plus I've been waiting for an officer to be dispatched to place my report.) I returned December 4th and used that very key I was provided by the property to unlock the lock the property had provided only to discover my unit had been burglarized yet again!!! Two new office employees were available, one from a different location and one in training. They informed me that all the previous staff had been terminated, that they do not know how to access the camera footage and that they have been getting yelled at and confronted by other disgruntled renters who also have had their units broken into. While here today, speaking with yet another employee as I await an officer to submit my police report. I am being told that there have been no other reports of burglary recently at this location. Literally, as we were discussing this, another gentleman comes in and expressed his very recent experience of having his unit burglarized. Just facts....Take it for what it is worth. Awfully suspect to me. This is not the least expensive storage in the area...and most certainly not the most secure. Do your research. This property should not be one you consider.
