I was in here for two hours. To get a simple nail design with chrome powder. They were very hostile with me. Calling me stupid and didn't want to fix my nails once I stepped outside and seen my chrome powder was done incorrectly and patchy. She also refused to give me a partial refund. If you're black I don't recommend! read more

This nail salon has served as my "go to" for not less than five years after wandering in when my prior go to was jammed packed on a weekend. On occasion, I've patronized others (convenience, travel, availability, etc) though, in my experience, service is far more consistent with 90% of the technicians paying attention to detail even if it's takes a bit longer. In gist, it's a bit of a hidden gym but it has remained open and with a steady, consistent client base which is reflective of the services offered. On the one occasion something wasn't quite right with my polish's appearance, the owner, Chris, stepped right in to correct the issue - and even did additional tweaking to tidy up my cuticles. All that said, I haven't used that tech for my nails, preferring the two techs who sit closest to the back of the salon for nail services if Chris isn't available. Majority of my visits include a no chip manicure and pedicure ($62). For anyone who has gone into a salon for a pedicure and was led to the pedi chair "to soak" for 10-15 min while the tech you were assigned (or whoever finishes first) is busy working on someone else as a way to keep you in the salon until it's your turn, in my experience, thankfully that sort of thing doesn't happen here -- unless you ask for it, which I sincerely appreciate. Appointments are also pretty easy to make but walk ins are accepted and pretty seamless. Most of the technicians have been there for years which says a lot about them and the way the owner treats his staff. My only personal wish is that they were open on Sundays for at least a few hours. Other things worth mentioning: - Technicians take their time even if your service begins 15 min before they're scheduled to close which speaks volumes. Plan on spending 90 min or so if getting both nail and toe services. - The location isn't one I would've noticed absent finding its address online prior to and it's interior isn't glamorous but IMO what it lacks in both, it makes up for in your overall experience. The owner remembers return customers by name no matter how much time has passed. (It's nestled in a strip mall next to a phone store, liquor store with Auto Zone as its anchor). - Many customers have become familiar faces and don't appear to be those who write reviews or hop from shop to shop. Even as an avid reviewer, I somehow forgot to do so until NOW. Haha. - All pedicures include hot stones which I LOVE. The chairs feel amazing though I admittedly use the massage feature only 30% of the time. read more

Yesterday 7/22/23 i called this Nail salon in hopes they could switch the polish on my toes quickly and finish up my nails, they said yes and i immediately came in. I did not get the woman's name who did my nails but she was very sweet to me the entire time and she was very aware i had my nails pre prepped. (Tips on and filed PRIOR!) i asked for Dip Powder and was charged $90) I could understand if i came in and asked for a full set but i did not. She took advantage of my time and niceness doing extra things i didn't ask for but i didn't want to argue. She knew i was in a rush for a concert and still decided to take her time. I was definitely overcharged and will be disputing with my bank. That was ridiculous ! ($35 no chip and $55 for a full set) my entire total should've been less than $50 plus TIP! I came here because it was the only salon in this area that opened before 11 a.m. on a weekday. I had somewhere to be at 11:30 so I wanted to get my nails done beforehand... I had no idea most salons opened that late, even in the summer. This place was fine. It wasn't the best mani/pedi I've ever gotten, but it wasn't the worst either. I was shocked at how long it took considering I was one of like three customers in here and like six workers. It was right after they opened and business was slow... why is it taking more than an hour to do my regular mani/pedi? I'm not doing no-chip or anything fancy, just some filing and painting. For almost $50 this was only OK. The service took way too long and I wasn't really impressed with the results. My finger polish was already starting to chip around the cuticles the next day and my toenails weren't cut well and an old ingrown toenail ended up getting aggravated and caused problems all weekend. I'm going to take a hard pass on this place if I'm in the area again and find somewhere else to go. Only redeeming quality: they open before their competitors if you want to go in earlier. read more

Just random checked this place out on Yelp which is very close to work. It was great to get the pedicure done during the lunch hour. Wish I have found out this place last year. It is clean and the chair is comfortable. I think most of them are Vietnamese but could not be 100% sure. I got Linda who is very sweet. She did a great job on sea salt scrub. I also did eye brow wax which was quick and painless. She offered to paint a flower on my toenails but I wanted a Mickey mouse which she could not do. I think she tried I talked to a lady who sat next to me. She has been coming here for 10 year which speaks for something. The price is average for a nail salon. Sea salt scrub extra and eye brow wax extra too. I didn't have any cash with me so I told her to charge the price and tip on my credit card before she did the transaction. read more

I don't like they way they do business or nails. I asked for an acrylic fill and a no chip polish...I paid $35 for garbage results. She rushed through my nails and did everything in opposite order than I'm use to. Acrylic fill is $15 & up. I didn't need an "& up" job so I'm assuming they charged me for a gel fill in. I won't ever be back. That's what I get for being lazy and not going to my regular spot. They have A LOT of elderly clients and I should've known better! read more

The lady that did my nails was nice I guess... BUT I just couldn't get over the fact that when I was getting my pedicure she goes underneath and grabs Everything to do my pedicure [all previously used and dirty]. I have really nice feet and I do not like the way that she filed them down and took nails off from the side making the end result look sloppier than when I went in.. I got acrylic full set longer than I normally get them. I did NOT like how she did the acrylic set as well.. Uneven and sloppy.. They charge you $10 extra if you want any sort of length on your nails... which I have never been charged that amount before anywhere.. I don't like the fact that I left there unsatisfied with both my manicure and pedicure.. I will not be going back. read more

This place is dirty. Dirty tools, not sanitized at all between people. They don't even wipe the tubs out between people. The floors are filthy and they used dirty flip flops on my feet. You know to have dirty flip flops after people have had their feet just washed, they have been used wayyy too many times. Unsanitary, unhygienic, unsafe. I wont be back. The owner is friendly and funny and knows clients by name, and the technicians pay really close attention to detail and are very good at what they do. And, it's not expensive! I am very picky had had tried lots of other salons in the past but nothing compared to this place. I love love LOVE my nails here. Kim is my favorite but I've had several good experiences with other people there. I get the overlay and gel polish. Kim polishes the nails down so they are thin and natural looking. She takes her time to get them beautiful instead of doing it fast and sloppy to get to the next customer. This was my go to spot.. I had good experiences here before. The past couple times have been rough... and I am not one to complain. I was there Saturday for a no chip manicure & my husband a regular manicure. The woman started my nail and barely filed them. Then she moved on the my cuticles which soaked for 30 second on each hand.. that's not enough time to soften the cuticles at all. She then pushed my cuticles back with the tool very aggressively causing my area around my nail to turn red and irritated. On to the polish.. she painted them so bad and the polish went over my cuticles. Which is a NO NO because this will cause the NO CHIP to lift and chip. Needless to say she did a bad job painting. She then had to take the drill tool and clean around the edges of my nails. Which means she knew it wasn't correct. I've never seen any nail tech wake a drill and file to the nails after the no chip was finished. My husband walked out with bloody cuticles and they had to apply a certain blood clotting ointment to stop the bleeding. I could have done his nails better. It's been 3 days since I got the no chips and my nails are chipped & cuticles are sore and peeling. I will not be returning. read more

I love this place. My mom and I have been going here for the past 10 years. They're very friendly and funny. They like to interact with their customers. They make us feel welcomed. They do a great job. I use to get acrylics & gel nails. In 2008 I started getting manicures and most recently started getting no chip manicures. I love going here! And the pedicures are great! Very clean, newly re-modeled salon, with good & friendly service. They have amazing foot scrubs & masks for pedicures! I've been coming here for 3 years now & don't plan on changing salons until I move. The only downside is that if you're paying credit you can't include a tip, so you need to carry extra cash. read more
