They have by far the longest lasting nail dip I've ever gotten. And I've been to many places every high end places and none of them last as long as the dip from here!! This is my "go-to" place & I come here often but I REALLY may have to rethink coming here. This place is clean & quick which is what got me initially but depending on who does your nails, the trip just ends up being a waste of time and money. I came last Friday for a no-chip Acrylic Fill-In and my top coat of polish started chipping 4 days in! I don't wash dishes, don't have a demanding job, no heavy cleaning products or any for that matter so I really can't figure why my nails look this way. They must be cheapening the polish now. I got a dude to do my pedicure he was angry or something because he was hurting me. I told him not to do the massage I just wanted for him to finish it, I don't like it the hot stones, and he did any way. I was sitting down waiting for my nails to dry and he came to me with attitude and being so rude and he ask me to pay, I told him that I would in just a minute, no more that 2 minutes he came again and ask me to pay and that I can leave! I have been doing my nails for years and I know that they're not dry in less that 5 minutes especially in winter when you can't use flip flops. He has not reason to treat me that way. I started coming here when it first opened about 4 or 5 years ago, over time I noticed lack of care (rushing, sloppy, dirty) and I caught a nail fungus from their pedicure tubs, needless to say I stopped going. I went to other places for about 2 years until someone told me they started putting liners in their pedicure tubs, I tried it out again. Here is the low down over the past few months. I got a bad sloppy full set by the girl in the front, she was also rude. I called and complained bc legs face it $70 nails isn't cheap. I was recommend to Lee who I love and has done a great job, takes her time, and listens HOWEVER customer service at this place is horrendous. I walked in three times over the course of a week ( I am a very busy person) to have my full set removed & I was told no one can do it - 40 minutes before closing time. I called again on an early Sunday morning and I was told no one can do it and then I was accused of no-showing for an appointment with my nail tech the week prior, which ironically the rude girl who did the sloppy job, who sits in the front, answered that phone call when I cancelled; apparently she didn't relay the message. I'm over this place. There are better nail spas out there that are cleaner and nicer and care about their customers. read more

I went there for the first time for dip mani and nochip pedi. Customer service was amazing, very respectful and meet requests as much as they can. Product was awful. I have been doing dip mani and nochip pedi for years so I do know what to expect. But this product was very much fake. I chose the colour white and 2 weeks later my dip turned dirty yellow and my nochip literally just pealed off. I was shocked and so were my friends that saw nails. My dip also broke into pieces, had gabs between my nail and the dip so hair and other small things got caught in that gab. Made my nails fold and break and rip. That happened in 2 weeks of having them. It was such a terrified and needed to get them off as soon as i had the chance. read more

I have mixed feelings about this salon. I did not know about it until I received a flyer in the mail and their prices seemed good for the area. I don't have a regular place for pedicures and this one is close to my house, so I was excited to try it out. The salon is large, clean and looks newly updated. There was no wait time for a pedi on a Monday afternoon. They have brand new massage chairs and prices are very good. For $25, their basic service, you get a pedi with all the bells and whistles, including a scrub and massage. They have a decent nail polish selection, too. Now for the part that I am not so sure about. Perhaps I did not look hard enough, but I did not see any sanitizing equipment for the tools at the stations. The technician kept the tools in a plastic sleeve they were most likely purchased in. That scared me quite a bit, but I was already ankle deep in water... The pedi turned out really nice, but started chipping within days. I can make a pedi last at least a month, but I was ready for another one two weeks later. read more

I paid $70 for this crap. My nails are terrible!!! Lumpy, uneven, UGLY! I showed the nail tech what I wanted and this was no where near what I showed her. The lady clearly did not know what she was doing. She tried to add the rhinestones but they were terrible, so I asked her to remove them. By this time my boyfriend and I were tired and ready to go after being in the shop for almost 2.5 hours. We spent a total of almost $200 ( a luxury pedi, mani, classic no chip pedi & a full set ( dip powder). I'm Going to go back tomorrow hopefully some one is able to fix them or refund me. ------- UPDATE ******* this morning I returned and TINA fixed them thank you so much they are so much better. I think they all knew she messed up, they didn't give me any problems repairing them thanks again . I went there for my birthday and the staff was super nice! My pedicure was awesome! My manicure looks good too! The salon is very clean! The reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of 5 is because 1/2 way in my manicure, they switched techs on me because someone else was having a problem Not a big deal, really, but I just like to keep the same person throughout. Also, they had a special for a $20 pedicure. The woman across from me was getting the same thing, but she had what looked like a paraffin dip and some awesome smelling mask that I wasn't offered. This place is great! I had a really really long day at work and was in desperate need for a new nail salon. I came across this semi-new salon and decided to stop by. I went in on Friday after work and they had me seated right away for a pedicure. The massage chairs are awesome, and was exactly what I needed after a long day. The nail tech, Billy, was really nice and got done to business right away. The salon was sooo clean and nice. I would have done a manicure as well, but I was exhausted and just wanted to go home. Wow. I'm super impressed with this salon. I'm speechless. I called to make sure it was okay to come in at 7:10 seeing as they closed at 7:30, and they said yes! My mother and I were greeted with smiles and we decided to get a mani/pedi. The place is spotless and there's an abundance of pedicure massage chairs and nail stations. Katie was my superb nail technician. For the pedicure, she was very gentle and the hot stone massage was icing on the cake on a perfect pedicure. On to the manicure: it was done thoroughly despite it already being well past 7:30. She helped me put my socks and shoes on. All smiles and very patient. I'm the happiest I've ever been at a salon. I heard from a few people that this place does AMAZING work so I decided to take my daughter there to get her nails done for her upcoming homecoming event. I must say as a first timer you are kind of skeptical about who does the best work but Lin did her thing! She got my baby in and out in 30 mins she did a short full set of stilleto nails on her and they look soooooo natural. Most places they lay the acrylic on thick and it looks weird but I must say that myself and my daughter are super pleased with the finish product she can't stop showing them off. The only reason why they are getting 1 star is because my nails came out cute...but not $45 cute! First I waited for 30 minutes to come and find out my wait was so long due to me accidentally putting "fill in" instead of no chip... I didn't know only certain people do acrylic nails. I'm use to nail techs rotating... usually all nail techs know how to do everything ... I guess not here. Since I wasn't getting acrylic I had to switch techs. Then the tech I got cut my skin and made me bleed. Then the one girl got an attitude because I changed my mind and decided to get a design (it's not like they started painting my nails yet.) I have been here many times before a couple years ago, but my nail tech switched to a different shop so I followed him. I came her this time because he was way too busy and my graduation is tomorrow. When it came time to check out they tell me it's $45 for a no chip with design... I didn't even get acrylic nails!!! I have never paid this much in my life!! I have had my nails done way fancier with acrylic gel and only paid $35 at this same shop! I will never come back tot his shop! Ladies stay away and go to "nice nails" instead! The second time around, I got a no chip mani pedi and got acrylics taken off. I loved the mani I got butt my pedi was horrible! Wow! What an experience... NOT! I case in and asked for a deluxe pedicure... not sure what I got! I asked the lady if she did the lemon soak like the brochure, at the front desk, indicates. She said yes. I asked when because I never seen anything put into the water. She said oh it's this and shows me the scrub she put on my legs. I said no, and showed her the brochure to which she tells me that what I am looking at is old. I said i just got it up front, so she hands me some other menu that is different from what I am getting. Fine... so she finishes the fastest pedicure I ever had. I go up front for a fill-in. I show the next lady I want the glitter powder at top of nails with pink base. She tells me she needs to soak off, I said I knew I had on not chip nail Polish that needed to be soaked off. She said no the entire nails and I would get a new set. I said no, I don't want that. I'm not paying for a new set right now. So i said fine, I'll just do a regular Polish, she said they still needed to replace my nails. With that I said nope... I'm out of here. This place has gone down from when it first opened. Bait & switch for the pedicure doesn't work for me. The massage chairs do not work properly and when they finally do they don't last last 10 minutes. And now they do nails a completely different way from the rest of the U.S.A. This salon was large and clean. The person doing my nails was also very friendly. I went there for a manicure and pedicure. despite my previous trepidation, I got the no-chip manicure and I love it! Can't say that I'm happy with the color, but my regular polish would've chipped by now. My pedicure was good. The only downside is the prices are not posted. Not happy last time I was in I have been going here for a while will not be going back I have trouble relaxing my hands the guy that was working on me was so frustrated with me he started huffing and puffing g and shaking his head but I noticed he really began to rush on me and got really frustrated with me when a customer came in looks like he worked on regularly. He stopped working on me and went over to soak her and carried on conversation with her while insulting me, I have been going there for 2 years or more and always tip well: but you will not insult me and I pay you ,in fact I told him if you can't do them let someone else and get this he was the same person that did my nails 2 weeks before and you didn't have a problem with me relaxing my hand! My daughter went in 7/30/18 and asked for acrylics. What she got was uneven looking nails. The older man who works there is probably not licensed to do nails. And he probably is training on real paying customers. They nails were horrible. I tried to call this evening to let them know how disatisfied I was.
