Waited 2 hours to get someone to do my nails and they served about 4 people before me that got here after I did. This happened last time where I waited around 2 hours before they got me where the same thing happened with them doing others peoples nails that came after me. Even though the wait was ridiculous under any circumstance, I let it slide giving them the benefit of the doubt but the fact this happened again is absurd. If they know it's going to take 2 hours to wait to get my nails done they should let me know so I don't waste my time. I usually get my nails done around the area and I decided to try Lee Spa Nail's instead of my usually place. During my appointment my nail bed was filed extremely low and it left me with sore nails. I don't particularly have a set nail salon that I go to but I do come here most of the time. As for prices.. Not a bad deal. It is comparable to all other salons except that their pedicures are only $ 19.99 which is a deal given that most other salons are $25.00. As for colors.. They have a great selection of nail polish colors! They could use more no chip nail colors but their selection is still good. As for service.. Everyone who works here is very friendly, some even know your name if you are a regular, and they honestly do a great job on your nails and toe nails. I like that I don't feel rushed and they spend a good amount of time with each customer. I also get my eyes brows done here as well and they do an excellent job! They have plexiglass protection for both hands and feet. Very clean. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Call for appointment. You may have to wait a bit in your car or outside due to the restrictions on the number of people in the salon at one time. Highly recommended. read more

As much as I like this place it's never a quick visit. I could easily sit and wait over an hour for an eyebrow wax because they're always so busy. If your coming in for a manicure and pedicure be prepared to be there for at least a few hours. This was my first time getting my nails done here. The wait wasn't that long considering I was a walk-in customer without an appointment. The staff is very welcoming and do a really good job. My nails look better now than when I go to my usual salon. I think that this place will be my go-to nail salon. My mom used to live down the block so we've been her twice, first time was ok I got a fill in and she got a no chip. Second time I got a fill in, was satisfied and she got a no chip and pedicure, she started her no chip about fifteen minutes before I got my fill in and she was done before me, so she started soaking her feet. I was done, waited and waited. A half hour later I walk back to her house and an hour later she was home. She enjoyed the massage chair but no one should have to wait that long for a pedicure! Started coming here when I lived in the area with my mother and daughter. The staff is very friendly and inviting, and they do an amazing job. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but it is definitely well worth it! I now drive 45 minutes just come back here and get my nails and eyebrows done. I went to get a no chip and pedicure, both were average. The no chip started chipping just a week later. When I was getting my pedicure there was an older lady next to me getting a pedicure as well and she had a younger guy doing her nails. He laughed and asked "do you walk barefoot?" reffering to the bottom of her heels. The poor lady seemed uncomfortable, and didn't know what to say. I felt the second hand embarresment for her. I almost wanted to let him know how rude and unecccessary that comment was, but I didn't want to embaress the lady more than she probably already was. I'm she will not be going back there after that. The guy was young, tall and wearing an Abercrombie and Fitch shirt, and it was on a Friday mid day. I usually love this place and the quality work they've do with gel nails. However my last visit has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be going back for a very long time, if ever. When I walked in, they mentioned 1 appointment ahead of me (mainly they were asking if I was her, not telling me there was one). I picked my color and waited with the person I was with. After only a few minutes they called us for our pedicures. She immediately starts working on the person I was with, and I started soaking my feet (the water wasn't the hottest, but I figured it wouldn't be long). 50 minutes later I was still waiting (in now lukewarm water..almost cold). There ended up being 4 or 5 people ahead of me. I eventually had to just leave the person I was with and go because I was so frustrated with the service and no warning about the long wait, plus having my feet just sitting in the water for that long. read more
