I would avoid this place at all costs. I've been going here since I was in high school and everything has declined dramatically. Just recently, my kid sister went with her friends to get their nails done for a Quinceañera. My sister called ahead for prices (she wanted to bring the right amount of $ with her) and was quoted $35 for acrylics. Once she arrived to the salon, she was quoted $65. My mom called Your Nails while my sister was in there to verify prices and again, my mom was quoted $35. So she asked why the huge discrepancy in the quotes when the ask was the same (acrylics, French tip) and the person on the phone immediately began yelling at my 14 year old sister in the salon and at my mom on the phone. My sister was receiving a pedicure at the time and she came home crying for how poorly she was treated. She opted not to go through with the acrylics. I understand that cost for these services vary based on the ask but my sister knew what she wanted. In addition to that, the service was awful. I could not imagine why a worker providing a service would yell at a teenager for pricing discrepancies that they can't even get right. This place is awful. read more

Went in a week after, they were going to start fixing my nails but the guy who did them originally came down and started yelling at me. I won't bother getting into details here but I will say this - I have never been so disrespected in my life. He threw the money I paid for the no chip and yelled that I leave and never come back. Just appalled at the customer service from the "manager" here. Brought my daughter to get her nails done here for her birthday and my daughter felt intimidated and made felt bad by this manager. Here's how it all started. Came in to get nails done and asked how long approximately and I was told 15 minutes but ended up being a bit longer with is understandable but after 30 min I asked to speak to the manager and she was already hostile. By the time my daughter was in the chair to do her nails she was nervous and I told her (the manager) that my daughter was just a child and she could see my daughters hands were shaking and she didn't care. I got a pedicure hoping to relax and although the young man who did them was very nice it was clear he didn't know what he was really doing. It seemed as though he was more of the receptionist and they were short staffed so he took over. I don't blame him but it wasn't ideal. The pedicure was rushed and I didn't even get the basic grooming that comes along w/ one ex; filing etc. I then proceeded to get my nails done and he was having trouble taking the acrylics off even after soaking and this woman saw him struggling so she took over and literally used a meta tool to pry them off which is as painful as it sounds. I love this nail salon! I originally went the first time because it's super close to my house. However, the quality and prices cannot be beat! I have since been back a few times. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. The salon is always busy but you never have to wait very long. I usually get acrylics and they always last a really long time without chipping or breaking! I also love how they have a huge selection of colors to choose from! Another thing you cannot beat are the prices! It's $25 for a full set and $15 for a fill in! She glued the nails on me crooked and when I asked her to fix it she started speaking her language in which even the girls doing pedicures turn to look at me. She fixed one nail but when I asked to fix the second one that was crooked she got mad and said she wasnt going to do my nails because I didnt like them. The girl who did my nails seemed quite inexperienced at it and was rushing through the entire process. It was close to closing time, I didn't realize it because it was my first time in there BUT I wasn't turned away. That's about the only plus from my experience. She did such a sloppy job with the powder and the final product came out so horrible!! Then to top it off the total was $45!!! I even tipped $5 like an idiot!!! Prices are fair Cons The owner takes appointments but when you get there at your appt. time you can guarantee he won't be ready and he'll make you wait. Which defeats the point of making an appointment. Then after you wait he'll rush on your nails. He did a terrible job and I was only there for a fill in. Leaves old nail polish still on the nails instead of getting it all off before putting new color. He told me he knew how to do the stiletto shaped nails. He couldn't!!! I just left the nail salon and they gave me a new girl who was shaking the entire time. It took twice as long as a normal pedicure since she did not know what she was doing. My 9 year old could have done a better job. I'm not upset at her I'm upset at her boss if you know she is new have someone shadow her and correct her mistakes. Her boss failed her employee by addressing the issues head on and failed her customers for giving them a bad service. Just today I was asked what place I recommended and told them your nails I have since called this person and said take your business else where. Never again.
