Just got a pedicure and no chip, my regular spot was closed because it's Monday and I really liked this place. I would definitely go back. They are very clean and organized. I had Helen, she was very sweet, took her time and did a nice job! My feet feel great, they use that cheese grater-like thing which I really appreciate!There were lots of colors to choose from, I will definitely go back. Very rude. Nail tech was mad I went in for a manicure instead of a no chip. She kept saying "no one does regular manicure anymore" then she kept moving the fan close to my nails very aggressively and my nails while wet touched the fan and smeared. She then huffed and puffed rolling her eyes and kept saying "see this is why you should have done no chip". First of all I am paying for the service I WANT! I do not need to do what everyone else is doing. Clearly she was mad that she had to do a cheaper service than a no chip. I was the only customer there and so she told me she had to leave so I would have to dry my nails somewhere else. So basically kicking me out! That was the worst experience ever! I am never going back! She was so rude and unprofessional! read more

After my 3rd visit I felt it's time for a review. LOVE IT!! I've been to so many nail spas all over the city but this little hidden gem won me over. Hellen was a true professional sweetheart. It's the small things that matter to me, this nail place has them. It's brand new, maybe less than a couple months open so everything is new. The colors are endless. They are really rude. I walk in and no one greets or say "hello can I help you?"...I was waiting 8 minutes before I had to say something to the owner. The owner and the young lady working with her had walked pass me at least 3 times before I spoke up. By the time I spoke up the owner was in front of me at the desk acting as if I was not there. I said "hello how long is the wait for Mani and Pedi" she replied " dont you see all of these people, they have been her longer than you"... I just wanted to know the wait time, so I left. A friend called the salon about 2 hours later and asked for the wait time and the owner yelled at her over the phone and said " i dont know I am busy!" I would rather waste uber money going to the mall then to walk down the street for this service. read more

I had an appointment at 9am, there was no one there until 9:10am. I didn't really mind, however I feel like they are overpriced. My nails don't look like $50 nails, they are each a different shape and even though I was verbal to the nail tech it didn't matter, she said that she had already put the no chip color on top and couldn't do anything.... if they were all about customer service I'm sure you could of just soaked the no chip color off and fixed it. She obviously could care less. First and last time I come here. Save your pennies ladies and look elsewhere!! read more

Been dragging to write this review but I went in on New Year's Eve (this passed Tuesday, it's saturday now) I have natural long nails, I only get the dipping powder done like I always do. I happen to schedule a appointment with them for the first time because of the great reviews I seen on here. Besides the fact that the nail tech that took care of me kept drilling way too hard on my nails, (I kept telling her to stop because it kept hurting me) my nails were stinging for the rest of the day. When she started on the dipping powder, she was actually applying it with acetone and a brush like if it had asked her for a acrylic set. When I brought it up to her and she stated that "that's how we do dipping powder here". Later that day when I was taking a shower I realized that one of my nails kept getting stuck to my hair. That's when I realized that she had actually broke my index finger's side of my nail, and tried hiding it with the dipping powder. This place is really clean and nice looking but I will never come back to this location nor would I recommend this place to anyone unless you want botched nails. read more

This was my second time here. The first time I didn't like the flowers on my nails and the lady fixed them and I left happy. This second time the man who did my nails rushed the entire process and apparently this is the best he could do.. he was rude and I had already asked him to fix other things so I left like this bc I could tell he was done trying to do a good job. Found this place because my usual spot is closed on Mondays and they are much closer to me so I decided to give them a try. I'm really glad I did. Walking in you notice right away they care about cleanliness and organization. They have a lot of color choices, which is overwhelming, but in a good way. They use liners in the foot tubs, which again, great! They also give you water, which is a nice homey touch. Helen did my pedi and mani, she has a very gentle touch. I'm always kinda scared to get my pedis from new people because my feet are sensitive, but I didn't flinch at all during my service. This will definitely be my new spot. They do walk-ins since they just opened and they're not too busy, but I can see them going to appointment only spa because they provide a great service. read more

Went in as a walk-in was immediately sat down. Gave Helen a picture of the shape I wanted and she only needed to see it once and she got the shape perfect!
