I go in with my girlfriend for a pedicure. She asks for the wait time. They tell us there is no wait time That they could take care of us . They start working on my girlfriend and I'm waiting for someone to start attending me. Waited for 20 minutes and nothing. 2 more customers walk in and they start attending them while I'm still waiting to be attended. 10 more minutes past by so o just got up dried my Feet, put my socks and shoes told my girlfriend I would wait for her in the truck and walked out of the place. ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE AND NEVER GOING BACK!! I am not one to write negative reviews however I am SO UPSET! While I was getting my nails done the guy put his fingernail in my wet nails and made a mark, after I asked him kindly to fix it he gave me attitude and said i did it! Instead of fixing the nail he just painted over it and now it's bulky and darker then the rest of the thumb nail. Also, I think the nail polish was old because every single finger is messed up and the polish came off the tip of the nail right after put in the LED light .. the guy tried to correct it twice and it still looks horrible! He was making me feel very uncomfortable and was rushing to get it over with and take his next client. Even though I came out of the nail salon with my nails looking like they are 2 weeks old he still charged me the full price of 40 dollars!! The place two doors down from them "Hot Nails" charges an extra $5 for both those services. But apparently I am Kelly's customer, Kristy refused to do my nails bc I am Kelly's customer. This is total bull$hit. I used to come here in the past, about 2 years ago, I had a bad experience with a very rude nail tech that turned me off from this place. I finally decided to give it a go and try again since this place is so close to home, after reading the decent reviews I went back, first of all, my tech looked miserable, did NOT want to be there, was almost annoyed that I was there, she rushed through my nails, I wanted a simple rounded style, nothing intricate, my nails look like a 5 year old filed them. I figured maybe it was a fluke and I just got unlucky, I have now been there two times in 4 months time, and have had horrible experiences both times. the other time, the tech was too busy talking to another nail tech that was there, she stopped working on my nails to look at a facebook post on her friends phone, when I clearly looked annoyed she got back to working on my nails, then her and her co worker continued to talk in their native language, I'm sure talking crap about me, she was so rude she even made fun of my nails, I had a poorly done ombre nail she called over her co worker, said "this is what she thinks ombre is" and they both laughed, obviously I was there to get my nails fixed. So with all that being said, I will certainly NOT be returning what crappy service. read more

I was hesitant of course but 25 for a no chip I have to try and glad I did! They did such a clean detailed job on my nails. I've been to this salon around 3 to 4 times now. I always get the No-chip mani and pedi. It's always $40 to my knowledge. Last time I went, I had a gentleman do my nails a light blue color of an OPI polish, after he was done I looked at my nails before the UV light and politely asked if he could fix a few nails because of air bubbles. Almost all my nails had air bubbles around the corners or even in the middle of the nail. He only fixed two nails, to which I was really annoyed. I was charged $44 for the mani and pedi. To my belief, I was charged a weird number of $4 when its usually $40. I was charged $2 for each nail he fixed. Not only that, but 3 days later, the nail polish started to crack and chip around the edges, needless to say I haven't been back. read more

I have been to this place three times already. The first time I went I had to wait about 40 mins to get services. Granted it was a busy day and I did not pay no mind to it as I was there to relax. They do have really nice massage chairs while you are getting your pedi done. This particular time I went in about 7:20ish. Granted they do close at 8. I told the guy who flagged me down that I was in for a pedi and a full set. He said okay. Pick color and we will be with you. Again this place is jammed (( they should consider hiring to keep up with business.. I digress)) Finally I get called over to get started. My intentions were really to get my full set since my toes were already done but I thought to myself .. Why not ! Almost half way thru my pedi the owner ( I think ) comes up and asks me if I wanted a full set. I said yes. Then she told me they it was too late and I would have to come back !! The nerve !! I almost walked out without getting polish on my toes. If I would have known this information from the start I would have just gotten my nails done then came back later for pedi. My point to this story is that they should have taken care of me full service. There so many places around that provide this same service. A little more customer service and I would have kept coming. They will be losing my business along with all my girls that go with me to get our nails done. read more

I went in for my FIRST pedicure in my entire life (I'm 27). I went in with high expectations since this place was a referral from a friend. The end product looked nice - I was pleased with the way it and it took about 3-4 weeks to finally chip even though it was just a regular polish. The experience wasn't so wonderful. They brought me to the chair where my water wasn't that warm and the bubbly thing wasn't working. I sat there for about 15 mins while my water got colder and colder and no bubbles. I couldn't get the attention of anyone for the longest time. Finally I flagged a girl down and she fixed the bubble problem. As a whole, the pedicure felt rushed. I will never come back. When in and got a pedicure and arcrylic no chip nail. The man who did my toes pedicure was great but the lady who did my nails was horrible. Called and man said he'll give me to owner. Lady get on the phone and yells at me cause I'm not going to drive the 4 plus hours to go back and have them looked at. I said I wasn't calling to get them fixed but to make it awake for future customers. She continued to yell at me that she needs to see and she doesn't believe me. I said I could send an email. I got her email repeated it back to her and when she said I had to correct I said okay I'll email you a photo of my nails and of myself as she asked for lady to recognize me.. sent email. It came back. My nails look horrible like I need a refill already compared to my aunt who had her done at a different salon weeks ago. She did a horrible job. Today I came in 2 hours before closing (so they had plenty of time to do a nice job on me) for a manicure, pedicure, and a full set of acrylic nails. They did an extremely sloppy job. They had two different people working on my nails. They messed up the paint on my toes and One of my fingers, and all of my finger nails are a different shape. I asked for a manicure and they didn't even do that, they just threw the acrylic on, shaped them all differently, and I asked for them to be a little thinner and I didn't even get that either. I should have spoke up at the time but they were rushing everyone out of there. They asked me for $60 for Terrible service and terrible quality. I also am on a tight schedule because I have a military ball that I'm attending this weekend, so the entire experience was extremely inconvenient and unfair. read more

I visited there because of good yelp reviews. I liked it. They did a good job on my nails. It was busy (either because it was Saturday, or because people like them). They also gave me the hot rocks and the hot towel with my pedicure. The price was the best thing. I did feel a little rushed, and I waited 30 minutes for someone to begin on me even though I had an appointment. I felt like I needed extra exfoliation because my feet had been hibernating for the winter, and I don't think I got that. But Hey, the pedicure was only $18. The staff was very nice and friendly. After that they didn't have the best service and I feel like they aren't clean enough when it comes to the pedicure tubs. I was here on a busy day and watched one of them clean it and it was very lousy job. I also witness them being 10x more polite to a white women than to a Hispanic looking women. I called the shop and spoke to a women that said shop sterilize everything before using it on a new customer,she keep explain that I didn't get to fungus from there shop. Very disappointed... Have known the owner of this salon for several years. I recently went in for fill and a simplistic design on each rind finger. I showed one of the guys working there the design I wanted and he said let me see if anyone can do this. He then has me sit so he can fill my nails. We get to the design part and this man is completely clueless. He could not make a Mickey head... three circles; my 5 yr old can do this. After several attempts, I started to get pissed off. Meanwhile the other 3-4 workers are just sitting there, not one of them offered to assist this guy. I called over the owner and he says his wife left and she is the only one that can do designs.
