I stopped here right before 4th of July to get my fingers and toes done for my trip to Texas. They were friendly and did good work. They offered a hot rock massage and warm towels (one of my favorite parts), and an exfoliation at no extra cost. The pedi ran me $20 and the no chip mani $25. I prefer the pedi here and the mani at your nails. The no chip here was a little too thick for my liking. I'll be back again for sure! Very friendly service but unfortunately not good nails. Everytime I get a dip done here they chip within two weeks when they're supposed to last 4-6. I've come in and told them twice now they've never offered to give me a reduced price or fix my nails. They just redo and pay have you pay full price. I came here with my family to try it out. On the website it says they accept" Apple Pay" but in reality they don't . They over charge me for a full set of nails which was a sparkle polish . Their sale signs says $45 but I was charged $70. And each one of my nails have a different form of shape to it . I wasn't pleased with my set . Worst place ever, they quote you one price and after the services they want to charge you almost double from what they quoted you. Then they rush to do the services like removing dip with the nail clippers just because "it's easier to remove dip that way" but you specifically asked them to soak it. And then they end up ripping apart most of the natural nail. Super disappointed. This place has gone downhill. Save your money and find a different place. read more

I used to go to this nail salon before it changed owners. The owner before was Nancy whom I knew for more than ten years, she was very good and friendly, I had my nails done by Tina and she left the salon, then Lisa did my nails for a while, both were the best there, but Lisa also left, one day I went there and she was gone. I haven't gone there because of the pandemic, then a few wees ago I called and asked for Nancy and the lady who answered very nasty told me was not there anymore or the owner. She was so rude on the phone that I did not proceed to go there. If somebody I so nasty on the phone, how is she in person? I did not know Nancy was not there anymore and she could very politely explained that to me, I wanted to go there because is very conveniently close to me but now I don't know. I have been a very loyal customer at this nail shop, even after Having my no chip last less then a week, new nails breaking off too quickly, waiting over a hour to get service, their lack of personnel and even after they scabbed my mom after her Mother's Day pedicure that I treated her too. I always kept coming back countless times after having a few bad experiences. However today was the last straw. Like most people, I work in the mornings and get most of my errands done in the evening. So I came into the shop at about 6:15pm and their hours clearly state they close at 7:30pm. I was told they were closed!! But as I mentioned above they lack personnel and everyone was already with a customer. The worker who addressed me knows me and knows I'm a returning customer. I met Crystal at hot nails today, and she is just so lovely and attentive and everything good! She helped me find a match to my toe polish for my no cup mani. She was so patient and just sweet! I've gone here several times not the greatest but it's a reasonable price . I will not be going back because last time was a horrible experience the man who was doing my nails was very rude he ended up putting the wrong color on my nails . There was a hair in my thumb nail and he kept arguing with me that there wasn't so I told him I wanted it fixed and he just painted over it and my nail chipped very badly 2 days later. He also told me he wouldn't do the design I wanted so someone else had to come do it for me and he made my cuticles bleed and I have horrible hang nails now . The time before I had acrylic nails and he wanted to just pull them off and I told him I wanted them soaked and he left me for about 15 mins and I had to ask someone who was doing my nails and someone else finished . Came here to get a full set of acrylics nails for for my daughter's Halloween party which they have posted for $25 when they were done doing her nails the woman who had just did them saids $35. I asked "how come?" Her response is because they're NO CHIP! But we didn't ask for NO CHIP, as a matter a fact I had explained that my daughter was painting her nails black just because we were going to a party and would be changing the color the next day. I really wanted to love this place, so close to home, only $20 pedicures and they were able to get me in for a same day appointment. A hispanic girl did my pedi and she was very nice but gave me 2 ingrown toenails with the way she cut my nails!!! GRRR!
