If you pay cash, it's $45 and if you use a card it's $47. I don't see that price anywhere else, it's usually $50+. I've also never had an issue with scheduling, they're fairly open often. We often exchanged personal stories and updates during my appointments. However, after one visit where the work on my nails was done poorly, I decided not to return for future services. Some time later, I learned that the technician's husband is a River Grove police officer. After that, I started experiencing a pattern of targeted harassment -- receiving parking tickets in the spaces near my residence, being followed and watched by officers, and feeling intimidated while on my own property. This behavior occurred while I was under house arrest, and I had only shared those personal details with the technician during private conversation. The situation has left me feeling uncomfortable, unsafe, and deeply disappointed. It is disheartening to witness such unprofessional and vindictive conduct from a business representative. No client should have to worry that personal information shared in casual conversation would be used against them in the future. LEAVE ME ALONE !
