This review is long over due. I have been going to Tech Nail for almost two years now and I have nothing but the best things to say about them. The pro's: -the people are extremely friendly and accommodating, for instance, this morning, the woman next to me getting a pedicure could not decide on a color. Every color she picked she would say, "this isn't me!"....until the nail tech offered to mix two colors to find the perfect shade. They literally have over 100 shades to choose from; to offer to mix two was going above and beyond! -I hate to give away my secret but I try to go immediately upon open on the weekends, they are open both Saturday and Sunday and open at 10am. I went today at around 10:15, there was already a bit of a crowd, but there was no wait and not only that, I had one tech doing my pedicure while the other was doing my nails! This is not the first time I've had such amazing service. The best part about this? She asked me if this was okay with me as she did not want to rush me. I loved being able to get my mani and pedi done at once so if it's possible I always say yes! -The prices; I realize there have been reviews that stated the need for an upgrade. Is it the most modernized nail salon? Probably not but upgrades cost money and who would that affect? The customer of course! Their prices would no doubt increase if they did a remodel. -Tony is a true talent, he has designed my nails exactly like I have shown him a picture of and he's even better! Speaking of Tony, he is so eager to please. IF there's a wait, he constantly apologizes (it's not his fault I decided to come on the first warm day of Spring at Noon on a Saturday for a pedicure! Of course there was a wait! ) If there is a wait, it's never too long. -I've had my nails done by most of the nail techs there, I'm a walk-in and don't really have a preference on who does my nails; they all give me the same great experience. Going there quite regularly for two years gives me a glimpse of what the clientele is like. They are the cons: -children getting manicures and promptly messing them up and then they need to be redone. This is silly. Little kids should not get manicures, these techs depend on tips-are they getting tipped double for their time ? I doubt it. -cell phones, the customer's often talk loudly on their cell phones. It's a small space and when people are super loud on their phones we are all taken hostage by them. But that's everywhere, not just here. -I've heard the employees being yelled at more than once by angry customers. The employees have to deal with a lot and they do it with grace and professionalism. If you're looking for a fight, stay home. After reading my review I realize it might sound like I work here. I don't; I can't even do my own nails! read more

This place doesn't look like much on the outside, (I nearly past it), but the service I received from a gentleman wearing a bull's hat did a quality job on my no chip. He paid a lot of attention to detail. He also left no bubbles in my finish. The finish is also thin, not laid on too thick. I tip well when the job is done right. If it is not I usually leave about 5 dollars. The price is 28 for a set of no chip and I will defiantly be back in the up coming weeks! read more

If I could give zero I would Hanaaa Tony's wife messed up my nails. totally different nail design I showed her the picture twice and even kept it open for her to see the picture was totally different then what she did. I was pretty nervous about going to get my nails done because of covid. Yet, this place had managed to make me feel safe and they are open and following regulations. They take your temperature and ensure that you sanitize your hands. They take appointments and not to mention this is the first place for me to find that actually gives me what I want. I show them a picture and I tweak somethings to make it more my own and when I say they listen and they also give you some suggestions and you don't feel pressured to give into those suggestions. I love this place and I have only been here twice. I tried not to judge. There are two big fish tanks (one about 5 ft) that are really really gross. The big one is full of dark green cloudy water that was either too cloudy to see fish or the fish were dead. I needed a fill and 2 repairs. I had just moved, the repairs were new nails. That was last Thursday. It is now Wednesday and the two new nails popped off so easily you would think they had been taped on. Not going back. read more

I came in on Friday night to get a French tip toe pedicure. By Saturday 4-5 had already chipped off. I come in Today (Sunday) and explain that I was just here Friday night and my nails have already chipped. The owner, im assuming, was very apologetic and offered to repaint them the French tip as I previously got done. I ended up just getting a white color on my toes instead of doing the French tip and they fixed it free of charge. The way they handled the situation, even though they couldn't control how long the French tip would last on my toes, was very satisfying and I will definitely give them another chance. read more
