Nails done by Yari! Incredible detail and technique from her always!!

Everytime I come here I ask for Yari. She does the absolute best work and is very kind! She is able to see a picture and replicate it on you. Once I even brought in a design I made myself and she did it incredibly. I wish I had photos of the other work she's done. Go to Yari!!! I cannot recommend her enough!

Always have amazing staff and amazing service. Place is always clean, and comfortable. I really like my services from Rose she's truly a sweetheart and the best!! I always leave very happy with my nails and service with her. I even starting taking my daughter and they are always very nice to her too. The staff are great in this location; thank you so much to the front desk staff she's always amazing, happy, and very kind. Always, makes sure to please the customer and she keeps everything very organized and is always on top of everything. For instance, one time the nail tech that I wanted (Rose) was removed from my appointment and she remembered that I always ask for Rose so she made sure that was set up for my appointment. I have been getting nails and other services at this salon for many years. I believe it was 2005 when I first found Kim. She used to have a salon in the Walmart on 63rd and LaGrange Rd., but when they remodeled the Walmart, she had to leave. However, she always had a salon in Franklin Park, so I started going here. All of the technicians are very good, but the owner does my nails. I live in Chicago and travel about 21 miles. I wouldn't do that if they weren't the best and I'm particular. The salon is exceptionally clean, they have two bathrooms, a whole lot of stations and pedicure chairs. It's a nice place! They do all types of nails; gel, acrylic, dip, etc. Also, they do eyelashes and waxing. The atmosphere is really nice. Check them out! read more

This place has horrible customer service, does nails horribly and even when you make an appointment and sign in they don't acknowledge you, don't say hi, don't put you with the person you requested,don't give you water like they offer everyone else there especially if you are black. They use to work as a family but now the family split and opened their own nail shop. I will NEVER go there again!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR APPOINTMENT IGNORED. These people do not respect appointments and had me waiting for over an hour as they tended others who walked in. Absolutely unacceptable and there are so many other nail salons in Franklin Park who do so much better than them. 1/5 experience. Don't go to this shitty place. read more

I've been coming here for more than five years. My nail technician is Rita and she is the best technician I've ever had. If I could give her ten stars, I definitely would. She knows exactly what I like and she does such an amazing job on my nails, feet and face. Sometimes I don't even have to pick a color; I just let her do it and they are perfect, EVERY TIME! I love her like a daughter; she is so sweet. People cannot be mad at a place, especially if they don't tip well. The salon is very accommodating when it comes to fixing any mistakes. OMG! Yari did absolutely beautiful work! Went in for a fill & change design. Was not at all happy with the previous job done from another salon which I paid top $$$. Yari fixed the flaws & did the fill & design and for the first time ever we were beyond happy with the way they look!!! Nice people & atmosphere & price was good! Plus they have a rewards program. I'm going to make my review short and sweet; THIS NAIL SALON ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!! They are rarely on point with there techniques, sad they have messed me hair up more then they have ever done a good job. But this time ( JENNIFER ) who couldn't keep her eyes on one thing-she spent more time looking around the room then looking down at my hands. Well she did my "NO CHIP" manicure and with in 2 days my nails bubbles up/cracked and peeled, so I went have on Thursday to have them fixed and here I am on Sunday. $35 for this??? I don't see how! Horrible place to go to. First Hanna burned my toe nails last time I was here. Then I tried them again and got Lynn. Lynn went too hard with the grater and took off a chunk of my big toe nail leaving it look ugly. I tell the guy and he says no no. Not even speaking English. Then ask Lynn and she Denys it was her fault. It's going to take 2 weeks or more for my toe nail to come back to normal and all he wanted to give me was $5 off and smh. Worst management ever. Worst experience EVER! If you want your day ruined, then go here! Waited for almost 2 hours and so many walk-ins who supposedly had an "appointment" got seated and taken care of before me. This behavior occurred while I was under house arrest, and I had only shared those personal details with the technician during private conversation. The situation has left me feeling uncomfortable, unsafe, and deeply disappointed. It is disheartening to witness such unprofessional and vindictive conduct from a business representative. No client should have to worry that personal information shared in casual conversation will be used to cause harm or harassment. Just be very mindful what you share with her. Nobody I mean NOBODY should experience such jealous disgusting behavior. LEAVE ME ALONE ! I have really bad feet... I hang out with my mom allot and one day she took me and mt father to get our feet FIXED because they are all cracked and dry..... I went to another place not Nice Nails II but another place and they did a mediocre job. I was not satisfied with the job they performed. Later i went to Nice Nails II with my aunt and they did my feet and boy they made me feel like a king. and they made my feet look really nice.... go and see them they. they will show you how things should really b done DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE IGNORANCE FROM MARCO P. I go there once every two weeks all the way from Chicago IL. As high as gas is i wouldn't go all the way to see techs only for them to dig in my feet. They are extremely careful. MRSA IS NOT COMMON IN NAIL SALONS...... do not give people the wrong idea of a wonderful business like Nice Nails because you caught MRSA from something other than Nice Nails. every time they are finished with a client they go to the sink and sterilize their tools and clean out their foot spa.I highly doubt that Nice Nails will close. I have been coming here for almost 3 years and I can tell you now I will probably never end up going anywhere else! I have gone to about hmmm ALOT of nail salons and always thought to go to the city until my little sister recommended me to check out Nice Nails II . Which is just a jump, hop and skip away from my place. This salon is super clean and staff sterilizes their instruments thourghly after each use ( yes I've checked myself:))) which is a ++A in my book! there is really no one in particular that is "good" at this salon, they are all GREAT at what they do. My nails are always looking oh so fabulous thanks them:) Staff is super nice and never once made me feel horrible when I would accidentally mess up my one nail while drying them ( and ladies I've done this more then once!) Manager Kim has done such a great job in keeping the salon up to date and definitely does a great job keeping her customers happy. By far the best place I have ever been to. I brought my daughter here to get her nails done for prom and she loved it. She even got her friends to go as well, they also loved it. We will for sure be going to this place from now on for our nails. Service is friendly and everything is completely clean. I have no idea what that Marco P is talking about because I met the salon owner and hygiene is one of her top priorities! Please go and see for yourself. Everything is also newly re-renovated and is gorgeous! Her shop and her employees are wonderful! All of her other customers that I chatted with while there have been going to Nice Nails II for years! One woman commuted 1 hr from the city to get her nails done by Kim! Everything about this business is professional and friendly and clean! I will be a long time customer here. read more

I love this shop and my nail tech, Emily! Overall - The employees are very professional and go out of their way to make customers feel comfortable There is a consistent and visible focus on cleanliness and ensuring the tools and areas are sanitized My services are performed in a timely and consistent manner; even when the shop is busy, there is very little delay from the scheduled appointment time. Excellent nail salon! The shop was crazy busy today but the staff was respectful and professional as they moved the customers from the waiting area to the various stations. My nails were done to perfection again today by my favorite nail tech, Emily! Needless to say, I am a repeat customer and will be back again in a few weeks! read more

I have been going to the salon for 18+ years. The owner, Kim, does my nails. I have had acrylic, dip and gel nails. I absolutely love this place! I live in the south loop and I drive all the way to Franklin Park, because they are the best! Last week the owner was unavailable and I had another girl name Rose do my nails. I am hesitant about new technicians, but she was the bomb! She took her time and did an excellent job. She didn't cut me one time. Rita always does my pedicure and my waxing. As I said earlier, all of the technicians are excellent! Check them out! And, they give you points. They add up fast and you can get a service, free! read more

hands down.....one of the best nail shops that I ever did business with! I love the atmosphere. I'ts extremely clean and relaxing. My niece told me about this nail shop and I have been a customer since the experience. I left a nail tech of 15 years to start this journey at Nice Nails. An added bonus with this shop is that they really honor their appointments. Other places "act" like they take appointments but when you show up they're servicing someone else. Kim and her staff make me feel totally appreciated. Everyone is warm and friendly. I look froward to my appointments every 2 weeks. I love this place!!!! read more

I remember the first time I came here about 3 years ago and I've always thought they did a great job, but I finally came back after 3 years since I moved back in the area - the place is amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They offered me water as soon as I walked in and I had a great time sitting there getting my nails done. My nails look sooo nice! Once again Kim rocked out my nails. I definitely must brag about my nails, they look Hott. Definitely on point. If you are new to the area or just looking for a new person to have your nails on point then this is the place to go. I am very particular about my manis, I usually only do acrylic with tip and use only O.P.I polish. Jason suggested I use tips and dip powder...I am beyond Amazed with the results! My nails have never looked better! Helen did my pedicure and does an amazing job with massage. I feel rejuvenated. She is also very precise and cautious with trimming nails. I can't say enough about kim the manager. She is by far the best nail technician I've come across. I am very picky about my nails and each time she has done an excellent job. Everyone is friendly and make you feel good being there. If I must wait for her I don't mind, she is definitely worth the wait and always makes my nails look fabulous and I get tons of compliments and I brag about her. Great job kim. read more

I love this nail salon!! It's right by my house which makes it super convenient. All the nail technicians are so friendly! I go to my usual, Emily, she always does the best job on my nails. Rita and Tina are also amazing (they've done my moms nails many times, and she always leaves happy). Best nail salon I've been too. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Prompt service. As soon as I sat down gave me a bottle of water. Excellent acrylic fill and gel polish by Lucy and I wasnt sitting there for hours. Finished with oiling my cuticles and lotion on my hands with a quick hand massage. No other salon does that with a fill. I will be back!!! Highly recommended!!! read more
