I have been a client for over 5 years. It is worth to mention that I never had an issue before, until now. I came on a Thursday to get my nails done. Paid $45 plus $10 tip. A total of $55. The next day, my nails were all chipped. On Monday I went to get them fixed. At that point I asked them to change my nails to dip powder who as an extra $10 cost (I believe). After my nails were done. They wanted to charge me full amount again. I explained that they should charge me only for the dip cost and rest what I already paid 4 days prior. They were not flexible. He ended up charging me $25 (which was what I was going to leave as a tip for fixing my nails to the tech). So in 4 days I ended up paying $55 plus $25 ($80 dollars) for a simple manicure. Everytime I come here I ask for Yari. She does the absolute best work and is very kind! She is able to see a picture and replicate it on you. This place has horrible customer service, does nails horribly and even when you make an appointment and sign in they don't acknowledge you, don't say hi, don't put you with the person you requested,don't give you water like they offer everyone else there especially if you are black. She knows exactly what I like and she does such an amazing job on my nails, feet and face. Sometimes I don't even have to pick a color; I just let her do it and they are perfect, EVERY TIME! But this time ( JENNIFER ) who couldn't keep her eyes on one thing-she spent more time looking around the room then looking down at my hands. Well she did my "NO CHIP" manicure and with in 2 days my nails bubbles up/cracked and peeled, so I went have on Thursday to have them fixed and here I am on Sunday. $35 for this??? I don't see how! Horrible place to go to. First Hanna burned my toe nails last time I was here. Then I tried them again and got Lynn. Lynn went too hard with the grater and took off a chunk of my big toe nail leaving it look ugly. I tell the guy and he says no no. Not even speaking English. Then ask Lynn and she Denys it was her fault. It's going to take 2 weeks or more for my toe nail to come back to normal and all he wanted to give me was $5 off and smh. Worst management ever.
