Went in for a simple no-chip removal. Left with no chip residue remaining on my nail and a bleached sweater. The lady doing my nails kept putting the towel that had been dipped in acetone so far up my hand that it landed on part of my sleeve. Dirty place and sloppy service. Will not be back. read more

I went in for a fill in and a pedicure, big mistake. Nail tech was filing my foot and took a chunk of flesh off my big toe, I screamed and she tried to spray alcohol on it. I told her I'm a diabetic, nail tech told me I should have told her that. Like that would have made a difference, like non diabetics come in to get their feet cut up! Cheap and dingy. When I visited to get a pedicure, I went on lunch and it took over 1 hour and no one was there!!! When she was using the razor on my calais's the woman took a deep chunk of skin out of my foot and it was bleeding! It hurt so bad! Very nice people but not professional and experienced manicurists. Very nice woman owner. I typically have visited here to get my eyebrows done by the owner. We stopped going when the owner wasn't there a few of the times we went there because we were unhappy with how they were turning out. They have you sit in a desk chair and your neck kills when you're done. It was during that visit that the front door was a piece of plywood, that we realized how pathetic of a salon it was and never returned. Overall the rest of the people in the shop were not very polite either including the owners husband. If they don't like what they do... don't do it, but when someone who is paying for you to do your job, you should be happy that they are coming into your shop, NOT look miserable and like they are a burden! I've been coming here off and on for years but this was my last time. I waited an hour just for a pedicure alone. My pedi was fine however my nails are terrible. I got a full set with powder acrylic. I asked the tech (Steph) I believe is her name..to give me almond shape, she proceeds to make them stiletto and tells me it is almond...I informed her I've had both before that's way too pointy to be an almond shape..so she continues to do my nails and does not even try to shape the others correctly and does it with an attitude. I specifically asked for a pink powder or to show me the ones close to nude. I wanted to match my toes...she rudely says 'I asked you if you wanted a nude'. Once she completed my nails she asked me to pay meanwhile I'm still waiting for an eyebrow wax..I had to pay upfront behind the counter where they work..I was told she "MAKES" the customers sign the receipt behind the counter (rude) when typically I sign at my chair or at the front of the desk. I don't understand what happened to their customer service skills but I know I will NOT come back here at all. I was too pissed to return and have them fix these terrible nails. I noticed the next day my top coat was NOT applied on the edges and even bubbles up on top of the nails and missing spots. They all are shaped different not what I asked for...also this tech is very heavy handed.. I also noticed while sitting there waiting they do NOT ask every customer to wash their hands, looks like just the regulars that come in and laugh and joke with the owner. This lady didn't have a mask on and they never said a word too busy collecting money. The son had to ask her to wear one. Please DO NOT do business here. I hate I gave them another chance. My no chip manicure chipped after 1 day then they started lifting from my cuticles and the whole nail just came right off after 2 days. Called and they told me I could come and get it fixed on Monday since I didn't have time the rest of the week to make it back in. I got my nails redone and it comes time to pay and I was charged $33 for a manicure when I was told over the phone it would be free since they needed to fix it. The owner and I were going back and forth about this and he told me that since I didn't mention anything the day off I would need to pay but he would make it only $15. I wasn't happy with that but I payed it because I was done fighting with him about this. I get to my car and I am looking at my nails and my white nails are now yellow so I go back in and say my nails are yellow. The owner told me it is because of my hair dye which I don't have hair dye or any products in my hair so that can't be it. I try telling him I think it's the yellow oil they out on my hands and he keeps telling me it's not it must be the top cost she used. Well why is your top coat so old that it is yellow? You are a nail salon your polish shouldn't be so old that it changed the color of the nails. He offers to fix them for me and I tell him I don't want them fixed since I've already had 3 bad experience at this salon with the same person that I was a refund. The owner keeps trying to tell me that he can't do that and they will fix it for me and I keep telling him no I just want a refund because of the past experiences here. Now he starts raising his voice at me and started yelling at me in front of other customers. I am now visibly upset by this because as a 17 year old girl have a grown man that I don't know yelling at me for something his worker messed up is upsetting and scary. Another counter jumps in and tells me she is gonna pay for my nails and I tell her no really it's okay it's not about the money it's about the whole situation. The lady insisted on paying for my nails and after she pays she said give her a $15 dollar tip. Then the lady comes at me and gets in my face in middle of a pandemic and tells me that she isn't paying for me she is paying for her to get her money and tip because this made her upset. I payed for a no-chip mani which was $30, and gave the lady a $10 tip. 3-4 days later, all my nail polish was chipping, and coming OFF! Had a busy week so I finally made it in on the 6th day. The entire staff was mad at me and said they only guarantee their no chip to last 5 days. They only wanted to re-paint the nails that looked the worst, when I'm fact they ALL had an issue. Didn't realize how much Bibi's Nail business has grown since I was 15 years old! I waited about 40-45 minutes for a pedi. The Asian woman was gentle with my feet and didn't rush (which I greatly appreciate). Bibi's is a small place, only 4 chairs for available for pedicures, so if you are looking for a spacious, well dexorated, and more comfortable waiting area, I wouldn't recommend this place. Usually, youll have a mother walk in and bring her whole family (kids). I personally like quiet and more roomy nail salons. I got a no chip Mani in addition to my pedi, and I just love how they have many colors to choose from! The owner/manager really strives for exuding great customer service. He saw me staring at my toe nails for five minutes straight and told my pedicurist to ask me what was wrong, and to fix anything I wasn't satisfied with. The worst place that I have ever went to for a full set, I have been getting my nails done since I was 14 and am now 26 so I know the difference between good and bad nail techs. I didn't get a name but it was the elder man working there he 1. Sliced my pinky nail with the nail file and said that it was too sharp (I was bleeding as well) 2. then he sliced my finger by my cuticles 3. said I was sensitive. This was very upsetting because I was bleeding he didn't say sorry nor did he execute with the outcome. These were the worst nails I every received if you go please only ask for Tim I called after and expressed that I was not pleased with the out come Tim did ask me to come the next day but I was so upset and discussed with the service I didn't want to return. I went yesterday this lady was going my toe and she literally was hurting me so bad after I told her something she didn't even try to cut my nails or file them. Then I did my nails I wanted to get coven and she was telling me that if I get them to shirt that they would not look nice and when she was going to cut them they were not to long but not to short...so then she cuts them even shorter which I was really after u told me to not get them short. My No-Chip Experience: I'll preface by saying I've been here several times for pedicures only!- I personally don't get manicures..I like doing my own. So I decided to come in after work I had Brenda?- I wasn't sure about the no-chip but went ahead and got it anyway, I've seen other girls with it and it looks nice and lasts...once I was done the lines weren't clean and had her trim some of the ends by the cuticle...wth? the color was packed on like I had fake nails on and the following day the color didn't chip from my nail but peeled off 2 of the nails! I hadn't been to Bibi's in quite sometime due to the crowds they have and it being so small. So I decided to go back again and that one time I had the older woman (they call her auntie) did my pedi which she was amazing with the massage! This last time I was there, I had a younger girl which by the way, before me she was just gossiping away with her customer and took forever I was in that chair for over an hour! Waiting to get attended. To top it off my nail polish chipped after a week...yes, a week!!! My niece had a no chip done that day and her no chip chipped the following day and one of her nails didn't have the gloss so she had to go back. Bibi's needs to invest in new nail Polish as the ones they have are old and they have to add some type of liquid before using. Maybe that's why they chip so fast. Went here a little over a week ago and I got a fill in. They were very nice and super attentive (i was the only customer in the shop) The manager or what I assume to be the manager was super nice and helpful he told me that they could do anything i wanted with my nails =]. I then sat down and got my nails filled in I Get a french style design and the total came out to 18$ awesome in my book =] and then they gave me a card so that if I get 9 fill-ins I can get 1 free and I have a feeling I might try and reach that lol. This is the worst nail salon ever. I was reluctant to get my nails done because I've had horrible experiences with other nail salons, and this place was no different. The guy that did my nails rushed through the whole procedure and let them looking horrible. I had to go in the next morning to get them fixed by the owner and she did. But within two days of the nails being put on, they were already coming off. So I called in and told the owner the situation and he gave me attitude. And it has been three days since the lady owner that fixed them was supposed to call me. Really this is the worst nail place ever! And the cramped space makes you feel like everyone is working on top of each other. Definitely not going back and neither are my three friends that went with me. read more
