I went for a mani pedi I took a chance and walked out mid pedicure They did not used sanitized clippers The tech cut my toe and tried to ask me to put it into dirty water Then she grabbed what should have been a warm town but it was so old and smelled I stopped her and walked out! Terrible service Do not come here ! read more

I live this place but not even a full two weeks and my nail is falling off I thought last longer than a couple days

Lee Lee and Andy and Natalie are awesome actually every one except the manager she does not understand time management she told me it would be a 2 hour wait to fix a nail that broke a day after she did my nails she doesn't know how to talk to people and she is the reason people walk out just awful June 6th a few people walked out because she was allowing other people in front of them. I am going to have find another nail shop which is sad because I have been coming here since Danny was manging it read more

As a walk-in, I've been waiting over 2 1/2 hours and I still have not been given service. Been told by the manager that she asked the workers that clearly were doing nothing that they did not want to do what their manager asked them to do. First of all, it is a Saturday and I know that it is a busy day but why in the world is this type of service acceptable? On top of it, it is the weekend before a holdifay. I am patient, but this is RIDICULOUS! It clearly is obvious that you only care about money read more

I went in to get a manicure and had a over priced slop job performed on my nails. I was disappointed to say the least, and will not be going to this place again. As expensive as it is now to get a manicure I would think that a full service would be provided, but instead I walk out with a bad polish job, product stuck to my nails, and fingers that I have to clean up. Bring back the days when the nail tech would display tools in sanitizer letting you know they are sterile. Soaking nails in warm water with gentle ingredients to soften the cuticle, or soaking off nail tips to work on a fresh canvas, etc... Now everything is a rush, and overpriced. read more

Very great service. Super clean and they do very good in their jobs. Very respectful super. read more

Came here for the first time. I use to go to Joy Nails in Melrose Park, but my technician is no longer there. Tried a different tech and horrible results. Went to Red Nails snd had Tracy. She was excellent and thorough. Will definitely be coming back. read more

This is where you go for no chip polish, IF you want it to chip. Or, bubbles and glitches under your polish. HORRIBLE! Tip: Engagement matters! You're in OUR community making people feel like you're having conversations about the customers and laughing at them. Does not matter if you're not, the perception is everything. Here's one for you, we'll take our money somewhere else too. Yelp wouldn't let me post without a star I didn't mean even 1! See racism, call it out! Yep. read more

Amazing Service with my nail tech Tau. She does a great job with a coffin shaped nail. I gave them four stars because one time this new girl that I didn't know was doing my pedicure because Tau was busy and she sliced a chunk of meat off the side of my foot. Never ever will I go with anyone but Tau because then that happened. Other then that their good but go to Tau.!!! :) read more

They are very disrespectful, and didn't do a good job on my nails. When I mentioned the disrespect that I received, she said whatever. That's not how you treat customers. I will NEVER go back. Horrible experience!!!!!!!! Not to mention, there was another young lady there because they did a horrible job on her nails. That was her second time returning for them to fix her nails. Terrible service!!!!!!!! read more

I have been going here now for a couple of months and so far so good! I normally go for the usual Nails (full set or fill), Pedicare (full or just polish change), eye brow shaping. I havent had a bad experience yet. The place is always clean. I love that. I need to feel as though the environment I am being serviced in has a inviting and refreshing look and feel. The spa chairs are modern and in great condition. I can actually sit back and relax while I enjoy my pedicare or polish change. The prices are pretty average for the area. The only reason why I did not give it a 5 is because I have gone during times they should be open and they were not. Posted business hours should always be adhered to. I will be back.. as a matter of fact.. THIS SUNDAY! :) read more

I am generally one of those pop in customers. I have a few spots to pick from and some are more reasonable or cheaper than others.. I decided to come here or a second time to get a pedicure, since the first time was pretty nice. Had I rated them at that time, they would have all 5 stars.... Here goes, I come in getting ready for Pride weekend and as I do every year, I wanted a rainbow design on my big toe. I picked out all of the colors beforehand and made my way to a chair. The tech began working her magic and I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. She immediately says "I don't do that, thats a design too hard."(1star gone) And then she asks me if I want my freshly threaded, perfectly lined eyebrows waxed? REALLY?!?!?!?...( you guessed it... 2 stars gone) Back to the pedicure... I ask if I can teach her how to do the design I want and she replies, "I know how, too much work." Okay... really?!?!?! (Bye bye star #3). I ask if anyone here could do the design , she begins speaking her native language to the others in the shop. The only response was from a gentleman working here, in a language that I don't speak... her response after the exchange "no."(bye star 4, you just had an entire conversation with someone, and without knowing your language, I am sure ya'll said more than just the w no) I am not taking a star for the seemingly humorous conversation she had with the tech next to us. Things are about to get interesting now... I have a big heart and can't stay mad too long... we eventually decided to do dots... which I think took longer than what I wanted in the first place... she was big on arguing with me, but I found the jazziness kind of funny... her effort and the end result (I wear safety shoes everyday for work... exactly) was perfect!!!! This helped them recoup one of their lost points... since I still don't have a rainbow... smh read more

I asked the nail tech numerous times to remove my no-chip pedicure by soaking it off, and numerous times she failed. Because I'm on a strict time schedule, I allowed her to use the dermal drill even though I was fuming & ready to run out of the chair. Looks like I have to go all the way to Elmhurst to get a decent pedicure or just learn how to do them myself. read more

The price for a pedicure is $20 you can't beat that!!! I've had no problem with the service I was mainly in and out so I really didn't need any friendly conversation..... The place looks pretty clean to me I wish they did use the plastic covers for The tub but it looks like they clean it out real good but I still like the plastic covers for the tub it stops the transfer of diseases and infections read more

Clean, but not current on what is trending now on different design from marble, color changing or ombre design.

Worst service ever!!! Horrible and mean staff!! Nasty attitudes. First and last time EVER coming here.

If you are looking for a classy and relaxing place to get a manicure and pedicure, this is definitely not the place. It smells like chemicals from the moment you walk in. Plus, the staff is very rude. I do not tolerate rudeness, so I walked out. read more

I went here for the first time to get a pedicure. I told the man to charge my card $20 for the pedicure the $5 for the tip. He charged my card ! 205!!!! He voided the transaction but he didn't understand English. I tried explaining to him that it will take 2-3 business days for the funds to be back in my account. I asked for the manager & he said they didn't have one. He still made me pay $20. I had to go get cash & come back. I would never comr back due to the horrible service. read more

Cindy D. First and Last Time...Tracy was rude and unprofessional.and the place needs cleaning..Tracy also coughed right over the container of eyelashes she was holding.....didnt wash her hands. I declined her svs..left the shop..called to express my concerns in private as opposed to embarassing her in front of other patrons.. she sarcastically apologized..and let me know that if I didnt like the place ..I didnt have to come back.. we should demand better of the business owners in our community... Guess what " Tracy"..I wont be back..and cover your mouth when you cough..( aim for the inner elbow if possible) if not then atleast wash your hands.. Hygiene 101.. read more

The attitude here is like "you could come here...or you couldn't...whatever." It's like they generally don't care about their customers. I got a gel mani here and it came off quick ($30 for 3 days of polish) the eyebrow arch is great and only $8 but I can get a great brow and better service in other places. In fact the lady who arched my brows didn't even say 1 word to me before or after arching except for "Eight dollars" read more

I have been in Red Nails once before and hated the experience people were slow and rude. I decided to give them another chance I just needed someone to repaint my acrylic nails and the wait for 45 mins there were a total of at least 5 people there and two out of the five weren't doing anything. I asked how long again the lady said five mins. Which ended up being 45 mins later... never again read more

Red Nails employees are unprofessional rude and I will never give them business again. I was treated as if I did not pay for the service that they provided the nail tech threw her hand in my face and talked loud to me. It all comes down to bad customer service. Been going here for years because I lived so close but it wasn't worth it...bad service and they're all about the money. One time the owner tried to convince me to keep my nails clear so she didn't have to color them then another telling me the air will dry my nails because she wanted to close shop and go home...WHAT? I'll never step foot in here again and red nails wouldn't get a red penny from me ever again! read more
