As a walk-in, I've been waiting over 2 1/2 hours and I still have not been given service. Been told by the manager that she asked the workers that clearly were doing nothing that they did not want to do what their manager asked them to do. I went in to get a manicure and had a over priced slop job performed on my nails. I was disappointed to say the least, and will not be going to this place again. As expensive as it is now to get a manicure I would think that a full service would be provided, but instead I walk out with a bad polish job, product stuck to my nails, and fingers that I have to clean up. Bring back the days when the nail tech would display tools in sanitizer letting you know they are sterile. Soaking nails in warm water with gentle ingredients to soften the cuticle, or soaking off nail tips to work on a fresh canvas, etc... Now everything is a rush, and overpriced. read more

I gave them four stars because one time this new girl that I didn't know was doing my pedicure because Tau was busy and she sliced a chunk of meat off the side of my foot. I have been going here now for a couple of months and so far so good! I normally go for the usual Nails (full set or fill), Pedicare (full or just polish change), eye brow shaping. I havent had a bad experience yet. The place is always clean. I love that. I need to feel as though the environment I am being serviced in has a inviting and refreshing look and feel. The spa chairs are modern and in great condition. I can actually sit back and relax while I enjoy my pedicare or polish change. The prices are pretty average for the area. The only reason why I did not give it a 5 is because I have gone during times they should be open and they were not. Posted business hours should always be adhered to. I am generally one of those pop in customers. I have a few spots to pick from and some are more reasonable or cheaper than others.. I decided to come here or a second time to get a pedicure, since the first time was pretty nice. Had I rated them at that time, they would have all 5 stars.... Here goes, I come in getting ready for Pride weekend and as I do every year, I wanted a rainbow design on my big toe. I picked out all of the colors beforehand and made my way to a chair. The tech began working her magic and I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. She immediately says "I don't do that, thats a design too hard."(1star gone) And then she asks me if I want my freshly threaded, perfectly lined eyebrows waxed? REALLY?!?!?!?...( you guessed it... 2 stars gone) Back to the pedicure... I ask if I can teach her how to do the design I want and she replies, "I know how, too much work." Okay... really?!?!?! (Bye bye star #3). I ask if anyone here could do the design , she begins speaking her native language to the others in the shop. The only response was from a gentleman working here, in a language that I don't speak... her response after the exchange "no."(bye star 4, you just had an entire conversation with someone, and without knowing your language, I am sure ya'll said more than just the w no) I am not taking a star for the seemingly humorous conversation she had with the tech next to us. Things are about to get interesting now... I have a big heart and can't stay mad too long... we eventually decided to do dots... which I think took longer than what I wanted in the first place... she was big on arguing with me, but I found the jazziness kind of funny... her effort and the end result (I wear safety shoes everyday for work... exactly) was perfect!!!! The place looks pretty clean to me I wish they did use the plastic covers for The tub but it looks like they clean it out real good but I still like the plastic covers for the tub it stops the transfer of diseases and infections read more

I asked the nail tech numerous times to remove my no-chip pedicure by soaking it off, and numerous times she failed. Because I'm on a strict time schedule, I allowed her to use the dermal drill even though I was fuming & ready to run out of the chair. I went here for the first time to get a pedicure. I told the man to charge my card $20 for the pedicure the $5 for the tip. He charged my card ! 205!!!! He voided the transaction but he didn't understand English. I tried explaining to him that it will take 2-3 business days for the funds to be back in my account. I have been in Red Nails once before and hated the experience people were slow and rude. I decided to give them another chance I just needed someone to repaint my acrylic nails and the wait for 45 mins there were a total of at least 5 people there and two out of the five weren't doing anything.
