Went in for a scheduled appointment at 5pm and didn't leave until 7:45. Pedicure got done fast & felt rushed. Waited for an hour to get a fill. One of the nail techs RUSHED to get my acrylics grind down and gave me the 'ring of fire' on all of my nails. Asked for a simple acrylic set & w heart on one of my nails and the hearts were janky. Will never be going back.

My go to nail shop! My girl Heidi is the best! I do acrylic and she never fails to make my nails look the best!

Was waiting on my daughters gymnastics camp do be done and was able to get in for pedicure and eyebrow wax. They were all great and super relaxing environment! Will be back!

Didn't get her name, but she was definitely talking shit about me and I think intentionally cut my big toenail wrongly and made me bleed and blister. Now it will grow in an ingrown toenail or get infected. I love this place and I come here once a month. Need to get her i name so I can make sure to not get her as a service in the future.

Heidi was amazing and did a beautiful job on my gemmed French tip! Her skill and technique is amazing and you can tell that she cares and puts a lot of importance in the detail and quality of her work. From the many years that I've have had my nails done from my teens-now, I can definitely say that this is the best manicure I have ever gotten! I can't stop admiring them!

Chipped dip powder after 1 week from Epic Nails in Gilbert.

It's been a week and 1 day since I went in for a dip for my nails. This is the 3rd time I have been in this establishment with no prior issues. This time, however, the older gentleman who did my nails did such a bad job. Not only did it take longer than usual, I could see that the tips of the nails barely had any powder on them. Because I was leaving on a trip right after, I didn't have time to tell him and figured they'd hold up! I was wrong. After the first day, they started slowly chipping away. I paid $47 plus tip for what seems like a lousy job.

I found them on Yelp and made an appointment for a gel manicure. I think there were about 5 nail techs or so, but even upon arriving it was about 10-15 minutes later before I was able to sit down with a nail tech. My nail tech had a really hard time drawing the design that I wanted. She had to ask two other people to help, which the 2nd person finally did it but it still didn't come out the way I wanted. But at least they tried. When I called to book the appointment I could've sworn the guy said that it was $25 for a gel manicure. However, I walked away paying $40 for the whole thing which is way more than I would ever want to pay for a gel manicure.

Today was my 2nd time here. The first time was a week before Thanksgiving was for a very enjoyable pedicure. Today I only needed a 5 min.touch up on 1 artificial nail I have with SNS powder. I waited for about 10 minutes and then told the Man I would come back tomorrow when I had more time. He then told me that a girl would do it and started ranting in his own language about how I didn't make an appt. And should have. Rude!! I came close to just walking out. They just lost a customer! read more

This place is absolutely amazing. It was my first time in and Tony helped me out. AND. HE. SLAYS. My nails looked like absolute garbage to the point of no repair and Tony decided to take up the challenge. He is very meticulous and knows what he is doing! Worst experience ever. I took my daughter here for the first time to get her nails done. My daughter insisted that they were done way to thick and crooked. She consistently tried telling VIVIAN that she was not happy and if she could fix her nails. But Vivian insisted in that they were fine! Last I checked the paying customer is right to agree or disagree. Nope not here. My poor daughter was so unhappy with the nails but was afraid to say anything afraid that they would over react. And boy did they overreact once I asked if she could fix them because my daughter wasn't happy. So what does Vivian do? She clips my daughters nails half way that because since she didn't like them then we weren't going to pay and walk out with a new set of nails. Oh that just pissed me off. How do you do that to a 15 year old who is afraid to ask you to fix her nails. And what happens when I tell her to speak up and tell them she wasn't happy the vindictive lady tells her she will remove them for her. I said fine remove them because she is not happy. So Vivian acts like she is going to remove them but only clips all the nails all crooked. So that she wouldn't walk out with a new set of nails and unpaid for. All we were asking was for her to fix them. Why did she have to be so evil to a child. I will never go back to this place or refer anyone here. Honest to say had she taken the time to listen to my daughter and fix her nails I would have gladly paid her but no it was easier for her to be EVIL!!! That was just plane evil she reminded me of a child worse than a child. Greedy lady only thing she can think about is money and not providing good customer service. I will be contacting the owner. She would not give me his info but I will find it. This lady is evil. read more

I really loved this nail salon!!! The interior is extremely nice and they were well staffed on a Tuesday night and quick to help me and two other walk-ins. My first time here they were quick seating us and really took their time. They have 3 packages making it easy to choose from $35, $40, $45. Of course they offer a basic pedicure, but if you have the time the packages are the way to go. I'm a busy mom on the go, so this was a nice treat. This was my first time in today. I was greeted very friendly staff! The owner even asked if I wanted a new set of acrylics and I said sure I probably need one. I also get gels, I had a very nice pedicure where the girl took at least 30 min just to rub my feet and legs it was amazing & I love their sugar scrub which the girl says it was a coffee sent amazing. I was there a long time but it was totally worth it. The owner put a very nice ombré fall color for my new set of nails. I'll definitely be back. I also got an eye brow wax and lip wax. read more

If you have never been here for a pedicure you are missing out! The best pedicure I have ever had, I felt like I left the spa once I was done. The massage chairs are extremely comfortable, and the prices for their services are reasonable. I got the middle level pedicure and it was worth every dollar. After each service within my pedicure I received a massage. It was quiet and peaceful in the nail salon which was nice since many salons cause be loud with all the chatter and music. My only disappointment was the lack in non gel OPI colors, as I called ahead of time to see if they had a large selection and they told me yes. It might sound silly, but this is one of the things I want in a nail salon. However, I was very pleased with my service and will bring my own color next time. I highly recommend this place if you have time in the day to just relax for a pedicure! I was there for about 90min but it was wonderful. read more

Always go to Tony because he's precise and detailed. My nails last 3-4 weeks no problem. If you're a perfectionist, go no further. Also, try the lemon pedicure and foot massage. So rejuvenating. read more

Tony is one of the only people I will trust to do a good job on my acrylic nails every time. He will take the time to make sure my fills are even and beautiful. I get gel polish and have only had polish chip on maybe one nail out of all of the fills I've ever gotten. I've been going to this salon I think close to two years. The pedicures are very relaxing. Tammy does a great job every time and gives a great massage. The use of lemon/lime on their pedicures is great too. I do wish that they would add some new colors to their selection. I also hope that they hire/train technicians to do as good of a job as Tony on acrylic nails so that friends and I can have nail dates and not have to take turns waiting. read more

Very clean and efficient, their pedicures are one of a kind. The lemon pedicure is $35 and it's amazing, they could easily charge more. They take their time and really do a great soothing job. While your relaxing the spa chairs are unique and spa like. They have the option to really target any spot on your back that needs it. I stopped by Epic Nails for a last Mani-Pedi, and called ahead to see if they had walk-in availability. They said yes and asked for my name. Once I arrived, they had remembered my name and had a foot bath already ready for me. Maybe it was because it was not busy, but I received an incredible foot massage and they worked on the mani and pedi at the same time, so it was a relatively short visit. On top of the great service, the interior decor is absolutely beautiful and the chairs provide a relaxing customizable massage. Great experience! read more

Best pedicure!!!! I live in Utah but always get a pedicure here when I'm in town! Get the #2 pedicure (5$ more than the regular and soooooo worth it!!) ask for Tony if he's available!! He made my dry cracked feel as smooth as a baby's butt!! read more

Today was my first time in to Epic Nails and I will definitely be back!! I needed an acrylic fill with gel polish, so I went here based on the other Yelp reviews and I'm so glad I did! I've spent awhile looking for a new nail salon and I think I've finally found it. I'm a bit picky about how I like my nails done, and Tony was very gracious and took the time to make sure everything was perfect!! Not to mention, the salon itself is absolutely beautiful!! After giving new management an opportunity gor a better experience, I realized that the salon is not under nee management and the service is still poor. Staff are not friendly and I treated my mom to a pedicure and eye brow wax, only to have the manager be rude when she expressed that her eyebrows were not even after the service. Instead of tryi g to evrn them out, she told her it's how her eyebrows grow. And she took the paper off one of her toes and not the other because she said, it didn't bother her (the manager). I will not be referring or returning to Epic Nails. For the price, I can get quality service closer to home. read more

Started going to this place last month. I hadn't had acrylic nails in over 10 years and decided to try them again at this place by my house. Boy, am I glad I did! My full set came out beautiful, and the Tech, Gene, was great. I really did not think I could have had a better experience, BUT I did yesterday when I went to get my 1st fill. I did not get this Tech's name, but he sits right by the front door. He really did a most excellent job on my nails. I didn't know that no one really does backfills anymore, and he guided me to the fill with French Gel Manicure. Amazing and all done within less than an hour! This was my first time visiting Epic nails and I have to say I was very impressed. I brought my 2 daughters with me and we had pedicures and gel polishes. All 3 of our nail technicians did an outstanding job. To make matters worse, another technician brought out a supposedly "clean" tool, claiming it was hers, but it was visibly dirty as well. At that point, I took my foot out of the water and left. I regret not waiting for my regular salon to open. This place is a serious health concern, and I hope the health board investigates their practices.
