Heidi was amazing and did a beautiful job on my gemmed French tip! Her skill and technique is amazing and you can tell that she cares and puts a lot of importance in the detail and quality of her work. From the many years that I've have had my nails done from my teens-now, I can definitely say that this is the best manicure I have ever gotten! I can't stop admiring them!

Didn't get her name, but she was definitely talking shit about me and I think intentionally cut my big toenail wrongly and made me bleed and blister. Now it will grow in an ingrown toenail or get infected. I love this place and I come here once a month. Need to get her i name so I can make sure to not get her as a service in the future.

Chipped dip powder after 1 week from Epic Nails in Gilbert.

It's been a week and 1 day since I went in for a dip for my nails. This is the 3rd time I have been in this establishment with no prior issues. This time, however, the older gentleman who did my nails did such a bad job. Not only did it take longer than usual, I could see that the tips of the nails barely had any powder on them. Because I was leaving on a trip right after, I didn't have time to tell him and figured they'd hold up! I was wrong. After the first day, they started slowly chipping away. I paid $47 plus tip for what seems like a lousy job.

I found them on Yelp and made an appointment for a gel manicure. I think there were about 5 nail techs or so, but even upon arriving it was about 10-15 minutes later before I was able to sit down with a nail tech. My nail tech had a really hard time drawing the design that I wanted. She had to ask two other people to help, which the 2nd person finally did it but it still didn't come out the way I wanted. But at least they tried. When I called to book the appointment I could've sworn the guy said that it was $25 for a gel manicure. However, I walked away paying $40 for the whole thing which is way more than I would ever want to pay for a gel manicure.

I have been here 100's of times for pedicures and they are always good. I'm very picky. Today Vivian did my nail and let me just say YASSSS HONEY. I love.

Heidi is amazing and did my nails beautifully. My nails are the Perfect shape. she pays such amazing detail to her work. She was on time and was so nice definitely recommend Heidi if you come here she is amazing!!!

Still amazing, they take care of your ingrown toenail and they're the only place that cares enough to realize my nails grow differently so they have to adjust so they don't look thick. Seriously awesome people and they will make sure you are happy with their service. read more

I love coming here! I finally found my go to nail place! Tony does my nails and he is awesome! The pedicures are so relaxing and they take their time and don't rush. They also have different pedi packages to choose from. Relaxing music is playing in the background and it is very soothing. I definitely will be coming back! read more

This salon has a professional feel immediately when you walk in. Their prices are a little more than other places, but Tony proved that it was worth the extra dollars. He did a nice job on my nails and is always available. I drive from Queen Creek and it's worth it. Tony is great. read more

This is my backup nail place and I've received services here approximately twenty times. About two months ago I got a pedicure and asked for a fill. The manager (male, sits in the very first station on the right) told me curtly I needed to wait another week for a fill. I said I really just didn't like the color and would be happy with a polish change and again, he shut me down telling me I need to grow my nails out more. Yesterday I arrived and asked for a full set. He was up for a client so I sat down despite not being a big fan of his. I put my hands out and he dropped his head and asked me why I bite my nails and scolded me for doing so. Then he told me to quit doing it. I asked him if he wanted to start my visit with rude comments and he again criticized my nail biting. Obviously my nail biting is what brings me in for services so it's shocking he would have a problem with it. Yes, it's disgusting and I'm fully aware of it but it's inappropriate for him to comment on it. Then I reminded him how rude he was two months prior and he asked about what he did. I told him and he said maybe he didn't have time to help me. I dropped it and he kept asking questions about the situation, which made me feel further uncomfortable so I asked him to stop working on my hands (he had shaved down five fingernails and was on my thumb). I gently pulled my hand back and he squeezed it tighter. I told him again to let go and pulled away. My seven year old was with me and did not realize this happened - that's how calmly I attempted to deal with this man. I had another employee do my nails and she did a great job. They give a fantastic pedicure and I have had no problems with anyone else. The manager has done a gel mani on me in the remote past and left my polish with bumpy defects. Unfortunately I won't be back until he has been fired or quits. I can't contribute financially to a place that employs someone so unprofessional. read more

My husband and I are visiting the Phoenix area for our honeymoon and I wanted to get pedicures to treat ourselves. I can't rave enough about the treatment here -- lovely massage, exfoliation, hot stones, moisturizer. They really took their time pampering us and did a great job on the pedicure itself. I love it here! By far the best nail salon in Gilbert. The pedicure chairs are so comfy and the ambiance is blissfully peaceful. Since coming here, every other salon seems sub-par. You get more than what you pay for here, I am unbelievably satisfied!! 11/10 read more

Went to this nail place for dip manicure. The lady was very aggressive and made my cuticles bleed in at least 3 places. When filing my nails it felt like she was about to slice my skin right open and she filed many times. She seemed sick as she was coughing the whole time and did not try making conversation at all. The tools were pulled out of a normal container not a sterile package like I've seen at other places. The place was nice enough but customer service was not great and I would never go back because of how painful it was. read more

this is the worst nail salon anyone can ever go to! I got a basic mani and pedi. First my toe polish looked like it was painted by a 5 year old there was paint all on the side of my nails. i had 2 fingers left with gel polish non there and they still charged me $5 to remove gel... off 2 fingers.... they didn't even trim my cuticles even though i paid for a mani. the employees are rude and make you feel extremely uncomfortable. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

This salon is very quiet and relaxing. Getting a pedicure and a foot massage without conversation is so much more pleasing. The techs focus on what they are doing. The nail techs are very skilled as well and I was happy with my nails. Highly recommend them. Great experience. read more

This Salon is under new Management and it is wonderful! The entire Atmosphere has changed for the better. If you haven't tried them I highly recommend them. Best place for eye lash extensions nails and pedicures. Vivian is fast and friendly I highly recommend this place. Sometimes with my busy schedule I can't get in as often as I should for fills. I have gone two months and never even broke a nail. The work they do here is genuine and good. Good work is hard to find but this place nails it!!! read more

This is BY FAR the best pedicure I have ever had! First of all, when you walk in the place is beautiful and VERY clean. They have message chairs that actually message you. Everything about this place is top notch! I was also impressed with all the little things, like instead of making you hold your foot up while she did Callous remover, they brought out a cushioned saw horse for your upmost comfort! I just moved into the neighborhood and I am so excited that this is my new nail spa! Lynn was so nice and gave me such a wonderful experience. I can't wait for my next pedicure read more

They get one star for the ambiance, other than that, my 7 year old could have polished my toes better. I requested a reflexology pedicure which had an addition 15 minutes of massage. I get a pedicure for 2 reasons, a massage and to have my toes polished. He never ONCE touched a reflexology spot and I have polish all up in my cuticles. If I wanted my toes to look like that I would have done it myself. Sorry Tim, I won't be coming back. read more

Great pedicure, poor gel manicures. My mani turned out lumpy, with specks of the old color showing through. The lady was in such a hurry she clearly didn't care about quality. Also, it's priced above average for the area with gel mani's at $28 and their cheapest pedi is $35. read more

Brought my daughter here today. This place is so serene. Beautifully decorated with EXCELLENT customer service. Large polish selection, comfortable roomy chairs to fit all sizes, super clean, and environmentally friendly. Jennifer did the AMAZING pedicure, and Tony did the acrylic fill, and gel. My daughter showed Jennifer a "toes" picture and, Tony a "fingers" nail picture, and her nails looked exactly like the picture! Love that it doesn't have the smell of most nail salons! Definitely what Gilbert needed! Won't go anywhere else! The prices are VERY fair for the quality services they provide! I've been to many nail salons & this is the best ever!! I never review on yelp because I find time is never on my side. BUT I had to today after reviewing the latest review of my FAVORITE nail place. No idea why any negative comments would be made. I and 2 family members have been coming to Epic Nails for 1 year and we have never had any issues. It's clean and any tools ever used on me has been sanitized. Us 3 get gel pedicures and gel acrylic nails every 2-3 weeks. Tony, our nail tech, IS PHENOMENAL! He takes his time and is s perfectionist. All the staff members are courteous, helpful and pleasant to be around. It's a fun place to chat it up with ur girlfriends while treating yourself or sitting peacefully by yourself enjoying their amazing massage chairs. I would never go anywhere else. read more

If you come here I highly recommend getting your nails done by Tony! I asked for a gel full set and I have only ever gotten acrylic full sets and the one he did for me was perfect! He was very detail oriented and gave the best manicure I have ever had. Apart from doing such a wonderful job on my nails, Tony was extremely friendly and obliging. Thursday evening with a girlfriend. We both got the $45 pedicure. The massage was great. The hot stones and the sugar scrub were the highlights. It was very relaxing for this pregnant mama! The ambiance in the spa was very nice too. read more

Just left this nail salon and had an AWFUL experience. Went with my mom, sister and daughter to enjoy a girls day out and was initially impressed with the ambiance of the salon. After waiting about 15 minuets to be seated for our two pedicures, my mom and I picked our colors and had our spa treatments completed within 45 minuets, which seemed to be average timing. However my sister had YET to be seated nor acknowledged for her acrylic nail set. Finally, after an hour and a half into our appointment and two requests as to when my sister would be up for her turn, a technician began to work on her nails. But ONLY to scoff an attitude when she realized that my sister had requested an acrylic set versus a manicure, which the tech had already started on. In the meantime, my mom was told "no" to a request for a top coat of glitter on her pedicure, and was then left to put on her own shoes on after being left by her technician to tend to other customers. In short, we were at this nail salon for a total of THREE HOURS for a scheduled appointment of 2 pedicures and 1 acrylic set. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning as a repeat customer. read more

The thing that was the deciding factor was an upcoming routine colonoscopy. I felt it to be the perfect opportunity to get the spa treatment and clean up the part of me that was slated to be prodded and probed by a gastroenterology medical team. I planned ahead, noting that the Snake Charmer website recommended at least five weeks growth before getting waxed. I let it all grow out and then set up an appointment several days prior to my medical spelunking procedure. Shelby was my aesthetician who had a very friendly and calming demeanor. I explained that it was my first time to get a "bro-zilian" so she gave me the appropriate stage directions during the process. She was very professional and quick. I didn't have any over-the-top "Kelly Clarkson" outbursts, but the uprooting did require some steely resolve on my end. I am grateful for the treatment Snake Charmer provided. I felt well-treated and am completely satisfied with the results. It curbed some of the worriesomeness of my impending medical procedure and made for smooth sailing!

Started going to this place last month. I hadn't had acrylic nails in over 10 years and decided to try them again at this place by my house. Boy, am I glad I did! My full set came out beautiful, and the Tech, Gene, was great. I really did not think I could have had a better experience, BUT I did yesterday when I went to get my 1st fill. I did not get this Tech's name, but he sits right by the front door. He really did a most excellent job on my nails. I didn't know that no one really does backfills anymore, and he guided me to the fill with French Gel Manicure. Amazing and all done within less than an hour! This was my first time visiting Epic nails and I have to say I was very impressed. I brought my 2 daughters with me and we had pedicures and gel polishes. All 3 of our nail technicians did an outstanding job. The decor of the salon is beautiful, with stone accents along the walls, a life-like mural of a blue sky on the ceiling, all creating a very relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back. Best nail salon in phoenix! My daughter brought me here to get a full set of nails and a pedicure before I left for my Jamaican vacation.
