I was given a very competitive price to remove a live oak which was approximately 35 feet tall and was located in an area fifteen feet wide with a fence and the house on either side. They were able to remove it without any damage to either. They also ground what was left of the trunk and large roots. You would never know there had been such a large tree after they had finished. I had very good communication with Mark and he was very attentive to my needs. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. read more

12 Tree removed my enormous 70+ foot live sycamore tree that was only 3 ft from my house and grown into my wrought iron fence. They were professional, courteous, responsive, qualified and very reasonable. They responded quickly, worked hard and fast, cleaned up well and were always caring in the process. Several other companies wanted to severely trim or remove my neighbors shrubs and trees for ease of removal. 12Tree did none of that. My neighbor was quite happy. Followup 6-2017 - Had 12tree out again after a massive windstorm broke some of our trees and they became danger of falling into our neighbors yard! Despite of busy really busy with calls similar to ours, Mark managed to get out to our house and have an estimate the very same day. We received great service and they were very prompt!! Our big tree went down in a storm and split in half it was a huge tree !! They were here within 2 days even with high demand from the storm . Got here and had our huge bradford pear tree down and chipped up in a about a hour in 15 min . That included stump grinding and clean up !! Great customer service !! Great company !! We had them come out and cut down three trees with no grinding. They came back a little higher than other companies and weren't willing to negotiate, but they did a good job. They did offer to grind the tree stumps of a reduced price when out there as well. That was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend them. read more

Family owned - they are very hard to contact and many times hang up the phone instead of answering it. Not reliable.

1-2 Tree provided excellent service. We had just purchased a home that had many large trees in the front and backyard that had never been trimmed. We also had a large tree cut down and the stump grinder. I took the time to get quotes from five local companies and 1-2 Tree was by far the most competitive. They showed up on time with a crew of about eight guys and quickly took care of our trees. The cleanup was great and the trees look amazing. No problems with this tree service at all. This is a review about customer service. I called this company for a load of free mulch in late 2015. My gardens were on tour in 2016 and I wanted to get them preped in plenty of time. I called back 3 weeks later to get an ETA and was met with a very, "snippy". reply that she had no idea when or where crews were. No problem, I crossed them off my list and got several loads from Monster and Tree Shepards. Fast forward to 2018. I came come home two weeks ago and found a huge pile of mulch in my front yard. The truck had driven up over my showcase berm and flower bed to dump the load. No phone call and no idea who did it. I called all of my tree service contacts. everyone denied the delivery. 1,2 Tree told me that they didn't deliver to Corinth. A couple of days later a neighbor told me that he saw the truck make the delivery and it said, "Twelve Tree" on it. I called back to tell them that is was, in fact, them and to ask that future loads come with a phone call and not get dumped in the front yard. Again, I got the,"snippy" attitude and total denial. All I wanted them to say is sorry and I'll get to the bottom of it, and yes, we'll call next time. What I heard was denials. It was clear she wasn't even going to inquire about why this happened. Now this 63 year old women is hand hauling a huge mound of mulch out of her front yard. People have choices in who they choose to do business with. The thing that sets you apart from others is customer service. Yours stinks!! read more

A friend referred "12Tree" to us. We have heard good things about them AND without witnessing their work, referred them to others! Well, my neighbor was one of those people I referred them to - and they did great work. While they were performing that work, I talked to the Manager who visited and got a quote. Told him to go ahead and do it - but since their truck was full of mulch, they would contact me in a couple of days when they were on their way. Well, it has been OVER a week and I have called them several times leaving messages - NO RESPONSE!!! WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - EVER!!!!! Their customer service is NULL - You just HOPE to get a call back. Well, I will be contacting my trusty alternative now. I am sooooooo pissed off at the moment that all these years I have been referring 12Tree from Flower Mound. Will NOW make sure that I push referrals to other companies.
