There are no seats or tables to enjoy the goods at, and also no way to safely transport it to wherever you need to go unless you bring your own cooler or dry ice. The shop is very small and only has a fridge to store all the handmade mochi they sell. The flavors rotate every now and then, so you have to check out their social media to find out what's new. I came to check out how good their mochi is and how unique the flavors are. The mochi are not inexpensive and more pricey than the typical mochi shop. However, the portion size is pretty good and the filling is light and airy, almost like a whipped texture. The mochi skin is thin yet chewy and soft, almost heavenly. It is subtly sweet and not heavy on the palate. I was able to try 3 flavors including mango passionfruit (nice and fruity, sweet and slightly tart, very refreshing), jasmine guava (bold tea flavor and light on fruit flavor), and strawberries and cream (fragrant strawberry flavor and very creamy). My favorite ended up being the mango passionfruit as it was topically delightful! It's a nice spot to grab some unique mochi in Hong Kong while supporting a local business, though I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this spot.

Okay, besides the free computers, this coffee shop is pretty nice by itself. Good coffee, and a slightly more varied menu, including desserts and tea. This location is at the basement of Langham Place. They have lots of seats but it's still not easy to find an empty chair as so many people needs a place to rest their legs after shopping. Service is really nice too. For some reason they don't put the milk out next to the sugar, but when we asked, the guy cleaning the table offered to bring a cup of milk to us. The menu has a nice selection of teas, including fresh milk teas. My dad got their oolong fresh milk tea which was delicate and floral, and my TKY fresh milk tea had the perfect balance of strong, deeply earthy TKY tea and fresh milk for a bold yet silky blend. I also like the fact that they use paper cups instead of all the plastic standard of milk tea shops. (If they use no lids or straws, or paper ones, that would be even more environmentally friendly). Service is efficient, the space is clean and has some seating by the windows as well as space for standing, and it's an all-around satisfying visit. It's not cheap, with the TKY fresh milk tea at $32, but nothing beats a refreshing, high-quality cup of milk tea.

The menu is quite large and includes many varieties of sweet treats and savory items too. The drinks come in several formats as do their dessert items. From sweet soups and creamy drinks to savory tofu blocks, you'll need a moment to figure out what combination to choose. Their cold black sesame soy milk was nutty and mildly sweet. The black sesame taste was bold but didn't overpower the soy. Their Thai tea was very sweet in contrast, but tasty and creamy. The peach gum with taro balls sweet soup was wonderful as both smooth and silky plus chewy textures were available in every spoonful. The fresh taro with tofu pudding was very creamy and smooth. However, the fried tofu blocks with pork floss and seaweed did not interest me after a bite or two, as it was made with firm tofu. It was not soft or silky. The tofu was also very bland and dry. I would be open to trying some other flavors but not in a rush to.
