Average Hong Kong Style Cafe (cha chang teng) with average food. The French toast (sai do see) doesn't have the creative peanut middle like Cafe de Coral nor the tasty Kaya spread that Killiney has. It is just average French toast. The fried drumsticks (cha gai bay) are average. They're crispy outside, but not very juicy inside. The chicken with scallions on macaroni is properly seasoned and flavorful. The macaroni is store bought, but the dish still works and is good. I wouldn't recommend that you go out of your way to come here, but if you're in Tai Heng and need some food but don't have any money, then this is the place to be because the food here is ridiculously cheap. A meal here costs between 23 to 32 HKD. This includes hot milk tea (yeet nai cha). If you want a cold drink, it is 2 HKD extra, but the cold drink is twice as big. They have no English menu, but the place is usually packed so you could just point at someone else's plate or use my translations here if you want the dishes that I ordered. read more
