This is a Starbucks Reserve/Coffee Concepts location, so it offers a wider variety of Starbucks beverages including a a few cold brews (coffee, not beer). It also offers a different experience, from the higher level of service, and enhanced level of presentation for food (see attached photos), in addition to the West Coast styled post-modern décor.
I have tried the nitro cold brew and it's quite nice. I would note that it's mildly acidic in case anyone doesn't like that. I also had the peppermint mocha, which seems to be the best one that I've had from Starbucks. It could have something to do with the shape of their cup, which allows the barista to add a lot more cream to the mocha without them looking like they're cheaping out on coffee. Coffee is pretty standard, they also put bits of peppermint candy cane on top of the cream and offer a chocolate drizzle, but wow, adding just a little more cream could really make that much of a difference.
I also ordered a early grey chocolate chip muffin, and hat for was nice. It was topped with meringue and pistachios and it wasn't too sweet either, so you could definitely taste the earl grey tea in it. I'd recommend it if you are an earl grey fan.
