Service was impeccable as expected. Our main server Anson was very knowledgeable of the menu and made good suggestions to us. The excellent service definitely elevated the whole dim sum experience. The glutinous rice soaking in lobster soup had changed its texture, it resembled congee a bit, but was full of flavors. In the end, Tin Lung Heen presented us with complimentary desserts in a Star Ferry shaped ceramic pot that bore its logo.
