Their naan is different from what I normally get from an Indian restaurant. It tasted like an Indian naan and a Chinese scallion pancake's love child. It was incredible because it was super flaky, chewy, and just so yummy. This was my first time trying momo (dumplings) and it was great. Overall, their food is different and tasty. It is lined with Tibetan prayer flags and Buddhist statues. The service was amazing too. Truly a unique experience.

The chicken was nice and tender and there was a good ratio to the sauce. The sauce was nice and creamy. I would prefer more spices, but it's perfect if you don't like heavily seasoned dishes. The jhol momo was delicious! The pork filling was plentiful and the dumpling skin was the perfect thickness. The sauce is thin and pairs well, but it was a bit bland for my taste. I recommend adding the spice to it. The garlic naan was amazing! It was great for soaking up the rest of the sauces. I will definitely be back. Also the staff are so friendly. My order was on the counter and the checkout screen was already up when I arrived.

We tried the chili momos, chili chicken, and garlic naan; and every single dish impressed us. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and perfectly spicy, and the dumplings literally melted in your mouth. In case you don't know, Nepali-Indian food tastes different than "mainstream"? Indian food. Still bear a traditional taste but distinctly regional... (thankfully), less thick, buttery or creamy (depending on what you order). Tia was my server/ cashier--seriously the nicest person ever. Everything was made fresh and great portions, especially for those reasonable prices! She kept asking if the food was OK/ I was enjoying myself (I'd ordered more than I could eat in 1 sitting), so I just let her know that. I could see myself making this my neighborhood "go to" if I lived closer. Definitely hits that authentic Nepali-Indian spot.

I wanted to try it because I've been to Nando's and was curious to see how it compared. It definitely lived up to expectations, and everything was delicious. I got the mild crispy chicken sandwich with a side of yucca fries, which was very good. My fiancé got the chicken with rice and a side of fries. We both really enjoyed our meals. The service was great, our food was brought to the table, and they even cleaned up for us after. The place itself was clean and there were a variety of tables. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in assembly row.

I ordered $110 worth of food according to the actual pricing on the menu and I was charged $126 for it. They did not tell me about the prices. Even when I got the bill on their POS system, I was shown a tip page directly. I asked them if I can review items on the check and they then showed me the check. I was surprised that the pricing was totally off for each menu item!! They wouldn't have even told me if I did not ask to review the check. This was a very scammy thing to do and I was extremely disappointed that this happened. I paid the full price anyways but I would recommend REVIEW YOUR CHECKS or AVOID this place completely. Ideally they should have let me know right when I got the menu. I would have even not complained if they were upfront with it when they gave me the check. The fact that they tried to slip it in was extremely frustrating. Food 1. Mysore masala dosa and sambhar were very bland. We ordered 3 of those and unfortunately can't finish them because they weren't tasting right. 2. Gobi Manchurian was good and was also a good portion size 3. Samosa chat was the best tasting item on the menu. 4. Veg biryani was good but I've eaten better. Service: when we arrived, we sat for 10 mins and no one attended us. Once we were attended, the food arrived fast. The staff was nice too.

I felt like the recipe also changed a little, maybe just less onion & cilantro inside, too. Idk, they were still good. I'll go back soon and try again--maybe I'll even request the topping myself. The soup was the highlight this time. I could tell the thukpa recipe was modified and it was BETTER and DEEPER. Piping hot as always, more veggies, plenty of chicken was grilled and added on top, broth filled to the brim, noodles still had bounce, flavor galore. They even asked what spice level I wanted this time, and I said very spicy; it wasn't that spicy though, so if you like spice, consider saying 'extra spicy' lol. It was mostly soothing--a warm, HEARTY bowl of chicken soup; didn't leave my mouth tingling at all. Just a warning, the way the chicken is grilled makes it a little more hard/crunchy. It's not soft/pull-apart for those of you wondering; it's a different type of style of cooking. I actually really enjoy the crunch and there has never been any questionable or chewy bits. I can't wait for my next bowl.

Was transferred to some "real" agent named "Jester" who definitely lives up to his name Order was a little late, but that's no big deal. What *is* a big deal is that the driver called to say he was here. I went to meet him and there was nobody in sight. I went into my house a few steps to grab my phone and call him back, and as I was about to go call from my porch, dude was ENTERING MY HOME. First he wasn't there, then he was entering my home. What the heck?!?! I explained all of this to the chat, and the AI bot IMMEDIATELY said "this is a very concerning incident. I am transferring you immediately to a live agent" 15 minutes later, this "Jester" clown says he is sorry my order is late and please give him a moment to call for an ETA. I told him he clearly had not read what actually happened, and I copy and pasted the conversation with the bot for him. Then he says something else completely irrelevant about the order being wrong, and so I again pointed to the previous chat with the BIGGER PROBLEM of the DRIVER ENTERING MY HOME, and he told me I "need to be appropriate" (I called him illiterate and he deserved it) I told him I am totally appropriate to be shaken up, as a disabled person whose house was just entered by a stranger. He disconnected the chat and asked for a rating. If I could give zero stars, I would give negative 85 stars. The package wqs tampered with, so nothing is edible, and the tea wasn't even there. Also no utensils. Probably because he used them to eat half of my food. I want my money back. I am poor, and was trying to order something because I don't really have anything in the house right now, but as someone on a fixed income $48 is a lot for me to lose EDIT: CURRY EXPRESS IS LYING SCUM. They just replied to this review (ceoss-posting here on Yelp from Google) at 3am claiming that they have no order from me, nor any order including tea. They also said that GrubHub handles delivery through their app, which is NOT the case for Curry express. They also completely ignored the fact that THEIR DRIVER ENTERED MY HOME. As in they came in through my porch, through my hallway, and into my living space, which is absolutely NOT OKAY. Here is absolute proof that I ordered from them, that it WAS via GrubHub, and that the RESTAURANT handles delivery. See also: i ordered tea.
