I went into my house a few steps to grab my phone and call him back, and as I was about to go call from my porch, dude was ENTERING MY HOME. First he wasn't there, then he was entering my home. What the heck?!?! I explained all of this to the chat, and the AI bot IMMEDIATELY said "this is a very concerning incident. I am transferring you immediately to a live agent" 15 minutes later, this "Jester" clown says he is sorry my order is late and please give him a moment to call for an ETA. I said I'd been there before, as late as 10:15 PM, for dining in. She repeated that they're closed "cause they already cleaned." I asked for the manager. "The manager's not in." Then a big guy comes out and gets in my face looking for a confrontation. Full kitchen staff, at least 3 wait persons, OPEN till 11 PM, but they refuse to serve me, even though they're open for another hour and 20 minutes, and I'm a party of one. I tell them that that's deceptive business practices and false advertising, that I was a long-time customer but will never go there again. No apology. No offer to make up for a wasted trip after getting false info on phone. No manager name info. I suggest getting a party of 75 together, going in at 10:30 PM, ordering take-out, and then taking seats at tables and unwrapping and eating ... slowly. No wonder this place has been mostly empty for the past year.
