Original style Momo is good. Didn't like deep fried new version of the Momos and Paneer Chilly.

Ordered delivery from this restaurant a couple of times. Their Paneer Makhani and Butter chicken masala are the stand out dishes for me. So creamy and full of flavor. Perfect with rice or garlic naan. Their malai kofta is average. The gravy is great, very creamy and flavorful, but the veg balls (kofta) are not good. Also tried their veg fried rice and chilli chicken. Loved the chilli chicken. Good spice on it and sauteed well in the sauce. The fried rice is so so. Looking forward to trying their momos next time! 4 stars for me! I've been twice now and ordered delivery as well. If it's nice outside, enjoy the outdoor seating in a nice, calm neighborhood. The waitresses here are attentive and usually know what to recommend if you're unfamiliar with he menu or the level of spice they offer in the meals. I love the MOMO and goat curry. read more

The food is amazing! Our kids loved the bbq chicken wings and fried rice. We had chicken chili, Momo and Kathmandu style chow mien noodle. The owner and their staff were so nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and plan go back there again when we visit Boston soon. read more

Zuzu Momo is the best thing to happen to Everett in as long as I can remember. Every time I visit, we get something different and I have yet to find something I didn't like! The momo are absolutely killer delicious. The butter chicken is some of the best I've ever had, and the tandoori is also worth coming back to over and over. Some of the sides, including the cauliflower, are unmissable when you go. I can't wait to visit again for the new outdoor patio. I truly hope this place doesn't lose its luster, because Everett needs more food like this to stick around! read more

Some friends of mine had flown in from California, and we were looking to get dinner at a place that was kid-friendly and where we'd likely find street parking. We came across Zuzu Momo, and everyone agreed, so it was a done-deal. We got to the restaurant on a Wednesday night about an hour before closing, so we were a little worried because we were being "those people" who show up at the end of the night, but they were gracious hosts. The waitress got my friend's daughter a highchair and sat us all immediately. We ordered quickly and were eating our dinners less than 20 minutes later. I can really only speak for myself, but the Butter Chicken that I ordered was delicious. Everyone else in my party seemed happy with what they got. We all finished our entire meals, so I think that speaks for itself. As far as timing goes, even though we arrived within an hour of closing, there were still multiple other parties besides us, so we didn't end up closing the place down like we thought we would. The wait staff was very sweet, and we never once felt rushed. Overall, we had a great experience, and I'd definitely come back. read more

My girlfriend and I gave this place a try after going to the casino and it was well worth it. We are somewhat experts when it comes to Nepali food and have literally been to all 10 or so in the state. This place ranks near the top. The food is spicy enough to be flavorful but not uncomfortably spicy like most traditional Indian food. We had the cauliflower potato dish and shrimp biryani and found them both to be delicious. The customer service was great and the place was very modern and new looking with a beautiful digital fireplace in the corner. Tasty but not very authentic curry and momos. Meh customer service- they made a mistake and did not include an item in our takeout order although they charged us for it. We called them to inquire and they just said "oh sorry, we forgot to include it" - no offer to partially refund or compensate in a future order. My stomach might have to put a ring on that restaurant's finger... and that's rare for me to say after just 1 visit. Upon entry, clearly it's a cute place and it was easy to place a reservation during brunch time, well... for now. Side note... the photographer took great food photo's which was luring as well as reading the menu. Next, it was a pleasure to officially be the first outside dining customer, as they just finished the layout the night before, so my date and myself broke it in. Our service person, Ana (one of a kind) took care of me right from the jump... acknowledged my existence upon entry, displayed her honesty, and knew what she was talking about in regards to the menu. Also, while talking to her, there were a few firsts for me like she really appreciated/promoted the owners of the restaurant. And although we were told by the owner we were the outside first, I honestly thought they were customers because he never introduced himself... sort of humble about it. So with all that said, and to get down to it... the drinks were good, the food was phenomenal upon first bite and the price point is perfect with a doggie bag expectation. So like I mentioned my firsts... my conversation with Ana was the longest of any human being ever and probably cause it was light day but we were completely zoned and had a great variety type conversation. I'm an introvert but connect with great vibes people and she was above and beyond on all levels. I would love that organic experience all the time but knew that was a one of kind situation. My only downside... The kitchen closed at a certain time so I couldn't order my wings... and even though I was there when it re-opened for the kitchen, I pledged to wait another day... hence the 4 stars. We loved the momos, they were better than momos from the neighboring Somerville's momo places. Other dishes were good but not as authentic : shrimp pakora was more like shrimp tempura (shy on flavors and spices), and the wings were absolutely delicious and crispy but also a bit plain. I'd say, this place is perfect if you are looking for good authentic momos but are dining with someone who's not very adventurous or just wants American comfort food : there will be something for each of you on the menu, and everyone will find something to love. read more

My husband and I went for lunch we were meaning to go for a while I ask what the waitress recommended she recommended chicken Marcella which was delicious we got the steamed Momos again delicious and we got the spicy chicken which is different using chicken wing seasoned they had it was like their own Bolognese but without the meat it was steak sauce on top with like peppers big peppers onions but it was delicious my only recommendation is to wear gloves the curry and stuff definitely stains to fingers read more

Zuzu Momo's is such a great addition to Everett. The restaurant is so charming. I ordered their house biryani and their road style Momo's. Went here for the first time and got a little bit of everything: steamed momos, biryani, naan, and tandoori chicken wings split between two. It was more than enough food for dinner. The food took longer than expected to come out, but it was fresh, hot and sizzling when it did. I was pleasantly surprised by all the flavors and the right amount of spicy. Would definitely go again! There's so much on the menu to choose from that you can't go wrong. There's even fries and stuff for picky kids. read more

Zuzu has become our guilty pleasure. We have definitely ordered take-out from here more than any other place (live in Malden near Oak Grove). The veg momo makes us feel like we're eating healthy while we also order all the other stuff on a rotating basis (mostly the Indian-food items and momos). The momo sauce is amazing. Nice and clean restaurant. Food was okay. But the restaurant charged 18% gratuity on party of 4 people (guess because we are Nepali and the staff was concerned we were not going to tip). This was our go to Nepali place but the food and the service has gone way downhill. The recent orders have been terrible. Either they are sending old sauce for take out or they are sending raw chicken dumplings and chowmein soaked in cumin powder. But either way they never took responsibility for any of their orders and mind you this is multiple times. Instead their reponse was "the sauce isn't old on our end." recently we ordered food for a birthday party they send 5 orders of raw chicken momos (pictures provided before) plus inedible noodles almost as though the chowmein was soaked in cumin powder. When we politely gave them a review on the phone they instead told us to bring the food back and then had us wait for hours to get the new order. All we asked was for them to be reasonable they did not have to go above and beyond but they have constantly disappointed us. Terrible customer service. Please train employees better when dealing with complaints. We will not be ordering from here anymore. read more
