Very bad company !! These people came to our door talked to my wife offering services. Seemed harmless enough. They were ineffective but more significantly they are now saying we signed a contract and can not cancel the service. WE NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT PERIOD. We have paid them for services rendered to date and now they are demanding additional future payments. MAKE MY DAY YOU ROTTEN ROACHES!! See you in court!! 1 star for criminal behavior read more

This company is in a word wonderful. we had signed up with another company who turned out to be over priced and didn't do a very good job. I was able to get out of that contract and went with Zunex. They negotiated the price so it was what you get when you have a knock on the door and not what you get when a sales person comes to the door. Very reasonable. They did the first spray and we immediately noticed less of the stupid black flies that were by both doors. After 30 days they come do another spray to break the egg cycle and every single one of the flies is gone. they are pleasant when they come, very efficient and well worth the cost. they treat the entire yard so you really do get rid of the critters. read more

Alex is awesome! We have an ant issue, and 2 beehives. All these years we haven't let the techs come do the backyard. Alex took the time to explain how safe your products are which made all the difference! The ants are coming from the backyard! We feel SO MUCH BETTER NOW! Thank you Alex! He took care of the ant piles we've had out back thriving! We feel confident now to let y'all "do your thing"! He's also leaving notes for future techs as to where to work. He cleared out 6 wasps nest we never noticed! That will help our bees as well! Thanks Alex for your expert care!! read more

I had my quarterly maintenance appt and initially there were some issues with scheduling my appointment. However after the issue was resolved...The technician (on site) Daniel D. was awesome. Top level customer service. He listened to my concerns and completed the job carefully but quickly. I recommend this company. read more

Zunex is amazing. yader did an awesome job. I highly recommend using this company. They are reliable, knowledgable , trustworthy, and most definitely solved our pesky insect issues. I look forward to working with them on a monthly basis read more

Avoid this company or it will cost you money and a year of contract headache. The pushy door-to-door salesman lied to me-- a VERY EXPENSIVE lesson for me. Hopefully, my experience and review can save others the money and frustration. They will charge another "quarterly" fee 30 days later, plus tax on a service! The worst is that we still have wasp, mice, spider, slogs, grasshopper. The first application seems to have done something, we found insects on the patio, etc. second application did absolutely nothing, we called them a month later since they promised unlimited service as needed, they never came. 3 months later they are coming for the next quarter application. We can't break the contract since they will charge you $250 instead $130. No wat to go around they are the plague itself. read more

Thanks again for a great job Eric. These guys always get out here when promised and do a great job. They stand by their word and come back out for free if anything pops up again. Love these guys! Dr. B read more

I have nothing but great things to say about all the technicians and the service they have performed for me. I have only seen maybe 10 ants in the last month that i started service and I usually have an army. So thank you to the people doing the actual work on the front lines. The phone customer service is really great too. You hire the best people! I wish I could remember all the names but Eric did the follow up today and he was amazing. read more

I will never use this company again! A few months ago, I was outside, working on a busted main waterline in my yard , and a door-to-door salesman came up and talked me into signing up ! And begrudgingly I did , I didn't have any pest issues at that time and just recently my roommate downstairs found carpenter ants, so I called them immediately because on their website, they clearly state they warranty their work for a year ,great ! Right ?? No !!!! Only if you're still under contract with them and paying them every month or every three months quarterly !! so if you cancel their services at any time, and it's been way less than a year before you last saw them, they will not warrantee their work as stated on their website for a one year warranty !! Never again !!! read more

Zunex Pest Control - Any - Pest Control Near Me

I wish we could leave a zero star review. Do NOT hire them. They charge you hundreds to do nothing. We still had pest issues, and when we cancelled because of a move, they charged an additional $211 to terminate the contract before the end of the year. Hundreds wasted for no impact. read more

Overall 1-2 stars. Rounding down due to poor communication and the terms and conditions. I'll break down this review based on sales and services: Sales -- they are dang tricky. Don't sign or take their signs at all as a part of the "terms". Whatever special they have, it's a TRICK to lock you into a years worth of services. DO NOT SIGN OR TRUST THE SALES PERSON. It's a initial service fee "discounted" unless you break the contract then you owe the "discount" back. Also, it pay look like you're paying a lump sum for X amount of services but get VERY CLEAR ON THIS BREAKDOWN OR PRICE OR SERVICES. They said $175 for 4 services + initial fee which would cover the quarter. NO -- IT DOESN'T. It's $175 for each service. I didn't get a chance to read this contract upon signing cause it was on the persons phone. If a lawyer wants a class action, I am in. Sales Grade: 0 stars if I could. Service -- it is hit or miss. Initial "wasp treatment and other pests", they did it but wasps kept building back nests. Also, the nests and eggs were still in the same place. Asked them to come back and deal with it cause they "guaranteed" the services, one man was really good and took care of all the nests (3 total) and disposed of them. He was the only bright spot on this. Service Grade: 2 stars Overall Grade: 1 star. Really be careful and inspect what they do. You can do all this yourself by being proactive in the spring time. I'd rather just do this myself cause it's overall, it feels like a scam and you need to be prepared for the bills. It's more than your cable or insurance bills in the end. Felt scammed in the sales process. BE CAREFUL. You've been warned if you're reading this. read more

I received the service through the owner on a knock on my door ... on his scooter .. For one time, he was trying to make more clients . He promised he wouldn't over charge and or only charge one time fee. Next thing I see , is they over charged for 200$ for absolutely nothing since their is no contract , no verbal agreement.. They supposedly claimed I agreed on an agreement mutually for upcoming occasions . I was charged 200$ dollars for technically nothing And I called customer service line only to be told "You agreed on this , it's not our fault , you didn't want our service " I was like "what are you talking about ? I never agreed on more than a one time fee" They seem to only want money out of you For nothing . Very rude . Please be cautious ; don't fall for their so called Specials for new ""clients "" door to door . That's just a LIE. I passed my info and theirs to the bank , hopefully I get something $ From their made up Agreement. Plus I don't have a single email or copy of my receipt . They SUCK! read more

After having a horrible experience with another company we gave Zunex a call to fix a rat problem under our house. Thomas came out quickly and found 4 entry points that the other company missed. He did a wonderful job sealing up under our house so no new rodents could enter and laid traps for any that may be hiding underneath the home. He spent hours doing the job right. After he was done sealing up underneath our home he began spraying around the house for insects. My husband and I were very impressed with how thorough he was, not cutting any corners. He cleaned up spider webs with a long brush around our decks roof (the other company we used to use NEVER did this). It is a wonderful bonus to not only not have any creepy crawlies on our deck but to also have their old webs gone! Once he sprayed around our home, detached garage, and shed he still wasn't done! He fog sprayed our yard to kill any spiders that live in the grass (another thing our other pest company never did). If you are looking for an AMAZING company to handle any of your pest needs call Zunex! They are a WONDERFUL company! They will come out to look at your problem and give you a quote before beginning any work and go over the service agreement so you understand any charges before they begin. Thomas even offered to pay for the tax himself since he didn't tell us about it in our quote, which we said no to because we expected tax. Such an honest, thorough, and knowledgeable company. They exceeded our expectations 100% and were worth every dollar and then some! read more

Aggressive uncalled for door-to-door sale people! I would NEVER give you my business when you BEAT on my door AND ring on my doorbell at the SAME TIME! This very aggressive pounding on my door caused my dog to bark ballistically but your asinine sales guy thinks I can't hear my door being beaten on, the door bell ringing AND my dog barking.....so he decided to BEAT on my door again! Get out of here!!!!!!! This should be harassment! Shame on you! Btw we use: PURCORE! Highly recommend them over this garbage company. read more

Like Jason says in his review, TRICKY SALESMAN. They offer a great deal just to get your credit card number- a one time deal but then all of a sudden you see a charge on your card for $187. Totally unexpected. When you ask thee office about it they start lying, you signed a contract. I did not. I signed what I thought was a permission to charge my card. They will make every excuse to not reverse the charge. Then apparently the guy was out TODAY spraying my grass with no warning and no one to verify that they were really there. so now they have an excuse to justify the charge. Oh and that great discount you got on the one time service, if you break the contract you owe $275. What a bunch of liars. read more

Zunex has been amazing, from their initial visit to help us figure out some wasps in the house to our recent quarterly service. They came out the same day we called and spent time searching for the wasps nest and finally found it outside my daughters bedroom window. We signed up for quarterly service and they completed the first service today. On time, professional and very communicative. I appreciate their attention to detail and their family and pet friendly products. Highly recommmend. read more

I have to update my review because these guys are seriously the best. Our ant problem returned with a vengeance... and right by our bed. First off, I REALLY hate ants. And this time they popped up right by where I sleep so that's not good. I emailed and set up an appointment for a few days later. Well then we pulled back the bed and saw how bad it was. I called to see if they had anything sooner and they made time for us the same day. Then they came out, spent time inspecting all around the house, and applied a treatment. It literally means the difference between me being able to sleep tonight or being worried about bugs in my pillow (). If you have any kind of pest problem I just can't recommend them enough! Amazing customer service all around! read more

Josh came and left without my being aware of his being here. I do hope he was given the message I left with Zunex yesterday. No-one from the Zunex office contacted me regarding the request. This does not reflect on Josh's service, but rather on the office not responding back to me. Disappointing. read more

Wow. We had a difficult situation w smarming yellow jackets embedded in a ceiling in the barn. A zunex arrivced and took care of the problem. His work was methodical, careful and not only met but exceeded what I though was necessary to be done. He used several chemicals while protected in a hazmat, and then caulked the likely adjacent places where the Yellow Jackets could find their escape route. A gentleman for sure, and a marvelous company to have such employees. The price was better than other exterminators as well. I appreciate this visit and the result very much. read more

We had Zunex out to spray for bees in the eves; they went up and above by providing a complete servicing for bugs around the house. They serviced the lawn and dusted our hedging to protect against bugs. I have used other pest control services in the past, Zunex's communication is second to none. They provided a portal that has all the documentation of the work provided as well as visibility into up-and-coming services; you can easily pay the invoice online through the portal provided. I highly recommend them for all your pest control needs. read more

Salesman came to door claiming to have been servicing my neighbors home for 5 years. A Lie! We explained we did not want their service, but he would not stop selling and when I asked him to leave he refused. I explained that our property is clearly posted "No Trepassing", he said it didn't matter that he had every right to be there. I ordered him off and had to pint out that we had cameras recording him and what he said, then threatened to call the Police to have him arrested and so he finally left on a Segway scooter. It is the second Zunex salesperson to come in a week and both were rude and refused to leave. read more

I have always tried to get rid of the ants, today when I saw a bunch and I used up the rest of my spray. I figured I needed help, contacted Hunter and asked for help. Josh and Yegger came out, I talked to Josh as he was getting things ready. As Yegger was spraying the inside, Josh was outside spraying and getting ready to remove a hornet nest. Josh showed me where the ants were coming in and I was blown away, he laid bait and asked me not to kill them lol.
