Nobody, and i mean NOBODY, offered to help me at all. I noticed that there were 5 employees working on the floor. 3 were all talking amongst themselves while the other 2 were "busy" organizing the clothes. After 5 minutes, I had made my selections and I stood in line. I was in line, carefully observing that there were 3 customers in front of me I also noticed that there was only one register open. Now folks, this is just common knowledge. If an employee spends more than 5 minutes with a customer at the register, you must immediately open up the next register. yet those 3 bimbos that were chatting it up when i got to the store still happened to be talking about their new manicures that didn't even look hot in the first place, might I add. When finally i got to the register, the dude behind the register did not even have the slightest sense of manners, let alone common courtesy. He did not apologize for the delay, but rather handled my selections with not the utmost care in the world. I was highly disappointed in the store, if I ever met the manager I would surely tell him he should get new employees. or maybe he should fire himself. read more
