I thought one week was a bit of a ridiculous expectation, but Betty said she wanted to make sure we were happy. If anything, she often suggests more reasonably priced alternatives once you tell her what kind of item you're interested in. Ahmad assisted me with customizing options and dissuaded me from making some bad fashion designs with design. He was able to match the font exactly to what was preprinted, removed the background from the image I sent, updated a color choice last minute and advised on adding graphics to the sleeve. So clean!
