I found ELITE (and Derek) online from work one evening when I was searching for a shirt solution to a fiasco created by a local vendor, and I had a rather tight timeline to work with. His service was AMAZING! Not only did I get exactly what I needed (which was a Polo my local vendor couldn't get me), but I had the graphics approved (embroidered), it was delivered 2 days earlier than needed, and I got a lower price!!! Even better, we communicated back & forth over the course of about 24-36 hours SOLEY via e-mail, which was Perfect for me, as I was on the go, and didn't have the time or patience for phone calls! Derek was more than accommodating, and willing to take a call at any time, but I explained to him email was what I needed to work for me, and he listened! I have since gotten quotes for 3 other projects from ELITE and have completed purchases on 2 of them! I recommend them to everyone! Sure, there are a few things I still do with a local vendor (however a different one than caused my fiasco which led to ELITE), but sometimes, that's just necessary. ELITE has products & services unmatched by any other company I've come across, and I would be VERY hard pressed to find customer service that even comes close to the Stellar Service I feel I've received from Derek! Our company buys all of the shirts for our car dealership staff from ELITE and recently started ordering items for our dealership store, like printed coffee mugs and tumblers that our customers purchase. We found them as a result of shopping around the pricing of a vendor we had done business with for about ten years. We found that their pricing was much more competitive, but the real benefit is just the service they offer and their unique ability to make things so simple.
