Had a great experience at Fleet Feet Menlo Park! Carly helped me out and was super friendly from…read morethe start. I told her that I mostly walk right now but want to get into running someday. I also mentioned that I've had left Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis in the past, and that I wear work boots all day for work. She offered to scan my feet, and after looking at the results, she brought out four pairs of shoes for me to try on. The whole process was easy and straightforward, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. I ended up getting the ASICS Novablast and Brooks Ghost Max, and I'm really happy with my purchase. Carly made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable, and I really appreciated her help in finding shoes that fit my needs. Definitely recommend Fleet Feet Menlo Park if you're looking for the right running or walking shoes, especially if you're just getting started. I'll definitely be coming back

Truly wonderful experience at Fleet Feet. Excellent selection, knowledgable associates, and no…read moresales pressure. Unlike other running shoe store experiences, I wasn't pressured to get insoles, buy a membership, or pick a particular brand. The story: I needed new daily running shoes after retiring my old pair. I have a membership at another running shoe chain but hated the experience. I also have a membership at a well-known outdoors chain, but their associates are always swamped and tend not to have running-shoe specific knowledge. I wanted another option, so I went to Fleet Feet. The associate listened to what I was looking for, did a quick foot scan and gait analysis, and then made informed suggestions. They were also happy to let me try on additional pairs I was interested in. After trying on several pairs, I settled on the Mizuno Wave Rider. When checking out, the associate helping me said I could create an account or just checkout--another example of how refreshingly no pressure the whole experience was. I love my new shoes and I was very satisfied with the experience. I'll return to Fleet Feet for future running shoe needs.

Disappointing Customer Service - 360 Fitness Superstore…read more I purchased a sauna from 360 Fitness Superstore, and from day one, the FM radio was not working. When I brought this issue to their attention, I was told, "No problem, we'll take care of it." Based on that response, I expected them to stand behind the product they sold me and help resolve the issue. Now, I'm being told that it's no longer their problem and that I need to deal directly with the manufacturer myself. This is extremely disappointing and not the kind of customer service I expected, especially after making a significant purchase. The issue existed from the very beginning, and I believe a retailer should take responsibility for helping its customers resolve problems with a product they purchased from them, rather than passing the responsibility along after initially promising to help. Unfortunately, my experience with 360 Fitness Superstore has left me frustrated and disappointed. Customer service should mean standing behind what you sell, not simply directing the customer elsewhere when something goes wrong. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and does the right thing to resolve the issue.
