Companies like this will always be successful and have me as life long customer. You may pay a little extra for a quality product, but you can rest assured that it is money well spent. The company is great aa is the young lady and I truly appreciate stellar products and services as is emblematic of Patagonia.

Flipping them back and forth a bit dramatically and excessively, checking zippers aggressively and flipping everthing inside and out as if she wanted to find a flaw lol. If anything it was a great performance of examining clothing and zippers. Bravo for the show - I have not seen that done before! Then she wanted to share care tips with me to use dryer balls for down items and I said that is all I use. In the end my items all qualified since they were barely worn, and I could bring my 4 items back for $77 in credit. No thanks Patagonia - I'll give them away now and won't shop with you again. I've been a customer with you since 2014 but I'm really done now. Disappointed that the service was just not what the company use to represent. Associate was a bit of a snob and had an underlying tone of aggression with her tips and cares and excessive clothing examination show. I bet she wanted to find a flaw in my items but unfortunately she found none. Overall a terribly sad experience. I definitely will not visit this store again and honestly there are a lot of great companies out there that are similar to Patagonia. There is nothing really special anymore about this brand.

My parents speak limited English, but Vic was so thoughtful and patient with them. Even through simple conversations, he quickly understood what they were looking for, from the right fit and size to their preferred colors. He went out of his way multiple times to find different sizes and options for us and never made us feel rushed. What really stood out was how warm, professional, and attentive he was. He made the whole shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable, especially for my parents. We ended up leaving with five or six pieces and a really great impression of both the store and the service. Thank you so much, Vic, for your kindness, patience, and excellent service. You're truly such a nice person and made our visit memorable!

Seriously wonder how these people r hired. I guess they get no training at all. I went to at least 10 arc' teryx locations before this is the worst I've ever been. This girl (or a guy not sure which she goes for) should get fired immediately if u guys still want customers here. Such a bad experience will never return.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at The RealReal in Palo Alto. From the moment I walked in,…read morethe customer service was beyond exceptional. Sal was incredible to work with he truly embodies what the brand stands for. He greeted every customer coming in and out with warmth and professionalism and made my first experience consigning items seamless and enjoyable. Consigning my pieces was smooth, informative, and stress-free. Sal took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process feel premium from start to finish. Thank you, Sal, for delivering such outstanding service. I also really appreciated the level of security. With security stationed at the front door managing entry and exit, I felt completely safe bringing in high-value items. If you're looking for a secure, professional place to sell or consign luxury pieces, I highly recommend this location. On top of that, they have an amazing selection unique items I haven't seen at other locations. This Palo Alto store is officially my home location, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top tier customer service, security, and an elevated luxury experience. Thank you Sal and to the rest of the team! This review is specifically for Salvador and the three staff members working on May 8th…read more When I walked into the store, I was not acknowledged, despite the store being nearly empty. I then sat for several minutes waiting for assistance with a return, only to be spoken to in a dismissive manner once someone finally approached me. There were only two customers in the store at the time, so the lack of service was especially disappointing. Afterward, I followed up with my SA, who has always provided excellent service, and my concerns were escalated to management. Unfortunately, instead of taking accountability for how I was treated, Salvador responded with an email attempting to justify the behavior by implying the team was busy assisting others. That explanation simply did not reflect the reality of the situation. I responded respectfully, emphasizing that accountability matters and expressing hope that this could serve as a learning opportunity for the staff. I also clarified that my experience should not be attributed to high traffic when the store was clearly not busy. I never received a response. At this point, I question how thoroughly my complaint was actually reviewed. It feels easier for staff to claim they were occupied than to acknowledge poor customer service and address it honestly.

The RealReal - Palo Alto - It's outrageous that the bad shoes are so bad. It's terrifying that employees of a listed company would steal and wear guests' shoes.
