Everlane continues to be an aesthetically pleasing and minimalist clothing store. They have men's and women's clothing here. I actually attended as part of a private company event and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. There was a bit of a wait for the fitting rooms so I put my clothes on a rack while I shopped around. When it was my turn, to my surprise there was an extra pair of green pants that I didn't add and I pointed that out. They said that they added it for me to try on with my stuff! I was skeptical but I tried it and to my surprise the pants fit me like a glove and were super comfortable! I was super impressed they were able to pinpoint my size and it looked nice with the clothes I was trying on! I liked the pants so much I ended up buying them. They're the utility straight leg pants and I even bought another pair online in a different color (on sale) since I liked the fit so much. Their tops sizing seems pretty consistent. I was consistently around an XS. I did try on a jacket in XS but it felt a bit baggy so maybe I could wear XXS in jackets. They had a cool bomber jacket on the men's aisle that I wish they had on the women's aisle as well! I think Everlane's clothes are on the pricier side but they feel nice and I hope to get a lot of wears out of the pieces I bought! read more

Every time I wear a piece from Everlane, I always get compliments and feel like a boss queen! I love this shop, and I love the workers here! (They remember me by name as well and are genuinely kind and helpful.) Everyone is incredibly friendly, and their policies are so customer-oriented. They understand that sometimes, things don't work out even if you loved it when you put it on in the dressing room, and they truly believe in the quality of their products. I was in a bit of a jean shopping funk because frankly I'm particular about how jeans fit on me + if they have some wriggle room for bloated times lol. So glad this brand is now in the Peninsula. Their Uniform line of clothing is hip, cool, and current with the times. The store is on the smallish side, though. One side is for women and the other for men. However, the ratio between the two is not 50/50 but more 60/40 women. Nevertheless, the prices are very reasonable and the quality is excellent. I was originally planning to purchase their Indigo jean in the Athletic fit. However, because of the amount of stretch incorporated into their fabric, I went with the slim fit. This worked out perfectly especially when the pants are going to open up a bit over time. I'm looking forward to checking out more releases! read more

Located near the Macy's in the Stanford Shopping Center. I parked near London Place Way and found the store no problem. I just recently discovered Everlane (I know, late to the party) and was going to buy some of their jeans online until I found out they had a store in Palo Alto. They close at 9PM and I arrived around 8:15 PM on a Friday evening to try on some jeans. I wasn't expecting much in terms of customer service after seeing some of the negative Yelp reviews, but I actually experienced the complete opposite. I had really great customer service - greeted when I walked in, checked on while browsing, and the fitting room attendant offered to get me new sizes/styles after chatting with her on my preferred jean style. FYI - they do not carry the regular length in their popular 90s Cheeky Jeans as they ankle length is their most popular. The cool thing is they can place an online order for you (with 2-day shipping) for any items they do not have in stock in-store. read more

Love the clothes, but not the people that work there. I walked in today, without makeup, in my athliesure wear after a long walk and was ignored. I'm at the top end of their size range and I'm very in tune with how people look at and treat me. The sales person walked by me, paused, looked me up and down and then continued walking to greet a costumer that came in after me. None of the other 3-4 workers in the store acknowledged my presence either. I had fully intended on buying a good number of items for myself and my daughters today, but left with nothing. I've been waiting for Everlane to expand and they finally have! I couldn't wait to check out their new store as soon as I heard that it opened inside Stanford Shopping Center. I stopped by last Saturday and the store was very crowded as expected. I was disappointed to see that they had limited styles and stock (sizes and colors) of all their items. They need to work on their customer service, because I had asked one of the workers if they had the half-zip in another color and she responded with attitude telling me that everything they had is out on the floor, when on the website it showed that they had it in stock. She didn't bother to check the back or explain why the website even showed that it was in stock. I'll stop by again if they get it together. For now, I'll stick to shopping online... It sucks because I'm concerned about the fit for some items, but returning isn't much of a hassle anyways. read more

Pre-COVID measures review. So happy they opened up an Everlane that has a parking lot! I love Everlane and their products but tbh the SF location is a pain especially when you got a car. Now this store will definitely become my go to, there's a huge parking lot and also since it's located in a shopping plaza I can check out other stores too! Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. 10/10 customer service! Everytime I need to try a different size, the workers were super accommodating and quick. COVID review: GREAT customer service! I went to this location to return an online purchase. The sales associate, seeing that I was hesitant to enter the store, offered to process the return outside as to be respectful to my concerns about COVID. I already feel spoiled that there is an Everlane store front at all, BUT truly I have not encountered such kind and helpful and delightful staff at very many other places. Special shoutout to Mary and the beloved staff whose names I didn't learn but who were so welcoming and helpful. I always try to come in around opening when it's less crowded, and I came in this time needing some clothes for professional photos. I let Mary know and was truly delighted and felt so cared for because they went above and beyond in helping me pick items that would photograph well and fit the vibe I'm going for. The store wasn't very busy when I arrived and the fitting room attendant REALLY helped me not only by beautifully laying out the items I chose to try on, but in providing feedback I requested while still being attentive to other customers. I worry that I am a nightmare customer for asking for extra help, but when I told the staff they said they're happy to help out. They brought me different sizes as needed and were overall really supportive and helpful. Every staff I've encountered has been friendly, kind, and gone above and beyond. The store itself is clean, well laid out, and they do a fantastic job maintaining COVID safety. My best hope is that the staff are compensated super well because they are absolutely wonderful. Being a manager at a retail store, I can recognize valuable employees when I see them and Everlane has some gems working for them at this location. I've been to the store twice and was offered a lot of help both times. They are definitely not overbearing and genuinely want to help which I appreciate. The last time I was there, I was helped by one employee in particular and he was incredibly kind and helpful. He assessed that I was on the hunt for jeans and recommended to me all the styles that he thought would look good on my body type. I ended up leaving with two pairs of jeans that he recommended and without his suggestions, I never would have known to even brave myself to try them on. This is overdue as I've visited this store many times and had a great experience each time. The Wednesday evening crew was super nice and accommodating when I was processing my return. The guy that helped me suggested I look at some other shorts (the shorts I returned didn't work out) and so I looked around. Hailey saw me holding some items and started me a room. I went through a few try ons as Everlane pant sizing is way off for me. I wear a far larger size in the no stretch denim than the more traditional styles that have a balance of the two. Hailey grabbed me another style in curvy and gave me her opinion and the differences in fit. I ended up getting the pants. This store has been really great in knowing when to help and giving you space to look around too. I've been to other stores (Venice, NYC and SF) this store has a really good balance. Every so often you get an employee at this store that's a little cold or stand offish (its rare) but know that we notice when you aren't vibing with customers ;) I also like seeing that they hire people of color, more of that. When POC's see themselves working in your stores and wearing your clothes it makes us feel seen and included. Music slapped too! read more
