Had a great experience at Fleet Feet Menlo Park! Carly helped me out and was super friendly from…read morethe start. I told her that I mostly walk right now but want to get into running someday. I also mentioned that I've had left Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis in the past, and that I wear work boots all day for work. She offered to scan my feet, and after looking at the results, she brought out four pairs of shoes for me to try on. The whole process was easy and straightforward, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. I ended up getting the ASICS Novablast and Brooks Ghost Max, and I'm really happy with my purchase. Carly made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable, and I really appreciated her help in finding shoes that fit my needs. Definitely recommend Fleet Feet Menlo Park if you're looking for the right running or walking shoes, especially if you're just getting started. I'll definitely be coming back

Truly wonderful experience at Fleet Feet. Excellent selection, knowledgable associates, and no…read moresales pressure. Unlike other running shoe store experiences, I wasn't pressured to get insoles, buy a membership, or pick a particular brand. The story: I needed new daily running shoes after retiring my old pair. I have a membership at another running shoe chain but hated the experience. I also have a membership at a well-known outdoors chain, but their associates are always swamped and tend not to have running-shoe specific knowledge. I wanted another option, so I went to Fleet Feet. The associate listened to what I was looking for, did a quick foot scan and gait analysis, and then made informed suggestions. They were also happy to let me try on additional pairs I was interested in. After trying on several pairs, I settled on the Mizuno Wave Rider. When checking out, the associate helping me said I could create an account or just checkout--another example of how refreshingly no pressure the whole experience was. I love my new shoes and I was very satisfied with the experience. I'll return to Fleet Feet for future running shoe needs.

This a blast from the past and such a hidden gem that I really think I should keep it to myself…read more Alas, I have a gold star next to my Yelp Elite title because I share and sharing means caring and caring is good, even if it bites me in the rear at some point along the way. A long time ago, this is the kinda place where Sneakerheadz waited outside on the day a pair of Jordan's were to be released and it was an exciting time. Times have changed and most of us just buy our sneaks online. Or, more likely, we outgrew the obsession altogether and spend our hard earned cash on baby shoes now!!! In any event, they had some of the greatest hits on the shelf and dang, wish I would have left the wife at home today kinda baller shoes for the Sneakerheadz. Air Max 95, various colors including: I can't believe I am telling anyone this. Black/Black/Red Air Force Ones: Retro version, not OG version Air Max 90's various colors By internet standards, that alone is reason enough to drop by for a look. No idea what sizes they do or do not have, cause again, wifey was at my side and I couldn't pull the trigger on a purchase, so why bother asking detailed questions? Solid spot for sneakerheadz to drool or buy.

I bought a pair of Jordan Retro 1s mid/black . The shoes are fake! After wearing them for a day,…read morethe front of the shoe was very creased. And that made me inspect the shoes further. And I discovered that the tongue was sewed on crooked and other imperfections. Just over-all poor quality. when I called the store to ask them about it. The store owner called me a clown and told me to never come back, and that My fat+flat feet where the reason why they got creases on em. And if I had an issue, to call Nike, cuz it's no longer his concern. Don't shop here! You're better off at the flee market if ur lookin for knock-offs!
