Great clothes with a sense of individual style. Moderately priced for designer goods, as for services I've only shopped online and have had only one issue with shipping in all of the pieces I've purchased. read more

Service needs improvement. Received message saying my pants have arrived. They have not. Can't reach them. Also they charged me before they were actually shipped! read more

Clothing is overpriced for the quality. You can get the same item for a fraction of the cost with an amazon dupe. Made a purchase received returned both items within a couple of days. I then packaged up and left at a walgreens fed ex over the following weekend. I did not receive any update for one month. AND only got an update after- 1) Sent several emails trying to get an update then 2) used online chat several times. Which says it is a live service. Which it is not. It is AI or a bot. I was told via the chat I would receive a reponse within 48 hours after waiting double that time. and a week after the initial emails and no reposnses I called a store. The store employee said couldn't help me but hey said they made contact with customer service. It was only after that communication with the store employee that I 3) then I received an email stating that they did receive the items and would only refund one due to one item being damaged or had a smell issue. The items were in the warehouse for almost a month. If they smell it is because they have been there and nor for the the 2-3 days I had them in my possession. This is fraudulent behavior on behalf of the store and an excuse to not refund my money instead of taking responsiblity for having the items and not processing things quickly. AND now they are not responding at all when I have responded to their claim. So again, no accountabilty and customer service is non exsistent. Leaving the consumer with no options for resolution or to communicate with the retailer. I would think twice about purchasing anything from this company. Regardless, clothing is overpriced for the quality. You can get the same item for a fraction of the cost with an amazon dupe. read more

I have purchased 2 pairs and gifted 1 pair of pants from Ruti. I ordered the silk joggers and love the style but, the ankle elastic was so tight that I my feet were swelling. I called and explained the problem... I tried 2 ways to stretch the elastic to no aval. I was asked to try taking them to a seamstress which I was to pay for to be told you can take elastic in not out , that makes sense. Ok now get this...I was told to take the elastic out completely, or put smaller elastic in because I could not find the thick elastic which would change the style of the jogger. I'm on day three of dealing with them, I'm willing to have a store credit, exchange, but the woman Im dealing with now for3 days checking out what she can do. Uggggg I'm over this, they are going to lose a repeat customer! read more

I bought an amazing pair of pants yesterday and I almost didn't get them because the sales associate was extremely rude. She was very pushy and her tone was just off, almost yelling at me. After I tried on a pair of pants and gave them back to her, I nicely said they didn't work for me and she abruptly shouted, "WHY!!?" and stared at me waiting for an answer. I was taken aback with her nasty attitude, just so awkward and uncomfortable. Everything out of her mouth was just impolite and extremely pushy. I told her they just didn't fit right but it was too late, she left me feeling completely turned off and annoyed. I'm not used to being berated by impolite sales people while shopping. I told her I'd think about the other pants that I actually really wanted, I decided I'd just order them online instead of having to deal with this rude woman. I left feeling so upset about the whole experience because I drove half an hour specifically for these pants. But after I left and took a walk I made myself come back to buy the pants I originally came for, and unfortunately the same sales associate helped me. She continued to be rude and unfriendly but I ignored it this time. I got my pants that I'm so happy with but I will not be coming back to this store. This particular sales associate needs serious help with simple social skills. read more

I was just gifted the Ruti Forever Jacket -- and I am feeling very blessed. It is edgy and comfy -- made from the most luxurious feeling fabric. I know it was a treat, but I will cherish it and hope to add to my Ruti collection some day. These are very cool clothes! read more

Located in Town and Country Square in Palo Alto is a haven of beauty and comfort. Beautiful cutting edge clothing. not for the tame and yet not so wild you look like just of the ramp - you know those clothes no one understand. You will be understood as an creative diva who knows her stuff. And by the way their size range is lovely. I'm a size 18 and I found several items that fit. Good bye Nordstrom's I've got style! read more

BEWARE! I purchased a pair of pants on sale ($200). Owner guided me with sizing, came home and they were way too big. Had to pay for altering. I followed the directions for washing ... they came out shrunk and a seam how come loose. Pants not worth even $50 as they were unwearable after wards. read more

So I was strolling on by & thought to myself. Self, you gotta get outta the durn black classic polo shirts. Marlene, I believe it was -- took me through the entire store based upon my strict reluctance to venture into the bold territory of interesting attire. argh. I'm so stringent & she, so patient. I did purchase a lovely *classic* blouse that they shipped my size in to the Palo Alto store for me. It's sort of outside my usual polo blouse/jeans attire & I do love it. Yes, it's black but we're talking baby steps for this boomer. :-) Here's the upside. Usually when I buy something, I don't wear it right off. I picked up my blouse & wore it the very next day. Polo shirts beware..... read more

Lovely items. Ridiculous store credit ONLY return policy. My fault I didn't ask when I purchased nearly $800 worth of clothes. I never dreamed they would have such an outdated restrictive return policy. I loved two of the items and kept those, but the other 2 didn't work with items I already owned. Once I use up my store credit, I will NOT be shopping here again. The sales staff response when I was shocked at not getting my money back was to hold up a small sign on the cluttered sales table and say it was on my receipt. read more

The only Ruti location I've visited is the store in Palo Alto in the Town and Country Center. This is one of three stores close to me that carry the clothing I love. This is not your Macy's, Nordstrom's, JCrew type of stuff. These are fairly high-end Israeli designer garments that make a statement when you wear them. People stop me on the street when I wear clothing from here and ask me where I shop. I've taken several friends shopping here and they just love the place. And right - it's not cheap. But it's not outrageously expensive either. If you're not afraid to step outside the boring fashion box, take a look at Ruti. They have clothing that is just the best. read more

Just had a very disappointing experience with this company. Too bad because the clothes are very nice - however the corporate philosophy is not what I expected. read more

I love this store. I live in NY an I shop (and buy) here every time I am in SF and Palo Alto. Everything I purchase is a show stopper. I travel all over the world and people literally stop me to compliment my clothes. I just love this store! read more

I really like this store. Israeli designers come up with some really stylish, cutting edge stuff. I especially like Alembika and Walk by Anat Dahari. A lot of the clothes have a european lagenlook style and will fit & flatter a range of sizes. Really well edited. I wish the price points were slightly lower but then again I'm a clothes horse AND a bargain hunter so this is not a regular stop for me but I do enjoy what I've purchased here in the past. read more

Excellent shop. Great mixture of clothing, jewelry and handbags. Friendly place to shop!

The store is small and the clothes that I saw on the racks looked like they were made of high quality fabrics. This is a small quiet high end boutique. What drew me in to the store is the beautiful whimsical women/family Menorahs that are in the store window. The lady that was working there came over and talked with me about the Menorahs. At the $188 price tag...not, too much. I really didn't look at the clothes because if the Menorahs were $188 I assumed the clothes were way out of my price range. There was a nice display of bracelets and necklaces in the store. I also saw some nice leather purses. As I was leaving i stepped on an animal skin rug which was kind of freaky. . read more

I love this store. Different, interesting clothes and wonderful sales people.

I love the things in this store. I saw a beautiful one of a kind necklace I fell in love with and my husband got it for me for Christmas. I wore it frequently and referred countless people to the store- it was my favorite statement necklace. Then the clasp broke. I took it to the store early this summer for repair. They told me Ruti was going to take it with her to Israel to have the artist fix it. Fast forward to august, I never heard back about my necklace. Several repeated phone calls to the store later without follow through or information about my necklace- I was worried. Here it is late September and I called again. They promised to follow up. I received a call yesterday that they had the piece. I went to the store- it was not my necklace. They checked every store and believe mine was sold to someone else. First they offered me another necklace not nearly as nice as the one I had- then They offered me $50 credit to purchase a new one. They seemed truly flummoxed by the thought that this was unacceptable- and they were rude to me as though I was in the wrong. The artist no longer works in that style and the piece is irreplaceable. Finally they refunded my money and offered be a small gift card. I am heartbroken they lost my piece. read more

The people who work here are lovely and the clothes are unique .

Overpriced clothing with terrible execution and quality. These people are masters at marketing/pushing their clothing (made in Israel, as though that should motivate anyone to buy more!!) with inundating you with phone calls and emails once you have purchased something from them. That said, practically everything I have purchased has pilled, snagged or come undone within the first couple of wears. Also, the staff, though pushy as hell need to learn a lot about genuine customer service. They are rude and lack decorum and courtesy. Will NOT go back. read more

A shameless store! The sales person touted that it's a boutique store with unique design and limited quantity of every design, most of the clothes only have 1 to 2 in stock and sale quickly. And she said the store never gives discounts because of its uniqueness. I trusted and bought 5-6 dresses at a time with a "generous" 10% discount from her because of buying a lot. However, when I went to the store the next time, I found at least 5-6 same ones of each dress I bought hanging there and marking 40% off each. I went back to the store twice but was told that they wouldn't do price adjustments nor allow me to return the dresses to get any refund. Most of stores in the US allow 3-month return period if not longer, but they said they would only allow 14 days return period and only a week price adjustment period, so they wouldn't do anything for me but blamed it to simply a misunderstanding between the sales person and me. What a cheating. I'll never buy anything from this store nor recommend any of my friends to it again. It doesn't deserve any respect. read more
