It was a fun galore for a group of 6th graders attempting the prison break. It was lot of screaming, asking for clues and finally escaping out with a loud yay! They couldn't stop raving about their experience.Thank you Zscape games! read more

Great place. A little tough to find and once you get there don't judge a book by its cover. The people were great, very friendly. Took the time to explain thoroughly and made the experience fun. Highly recommended! read more

Drive to the back of the building, climb the outdoor stairs, step into an otherwise unimpressive place - and that's where ho hum ends. What a BLAST my lover and I had. The space felt COVID smart and respectful, and our guide was warm, lovely with us as queers, flexible and knowledgeable; fixed a couple of minor glitches easily during the play, too. Just the two of us in the room (which normally holds up to 6 - but COVID), and so much fun - go do this thing! We laughed and messed up and figured out stuff- both of us VR virgins and one of us a tech nerd, even. Great. We'll go again. read more

The rooms are clean, the staff wore mask, everything is organized. The staffs are friendly and available.

S/o to Zscape! Prison Break was straight bonkers! Lol very happy my brothers and I came. That was an experience i will never forget. Also S/o to the worker there , Edith! Very friendly staff member , she was awesome! Definitely coming back for the other rooms! read more

Went with a party of 3 and chose the Toy Box Room. It was slightly challenging due to having just one hour of time. Luckly, they gifted us just a tad bit more time since we were so close to finish. There were some challenges that were more difficult than others like learning how to talk like a robot. Overall, had a lot of fun and would go again to try other rooms. read more

We had a fabulous time trying to escape from our "jail". Booking was easy on their website and we reached few mins early. Finding this place is a bit tricky but the directions photo that they sent with the booking confirmation was super helpful. We reached a few mins early and were welcomed by a super helpful and cheerful staff member. She told us the basic rules and locked us in our "jail". After that we didn't even realise how quickly time went! Some of the clues were easy to figure out (which worked perfect for our 7 yr old) and some were difficult which kept us racing against time. We managed to escape with 9 seconds remaining :) All of us were super thrilled and came out with massive smiles on our face. I completely recommend this activity as a family outing. read more

This place was absolutely amazing! I visited with my 2 sisters and we had a blast. We were originally scheduled to do the prison break but chickened out and did toy box instead. It may seem like a kids themed room at first but the clues were very challenging and lots of fun. It's definitely for adults. I loved the details of the room and the design was excellent. The manager was super kind and added to how fun the experience was. I want to add her name but I can't remember what it was! Sorry friend, I should have written your name down :( That being said, my sisters and I will definitely be back! We will be trying the virtual reality escape room next! read more

Friendly staff and very accommodating! We had a fun team building event with my coworkers. Thanks! read more

Amazing experience. We booked somewhat last minute and weren't sure what to expect. The woman at the front was super friendly and welcoming- made us comfortable at once. The game itself was super fun. We did the toy box one. We've done a couple escape rooms before this and all liked this one the best! The same woman at front was our guide and she came in to help at just the right time- let us challenge ourselves but delivered clues when we asked and needed them! Would definitely come back again read more

So much fun! Just finished the Toybox room. We didn't escape (3 kids, 2 adults) BUT it was still a lot of fun. Employees were super nice! Youngest was only 4, he didn't do much but he did have fun :) will definitely come back with more friends. read more

We had a great time and the staff was really friendly and helpful. My first escape room, will definitely do it again

The booking was simple and easy. My 13 yr old wanted to do the PRISON BREAK, for her birthday with her friends. After booking, I wanted to change my time from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on a Saturday, and they did it with no problem since the time was available. Staff was very professional and friendly. They had lockers for your personal belongings. They greeted us as soon as we came in and got started immediately. Amara (hope I spelled it right) was Very patient and friendly with my daughter and her friends as she was bombarded with questions which I appreciated. I did not participate but my daughter said she had soooo much fun and so did her friends. It was a hit. We will definitely go back. read more

Went here for a VR game with my family and it was AWESOME! The space VR game is great for beginners and our host was fantastic. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend as a gift! read more

Kids loved it and want to go back to the escape room again. Setup could have been a little better, they are wornout.

We visited ZScape with our family to celebrate a birthday. We had such a fantastic time. The room was filled with wonderful clues and was challenging. Zack was a wonderful host. What a great and memorable experience. read more

Very exciting place to visit. I've gone twice with family and friends and this place never fails to impress.

My family and I did the toy box room and it was a blast! We escaped with just a minute left :) Thanks Grace for being such a great host and for the helpful clues! read more

My coworkers, boyfriend, and I did the Prison Break. I've done two other escape rooms before (one had a glitch and one involved the host giving us all the clues and talking to us non-stop) and this was the first successful and extremely fun one! Our host was very informative, friendly, and patient with us. The room itself was so creative and had great puzzles. I would definitely recommend Zscape for families, coworkers, friends, and anyone who wants an interesting and fun bonding experience! read more

Our party had a great time. We escaped the Toy Box, The short doors were a challenge for the tall people however, but we get what they were going for! read more

"Prison break" was a very fun experience for a couple of beginner escapists. Didn't complete it, but was really close (albeit with quite a few clues) and we had a blast read more

This was my first time at Zacape and Prison break was an amazing experience! It literally has been the best escape room that I have done so far. The attention to detail in the room was unbelievable and we had so much fun. The worker was super helpful and made our experience so much fun. Highly highly recommend going here! read more

The building and suite looked a bit shabby when we entered, but that is not really an issue. We did the Prison Escape Room and almost completely solved it. The level of difficulty was good for us. The room was a bit run down. There are in our opinion too many locks in this game and some of these locks were overused and you could barely read the numbers anymore. The host was friendly, but not someone who goes the extra mile to make you have a great experience. We have been to other escape rooms before and this one was just OK. read more

We were late to the game and she did add extra time to make up for the lost time. I truly enjoyed the escape room and the complex puzzles. Definitely a decent price for the experience. read more

The experience was just so-so. While it was a fun team-building experience, the quality of the escape room was not so great. Cardboard walls, broken props, etc. And the staff was not super friendly. The place is pretty difficult to find as well. read more

Great escape room. We've done several and the toy box was very challenging. It was fun because it was easy to understand The items in the room. However, there were so many components to it that you got to be on your game and work quickly. I have to give kudos to the girl who checked us in. I did not catch her name, young thin girl who was very patient, gave us great directions, and fully explained the room and a little bit of help. Congrats to zscape. You did it. read more

This was my first escape room and it was awesome. The teamwork was needed to learn the puzzles. Definitely coming back again. read more

Zscape Games - The awesome team that invited me to go. - Escape Games Near Me - San Ramon, California

My kid and I had a wonderful experience. This was our first time in an escape room and even though two was the bare minimum that they recommended for the prison break we had a wonderful time deciphering the puzzles. From the outside the place does not look like a fancy place, but they have set it up really well on the inside. Highly recommended. read more

The outside was a little run down and the inside didn't look much better. The escape room itself started wasn't bad but the first 2 rooms you need a flash light because there's little to no lighting and it's really difficult to carry the flashlight while trying to write down codes/try to open locks so I wish they'd take that into consideration. Also the last room had way too many locks. A typical escape room maybe has 3-4 locks in a room and this one had what felt like 20 but was probably closer to around 10 but still way too many. Definitely not the best escape room experience and probably won't be going back. We much prefer Red Door Escape Room so we'll stick to going there. read more

This was a pleasant surprise for a fun time on a three day weekend - our first time and we chose Toy Box - some of the puzzles were tough to figure out on our own so we asked for a several clues to get us on the right track- some puzzles we guessed and got correct. Our 12 year old was able to figure out some of it before the adults so it really depends on how your mind works on puzzles- overall we have a good time and would recommend it for first timers to escape rooms. Have fun! read more

This was the best escape room experience I've ever been to. The puzzles were super thorough and challenging. So much fun. The owner was also very accommodating with our party sizes. read more

We love escape rooms and frequent them. We found the prison room very fun and challenging. The girl Working that night was super friendly, helpful and engaging. She made sure we had a great experience! We will be back to do the toy box room soon!! read more

Had a group of 5 in today for Prison Break, definitely one of the better escape rooms I've done! Puzzles were challenging and fun, and even with 5 people it definitely felt like there was a way for everyone to stay engaged. Definitely coming back to try out more rooms in the future! read more

Great for families and fun for first timer. Wasn't that hard or require previous experience and something the kids can enjoy as well.

My daughter is turning 12 and she invited some of her friends for the Toy Box room to celebrate. I didn't go in the room with them but sat at the spacious lobby to wait for them. I heard so much laughter and squealing coming from their room, it was obvious they were all having a wonderful time. They didn't scape but they were still all smiles after and talked about how tricky but fun the puzzles were all the way back home. read more

I've done at least 45+ escape rooms now across US whenever I travel and I'll say this is def my top 10! Currently they have one room titled the prison room. I did it with only one other person and the owner was nice enough to stay open for us at night to accommodate only us two! Puzzles were straight forward and we did end up asking for a couple of clues but we were pretty on track the whole time. Props were fantastic and you are fully immersed in the experience. You can tell the owner put a lot of attention and thought into every puzzle. In terms of how challenging I wouldn't say this was super difficult. It gets you thinking but you feel satisfied the whole time since you are moving along and you won't feel stuck. Don't hesitate and come try it out! So happy to see another escape room in the area. The owner is also in the process of building a second room. $30/ per person. read more

Me and my boyfriend decided to do an escape room so I looked on Yelp for places nearby and this had good rating so we decided to try it. It lived up to its expectations! We did the prison break room. It was fun but also challenging! If we needed help we were able to ask for clues. Grace was so helpful and nice and we will for sure come back! read more

This escape room was so much fun! A group of 7 of us went and escaped with 14 minutes left, and it was a great size group. The puzzles were challenging and the theme of "prison break" was very cool - super well made rooms. The creativity of this room and the theme together were really cool, and we got a sneak peak of the next room they're planning on opening soon and I can't wait to try it out! read more
